&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Maria de la Salut, en Sesión ordinaria celebrada el 20 de septiembre de 2021, aprobó inicialmente el expediente de modificación del Presupuesto de gastos mediante concesión de crédito extraordinario financiado por medio de Remanente Líquido de Tesorería y nuevos ingresos núm. 6/2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 177.2, en relación con el 169.1 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, la aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación presupuestaria núm. 6/2021 se expone al público por 15 días para que, durante los cuales, las personas interesadas puedan examinar el mismo y presentar reclamaciones, únicamente por las razones enumeradas en el artículo 170.2 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, ante el Pleno de la Corporación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las citadas disposiciones, el expediente de modificación presupuestaria núm. 6/2021 se considerará definitivamente aprobado si durante este plazo no se presentan reclamaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
