&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo por concurso de méritos de la categoría profesional Profesor/a de música para la Escuela Municipal de Música, con adscripción al Ayuntamiento de Alaior, con carácter laboral temporal, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;duración determinada y a tiempo parcial, de la especialidad de Batería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las plazas ofertadas&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;se encuadran dentro de la categoría profesional &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;rofesor/a de enseñanza no reglada de música y d asa del Decreto 37/1999, de 9 de abril, por el cual se regulan las escuelas de música y danza de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, del Convenio de personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Alaior, según la disposición transitoria tercera, en relación con el artículo 77 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El contrato de trabajo será a tiempo parcial por la duración del curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La jornada de trabajo definitiva y el número de horas lectivas se fijará definitivamente en función del número de matrículas que se formalicen para cada una de las especialidades musicales y de acuerdo con la programación del curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establece como sistema de selección el concurso de méritos, que se regirá por estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ejercer las tareas docentes en la &lt;em&gt;Escuela Municipal de Música de Alaior, las cuales &lt;/em&gt;requieren técnicas de trabajo, responsabilidades especiales o condiciones con peculiaridades propias, de acuerdo con el proyecto educativo del centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Condiciones de admisión de aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas interesadas a participar en &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;este&lt;/span&gt; procedimiento &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de selección&lt;/span&gt; tendrán que reunir, en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, las condiciones siguientes, de acuerdo con el artículo 56 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Tener la nacionalidad española o de cualquier de los estados miembros de la Unión Europea o de aquellos estados &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;donde &lt;/span&gt;sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Tener las capacidades y las aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones correspondientes al puesto de trabajo. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(Declaración responsable incluida en la solicitud)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Tener 16 años de edad y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa. En el supuesto de ser menor de 18 años es necesario el consentimiento de los padres o tutores o la autorización de la persona o institución que los tenga a su cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No haber sido separado/da mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de ninguna de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni encontrarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ocupaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionarios, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desarrollaba en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiera sido separado/ada o inhabilitado/ada. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no encontrarse inhabilitado/ada o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido o sometida a una sanción disciplinaria o equivaliendo que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos, el acceso a la ocupación pública. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Estar en posesión de los títulos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Título de enseñanza profesional o equivalente de la especialidad de percusión o batería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Acreditar el conocimiento de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel de certificado B2, o bien superar una prueba específica de acreditación del nivel de conocimientos que se exige. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El aspirante solicitará ser convocado a esta prueba marcando la casilla correspondiente en la solicitud de admisión a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. No encontrarse sometido/esa en las obligaciones que se derivan de la normativa de incompatibilidades establecidas a la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Haber abonado los derechos de examen (10 €) siguiendo las indicaciones de la base 5. No obstante, estarán exentas de pagar la tasa las persones aspirantes que estén inscritas al paro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El proceso de selección constará de dos fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fase 1. Concurso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fase 2. Entrevista personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si bien las personas que no hayan acreditado documentalmente que disponen del nivel B2 de conocimientos de lengua catalana y hayan manifestado en la solicitud que quieren someterse a la prueba de nivel correspondiente serán convocadas para hacerla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.1. Acreditación de los conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se trata de una prueba obligatoria y eliminatoria. Consistirá en la realización de ejercicios de conocimientos de lengua catalana de acuerdo con el establecido en la base tercera. estarán exentas aquellas personas que hayan acreditado estar en posesión del certificado B2 de conocimientos de catalán expedido por el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, la Escuela O ficialde Idiomas (EOI) o titulación equivalente, de acuerdo con la normativa reguladora de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. En caso de hacer la prueba, la calificación de esta será de apto/a o no apto/a. Solo las personas que acrediten los conocimientos antes mencionados o que hayan sido declaradas aptos podrán seguir en el procedimiento de selección. En caso contrario, restarán eliminadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El día, la hora y el lugar de la prueba de nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y las &lt;/span&gt;personas que lo tienen que hacer serán objeto de publicación al tablón de anuncios &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la &lt;/span&gt;sede electrónica municipal, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http://alaior.sedelectronica.es, apa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rtado «Ocupación pública». No se avisa personalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2. Fase de concurso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los méritos que el tribunal calificador valorará en la fase de concurso son los establecidos en la base 8.1, los cuales se tienen que presentar de acuerdo con el que establece la base 5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.3. Fase de entrevista personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal convocará a los aspirantes a una entrevista personal para tratar sobre los aspectos curriculares y su adecuación o aportación al puesto de trabajo señalado, de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en la base 8.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes para participar en este proceso de selección se presentarán únicamente de manera telemática&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;usando el trámite habilitado al efecto en la sede electrónica municipal (alaior.sedelectronica.es), materia Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los medios de identificación electrónica requeridos para la tramitación electrónica son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas que no dispongan de medios para presentar la solicitud de manera telemática podrán ser atendidas con cita previa a la Oficina de Asistencia en Materia de Registros (OAMR) del Ayuntamiento, situada en la calle Mayor 11. La cita se puede solicitar a la misma sede electrónica, en el apartado habilitado al efecto. &lt;/span&gt;En esta cita se habilitará la Cl@ve Permanente, por lo cual se tiene que llevar encima el teléfono móvil y el DNI. Seguidamente, el personal funcionario habilitado os asistirá en el proceso de registro electrónico de vuestra solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas que sí dispongan de alguno de los medios de identificación electrónica descritos más arriba pero requieran asistencia también podrán pedir cita para ser atendidos telefónicamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por motivos de urgencia, se aplica el procedimiento abreviado, por lo cual el plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a contar del día siguiente de la publicación de las bases en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los derechos de examen (servicios de selección de personal) 10 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para esta convocatoria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de acuerdo con la Ordenanza fiscal 2/4 reguladora de la tasa de expedición de documentos administrativos, (BOIB n.º 63 de 19.05.2016). Estos se tienen que hacer efectivos mediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff3333"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;autoliquidación online, en la carpeta ciudadana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/web/contingut.aspx?idpub=11573&amp;amp;Cono=Conexion004&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;apartado «concepto a pagar»- «tributo: tasa expedición de documentos administrativos» y en qué desplegable «Tarifa» encontraréis «Derecho de examen en pruebas selectivas del ayuntamiento».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante esto, están exentas de pagar la tasa las personas que estén inscritas en el paro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No abonar la tasa o no justificar la exención es motivo de exclusión del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En las solicitudes, que se tienen que presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;haciendo la tramitación electrónica del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; habilitado al efecto, constará la manifestación exprés de reunir todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base tercera de la presente convocatoria, referida siempre a la fecha de expiración del plazo de presentación de solicitudes y, a la vez, se tendrá que adjuntar la documentación que se detalla a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 28.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el Ayuntamiento efectuará las consultas de datos a otras administraciones en que estén disponibles, necesarias para acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos por parte de los y las aspirantes. Las personas interesadas podrán manifestar la oposición eligiendo la opción me opongo en el apartado de documentación del trámite electrónico. Los y las aspirantes que no autoricen la consulta tendrán que aportar los documentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A) &lt;/em&gt;Documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de los requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se puede descargar en el apartado «Documentación obligatoria» del trámite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; habilitado al efecto accediendo a la ficha informativa y clicando en el apartado del modelo. Los méritos no justificados documentalmente o presentados fuera de plazo no se valorarán. Los aspirantes se responsabilizan de la veracidad de los documentos que presenten, significando que, en caso de haber dudas derivadas de la calidad de las copias presentadas, el Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar motivadamente al aspirante que presente el documento original para cotejarlo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Informe de vida laboral emitido por la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Copias de los documentos acreditativos de los méritos que se aleguen en el modelo de autovaloración de méritos. Los méritos correspondientes a la experiencia laboral se tienen que acreditar con los correspondientes contratos de trabajo, nombramiento de funcionario o funcionaria, certificado de empresa o certificado de servicios prestados emitido por la entidad correspondiente, que acredite las funciones realizadas, o cualquier otro documento que el órgano de selección considere suficiente, en el cual se tendrá que expresar la fecha de inicio y la fecha de finalización de la relación laboral, la categoría y/o el puesto de trabajo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Méritos correspondientes a la formación: las titulaciones universitarias y no universitarias pueden ser consultadas telemáticamente por el Ayuntamiento a otras administraciones. En caso de oposición a la consulta, se tiene que presentar una copia del título correspondiente o del resguardo de haber abonado los derechos para la expedición del título académico en el supuesto de que no se le haya emitido el título en la fecha de finalización de presentación de solicitudes. Para el resto de cursos, los méritos se tienen que acreditar con el certificado del curso correspondiente emitido por el centro impartidor, que tendrá que incluir expresamente las horas de duración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Los méritos correspondientes a los conocimientos de lengua catalana se tienen que acreditar mediante la aportación del título o certificado oficial correspondiente expedido por el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas (EOI) o equivalentes según la normativa reguladora de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Secretario/aria: una funcionaria o funcionario de carrera o personal laboral fijo designado por el Ayuntamiento de Alaior del subgrupo de titulación C2 o superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, el tribunal podrá incorporar el asesoramiento de técnicos especialistas para las pruebas en qué sean necesarios, los cuales tendrán voz pero no voto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La asesora especialista para la prueba de conocimientos de lengua catalana será Soledad Florit Juaneda, asesora lingüística municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrá asistir un observador/a designado por el comité de empresa, que tendrá la función de observar el desarrollo normal del proceso selectivo, pero no tendrá ni voz ni voto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada persona integrante del tribunal tendrá el o la suplente correspondiente con el fin de cubrir las posibles ausencias que se puedan dar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal queda facultad para resolver todas las dudas, incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir y para adoptar los acuerdos que procedan para asegurar el buen funcionamiento del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal adoptará las decisiones por mayoría simple; convocará las persones aspirantes a las pruebas y a la entrevista personal, y propondrá al órgano competente la orden de los aspirantes que tienen que constituir la bolsa de trabajo, con orden decreciente de mayor a menor puntuación obtenida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La abstención y recusación de los miembros del tribunal se hará de acuerdo con los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal son personalmente responsables del cumplimiento estricto de las bases de la convocatoria, de la sujeción a los plazos establecidos para la realización y valoración de las pruebas y para la publicación de los resultados. Las dudas o reclamaciones que se puedan originar en la interpretación de la aplicación de las bases de esta convocatoria, así como el que se tenga que hacer en los casos no previstos, serán resueltos por el tribunal por mayoría. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal no se podrá constituir ni actuar sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de las personas que lo integran, titulares o suplentes, indistintamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1. Fase de concurso: valoración de méritos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se valorarán únicamente los méritos de los aspirantes que hayan acreditado que disponen del nivel de lengua catalana, ya sea documentalmente, ya sea por medio de la superación de la prueba antes indicada. La puntuación máxima que se podrá lograr respecto de los méritos presentados será de 45 puntos. Los méritos tendrán que estar correctamente y fehacientemente documentados (originales o copias auténticas) para poder ser valorados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.1. Experiencia docente (puntuación máxima: 21 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(i) Experiencia profesional en docencia de la especialidad a la cual se opta en la Escuela Municipal de Música de Alaior. La puntuación se obtendrá a razón de 0,012 puntos multiplicados por el número de días cotizados que figuren en la vida laboral. Puntuación máxima: 12 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(ii) Experiencia profesional en docencia de la especialidad a la cual se opta en otras escuelas de música y centros públicos (excluida la Administración municipal). La puntuación se obtendrá a razón de 0,006 puntos multiplicados por el número de días cotizados que figuren en la vida laboral. Puntuación máxima: 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(iii) Experiencia profesional en docencia de la especialidad a la cual se opta o haber ejercido como profesor o profesora de música en el sector público o privado, puntuación que se obtendrá a razón de 0,004 puntos multiplicados por el número de días cotizados que figuren en la vida laboral. Puntuación máxima: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se acreditará como se indica en el apartado correspondiente de la base 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se considerará únicamente la experiencia laboral por &lt;/span&gt;cuenta de terceros que comporte la inclusión en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.2. Formación (total puntuación máxima: 24 puntos) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.2.1. Por titulación académica oficial superior a la exigida (puntuación máxima: 17,5&amp;nbsp;puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Título superior de Música, especialidad Pedagogía, o equivalente. O títol superior de Música en la especialidad de Pedagogía, opción Pedagogía, en la especialidad a la cual se aspira, o equivalente: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Titulación de Grado Superior de Música o equivalente en la especialidad a la cual se aspira: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Titulación de Grado Superior de Música o equivalente en otras especialidades: 1 punto por cada título (hasta un máximo de 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Doctorado o máster relacionado con la especialidad a la cual se opta: 1 punto por cada título (hasta un máximo de 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Por titulación de enseñanzas profesionales de Música o equivalentes en una especialidad diferente a la cual se opta: 0,5 punto por cada título (hasta un máximo de 1,5&amp;nbsp;puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Para disponer de una diplomatura universitaria: 1 punto (hasta un máximo de 1 punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Para disponer de una licenciatura o grado universitario: 1,5 puntos (hasta un máximo de 1,5&amp;nbsp;puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Certificado de capacitación para la enseñanza en lengua catalana: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Certificado del Curso de adaptación pedagógica: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.2.2. Por formación continuada (máximo 4 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valorarán los cursos, los seminarios, los talleres, los congresos, las jornadas, las reuniones científicas y otras actividades formativas que estén relacionadas directamente con el contenido de la especialidad &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a la cual&lt;/span&gt; se opta, siempre que se cumpla alguna de las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Tienen que haber sido organizados o impartidos por alguna Administración pública, de acuerdo con el artículo 2 de la Ley 39/2015, o por alguna universidad, lo cual tiene que constar en el certificado correspondiente. En caso de que la actividad haya sido organizada por una entidad de derecho público conforme al artículo 2.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la persona aspirante tiene que acreditar esta condición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Actividades organizadas por organizaciones sindicales o entidades sin ánimo de lucro y que se hayan impartido en virtud de convenios subscritos con las administraciones públicas o universidades, o bien que hayan sido acreditadas y/o subvencionadas por aquellas, lo cual tiene que constar en el certificado correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Actividades llevadas a cabo en virtud de los acuerdos de formación continuada a las administraciones públicas y que estén organizadas por cualquier de los promotores de formación continuada que hayan subscrito estos acuerdos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los diplomas o certificados se valorarán de la manera que sigue: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cuando se acredite el aprovechamiento: 0,005 puntos por hora de curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cuando se acredite solo la asistencia: 0,0025 puntos por hora de curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este mérito se tiene que acreditar con una copia del diploma o d el certificado correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.2.3. Conocimientos de lengua catalana (puntuación máxima: 1,00 punto)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Solo se reconocerán las titulaciones expedidas por el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas (EOI) o equivalentes según la normativa reguladora de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel C1: 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel C2: 0,75 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Por el certificado de conocimientos correspondientes al nivel LA: 0,25 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se presenta más de un certificado, se tendrá en cuenta solo el de nivel superior, excepto el de lenguaje administrativo (LA), que se tiene que sumar. Este mérito se tiene que acreditar con una copia del certificado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.1.2.4. Conocimientos de lengua extranjera (puntuación máxima: 1,50 puntos)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se reconocerán las titulaciones expedidas por el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas (EOI) o equivalentes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado inicial (nivel A1 del Marco europeo): 0,25 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado básico (nivel A2 del Marco europeo): 0,50 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado mediano (nivel B1 del Marco europeo): 0,75 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado avanzado (nivel B2 del Marco europeo): 1,00 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado superior (nivel C1 del Marco europeo): 1,25 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Por el certificado acreditativo del grado superior (nivel C2 del Marco europeo): 1,50 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se presenta más de un certificado, se tendrá en cuenta solo el de nivel superior. Este mérito se tiene que acreditar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con una &lt;/span&gt;copia del certificado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.2. Entrevista personal: 10 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las persones&lt;/span&gt; aspirantes que hayan sido propuestas para formar parte de la bolsa de trabajo tendrán que presentar en el&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Registro General de la corporación, dentro del plazo de cinco días hábiles a contar desde aquel en qué sea definitiva la relación de personas aprobadas publicada, la documentación acreditativa de cumplir el resto de condiciones específicas establecidas en la base 3 de la convocatoria excepto el certificado médico oficial acreditativo de contar con las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas necesarias para realizar las funciones correspondientes, el cual se tendrá que presentar en el momento del llamamiento. Las personas que en este plazo no presenten esta documentación o no acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la base tercera de la convocatoria, salvo casos de fuerza mayor, decaerán en su derecho de formar parte de la bolsa de trabajo y todas sus actuaciones quedarán anuladas, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en qué hubieran podido incurrir por falsedad en la instancia. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las persones aspirantes que hayan aprobado los ejercicios constituirán una bolsa de profesorado de música para la especialidad de batería y podrán ser llamadas para ser contratadas como personal laboral temporal, de acuerdo con la orden de prelación de la bolsa, por cualquier de las causas de necesidad y urgencia previstas en el artículo 10 del RDLEG 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por medio del cual se dicta el Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público. Si la persona aspirante que ha sido llamada no contesta o rechaza la oferta de prestación de servicios como funcionario o funcionaria en interinidad, pasará al último lugar de la lista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La bolsa de trabajo tendrá una vigencia máxima de 3 años, si bien se podrá prorrogar hasta que este Ayuntamiento vuelva a convocar un nuevo procedimiento selectivo.
