&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«4.&amp;nbsp;Aprobación de la propuesta referente a los festivos locales para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentada la propuesta de Alcaldía la cual fue dictaminada favorablemente, con concretas modificaciones, en la sesión ordinaria de la Comisión Informativa General de Asuntos Competencia del Pleno de día 20 de mayo de 2021, dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«1.- De acuerdo con el artículo 46 del Real Decreto 2001/1983, de 28 de julio de regulación de jornadas, horas extraordinarias y descansos, los ayuntamientos determinarán dos fiestas locales en el ámbito municipal, además de las fiestas indicadas que son días festivo en el ámbito de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Visto el oficio presentado por la Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, de fecha 18 de marzo de 2021, mediante el que se solicita al Ayuntamiento que se comunique la elección de los días festivos en el ámbito municipal para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Elevar al Pleno la SIGUIENTE PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO SOBRE LA APROBACIÓN DE LOS DÍAS FESTIVOS LOCALES PARA EL AÑO 2022:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fijar como días festivos de carácter local para el año 2022, los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Santa Margalida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20 de julio: Santa Margalida, y 5 de septiembre: lunes de la Beata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Can Picafort&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17 de enero: San Antonio, y 5 de septiembre: lunes de la Beata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Son Serra de Marina:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;25 de julio, y 5 de septiembre: lunes de la Beata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Notificar el presente acuerdo a la Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, a los efectos procedentes en Derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todos los concejales manifiestan que están de acuerdo con la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La alcaldía inicia la votación y se obtienen diecisiete votos a favor, por lo tanto unanimidad, por la adopción del siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Fijar como días festivos de carácter local para el año 2022, los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Notificar el presente acuerdo a la Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, a los efectos procedentes en Derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
