    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 19 del Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, establece que los documentos publicados con errores tienen que ser reproducidos, en todo o en parte, con las pertinentes correcciones. Cuando se trate de errores u omisiones materiales cuya rectificación se estime conveniente para evitar confusiones, se intitulará como «corrección de errores».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; n.º 131, de 23 de septiembre de 2021, se ha publicado la Orden del consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de 21 de septiembre de 2021 &lt;/span&gt;por la que se aprueban las funciones de los puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario de la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda y de Puertos de las Illes Balears observándose un error en la publicación en cuanto al anexo 2 (Funciones de los puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario de Puertos de las Illes Balears), concretamente en una de las funciones asignadas a los encargados de puerto y en una de las de c&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;elador/a guard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amuelles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Cala Bona – Manacor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(F00380005). Por e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o, se rectifica este &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;anex&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los siguientes puestos de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
