    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta Alcaldía ha emitido en fecha 07 de septiembre el Decreto núm. 2021 /2954 que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“ASUNTO: MODIFICACIÓN DELEGACIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS PARA AUTORIZAR MATRIMONIOS Y CEREMONIAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que por renuncia al cargo de la Sra. Noemí Boned Pachón, concejala del PSOE, se ha de proceder a modificar la composición de concejales delegados para autorizar matrimonios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que el día 31 de agosto de 2021, en sesión plenaria ordinaria de este Ayuntamiento fue nombrada, como concejala del consistorio, la Sra. María Ángeles Marí Suñer, por renuncia de la Sra. Noemí Boned Pachón. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en la anterior composición no figuraba el Sr. José Guasch Roig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta lo anteriormente expuesto y, de conformidad con lo que disponen los artículos 51.1 del Código Civil y 21.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bales de Régimen Local, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º.-&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en los siguientes concejales, indistintamente, las competencias que, para autorizar matrimonios, atribuyen a esta Alcaldía los artículos 51.1 y siguientes del Código Civil, siempre que previamente se haya instruido y resuelto el expediente que prevé el artículo 56 del citado texto normativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. Pilar Ribas Torres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Vicente Xavier Roselló Ribas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. José Guasch Roig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. Cristina Ribas Ribas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Eduardo Sánchez Guzmán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Francisco Vives Unanua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. María Ángeles Marí Suñer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Pedro Ribas Planells&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. Mónica Fernández Campos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. María Guadalupe Nauda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º.-&lt;/strong&gt; No obstante, las citadas delegaciones, esta Alcaldía podrá autorizar matrimonios, debiendo entenderse avocada la competencia para autorizar un matrimonio concreto cuando intervenga directamente en la autorización de un matrimonio concreto. Así mismo la presente delegación no impide que en lo sucesivo se puedan conferir delegaciones en otros concejales para autorizar matrimonios concretos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar la presente resolución a las personas interesadas a fin de que procedan, en su caso, a la aceptación de las referidas delegaciones, que se entenderán tácitamente aceptadas, si en el plazo de tres días hábiles, contados desde la notificación, no presentan renuncia expresa a las mismas.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4º.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que se dé cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre y que se publique la presente resolución en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad inmediata.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
