    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En fecha 29 de septiembre de 2021 el Presidente del Instituto del Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca resolvió aprobar expediente de actuaciones preparatorias. Así mismo se acordó someter a información pública el estudio de viabilidad relativo a la concesión del servicio de bar / restaurante en las instalaciones del Hipódromo de Son Pardo elaborado por Marta Mas y Gerard Barril, que se expone al público por un plazo de treinta (30) días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de este edicto en el BOIB, de conformidad con el artículo 247.3 de la Ley 9/2017 de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se trasladan al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23 / UE y 2014/24 / UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El estudio de viabilidad de la concesión del bar / restaurante en las instalaciones del Hipódromo de Son Pardo, está a disposición del público en las siguientes dependencias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
