&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En desarrollo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del artículo 15 del Decreto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ey 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda, mediante &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;la Orden de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; consejero de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Movilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; y Vivienda de 15 de julio de 2021, publicada en &lt;/span&gt;el BOIB n.º 95 de 17 de julio, se creó&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Comisión de Coordinación Interadministrativa entre la Administración de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la empresa pública adscrita al Ministerio de Transportes, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Movilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y Agenda Urbana SEPES, Entidad Pública Empresarial de Suelo, el Conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Insular de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y el Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, para tramitar el procedimiento de elaboración y aprobación del Plan Especial de Desarrollo de Vivienda de Titularidad Pública para la actuación pública &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en Can Escandell (Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Esta Comisión está integrada por dieciséis vocales, cuatro en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears; cuatro en representación de SEPES, Entidad Pública Empresarial de Suelo; cuatro en representación del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y cuatro en representación del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En todo caso será vocal, en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda. La Entidad Pública Empresarial de Suelo, SEPES, y cada una de las administraciones representadas han designado al resto de los vocales que forman parte de la Comisión, como también los suplentes de los miembros en casos de ausencia, vacante o enfermedad, entre los cargos políticos y el personal técnico de cada entidad o Administración de conformidad con los criterios establecidos en el artículo 4.2 de la Orden antes mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El artículo 5 de la Orden &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda de 15 de julio de 2021 &lt;/span&gt;establece que el presidente de la Comisión será el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, a quien sustituirá un vocal representante de la misma Consejería en caso de ausencia, vacante o enfermedad. Actuará de secretario o secretaria de la Comisión, con voz pero sin voto, un funcionario o funcionaria de la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda, designado por el presidente del órgano, quien podrá designar asimismo, si procede, a una persona sustituta para los supuestos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decreto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ey 3/2020, de 28 de febrero, de medidas urgentes en materia de vivienda (BOIB n.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;º 28, de 5 de marzo de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Orden de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda de 15 de julio de 2021 por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; se crea la Comisión para tramitar el Plan Especial de Desarrollo de Vivienda de Titularidad Pública Can Escandell (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BOIB n.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;º 95, de 17 de julio de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello,dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Hacer pública la composición &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;de la Comisión de Coordinación Interadministrativa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;prevista en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; la Orden de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda de 15 de julio de 2021, la cual, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; conformidad con las designaciones notificadas por SEPES y cada una de las administraciones representadas, queda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;rá integrada por los siguientes dieciséis vocales, con los correspondientes suplentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Miquel Serra Ramis, jefe del Servicio Jurídico de la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda. En caso de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad del titular, actuará como sustituta D.ª Carmen Bennasser Carratalá, jefa de la Sección de Vivienda de la Consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También se podrá interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de conformidad con los artículos 10.1 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
