El 27 de mayo de 2020 el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca aprobó la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a familias consistente en una ayuda económica de los gastos derivados de la inscripción de los niños y niñas a actividades deportivas y de ocio de verano para el año 2020 en la isla de Mallorca a través de entidad colaboradora, así como el convenio marco que resolvió la gestión de las subvenciones, modificada por Acuerdo de Consejo Ejecutivo de 1 de junio de 2020 (extracto publicado en el BOIB nº. 103, de 6 de junio de 2020)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. El Ayuntamiento de Sineu fue nombrado entidad colaboradora y se firmó el convenio de colaboración con el Consejo de Mallorca en fecha 26 de junio de 2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. El 15 de julio de 2020, el consejero</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública resolvió aprobar un anticipo</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> del 100% del importe asignado al Ayuntamiento de Sineu y ordenar su pago en concepto de anticipo</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> no presupuestario (10044) por el importe de 8.000 €, como financiación necesaria para</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> poder llevar a cabo el objeto de la convocatoria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. El Ayuntamiento de Sineu, como entidad colaboradora ha presentado dentro de plazo la documentación justificativa por un importe total de 2.850 €, y el centro gestor del Departamento de Turismo y Deportes ha emitido informe favorable de la documentación justificativa.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5. Visto que la diferencia entre los fondos anticipados y abonados al Ayuntamiento y el total justificado con beneficiarios por parte de la Entidad colaboradora es de 5.150 €, procede devolver al Consejo de Mallorca esta cantidad de conformidad con lo previsto en la cláusula novena del Convenio de colaboración.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">6. Vista la instrucción y el calendario de cierre del ejercicio 2020, en fecha 26 de octubre de 2020 el secretario técnico del Departamento de Turismo y Deportes solicitó al consejero</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública la prórroga del plazo para fiscalizar y contabilizar las disposiciones, reconocimientos, obligaciones y órdenes de pago de los expedientes derivados de la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a familias consistente en una ayuda económica de los gastos derivados de la inscripción de los niños y niñas a actividades deportivas y de ocio de verano para el año 2020 en la isla de Mallorca. Esta solicitud fue autorizada con el visto bueno de la Secretaría Técnica de Hacienda y Función Pública.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">7.
