CAIB es 428233 653471 2021-09-23 es 140 2021-09-20 38152 ![CDATA[Constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de personal de limpieza del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears)]] 38153 text/html CAIB CAIB 2021-09-23 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), mediante el Decreto núm. 2021-1374, de 15 de septiembre, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>"Resolución de la Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears)</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Expediente 829/2021</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-0769, de 26 de mayo procede a la aprobación la convocatoria, así como las bases (anexo I) por el sistema de concurso, de una bolsa de trabajo de PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA, como personal laboral temporal. El Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 71, de fecha 1 de junio de 2021, procede a su publicación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-0998, de 7 de julio, procede a resolver la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-1107, de 27 de julio, procede a aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas para el proceso de selección para la constitución de una bolsa de personal de limpieza del Ajuntament de Son Servera.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 8 de septiembre de 2021, el tribunal calificador en el acta del proceso selectivo, propone la tabla de calificaciones con carácter provisional y que otorguen tres (3) días naturales, de acuerdo con la base 7.5 de las bases de la convocatoria, a fin de que las personas aspirantes puedan solicitar revisión sobre la valoración de méritos del concurso, a contar a partir del día siguiente publicación del anuncio en la sede electrónica municipal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Tribunal calificador propone en el acta reseñada que una vez transcurrido el plazo reseñado, y una vez resueltas las solicitudes de revisión (en su caso), el tribunal de valoración, procederá, por el sistema de sorteo, establecer la orden de prelación de los aspirantes que han empatado en puntuación de acuerdo a la tabla de calificación provisional.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 9 de septiembre de 2021 se expone, mediante edicto, en sede electrónica municipal, la propuesta del tribunal del acta reseñada, relativa a la tabla de calificación provisional resultante de la misma.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 13 de septiembre de 2021 finaliza el plazo de exposición pública y se constata que no se ha presentado, en dicho plazo, ningún tipo de solicitud de revisión o alegación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde / sa de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso - administrativo, ante el Juzgado o la Sala que resulte competente, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso - Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso - administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
