    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Maria C. Pons Monserrat, alcaldessa-presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, dispongo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento elegir las personas para ser nombradas Juez de Paz, titular y sustituto de este Municipio, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial y artículos 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Que se abre un plazo de quince días hábiles para que las personas que estén interesadas y reúnan las condiciones legales lo soliciten por escrito dirigido a esta Alcaldía. Esta solicitud deberá presentarse en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, en el plazo indicado de quince días hábiles a contar desde la publicación en el BOIB de este anuncio, y se debe adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Copia del DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Declaración responsable en la que se hagan constar los aspectos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Que no ha sido condenado por delito doloso (o, en su caso, que se ha obtenido la rehabilitación). Que no está procesado o inculpado por delito doloso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Que está en pleno ejercicio de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Que es español, mayor de edad, que no está impedido física o psíquicamente para la función judicial y que reside y residirá en esta localidad, salvo autorización de la Sala de Gobierno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Que no se encuentra incurso en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad, incompatibilidad o prohibición previstas en los arts. 389 a 397 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Certificado de nacimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Certificado de antecedentes penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Certificado médico de no padecer enfermedad que le incapacite para el ejercicio del cargo de Juez de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Un “curriculum vitae” (identificación, perfil personal académico y profesional).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Que en la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento se podrá obtener toda la información que se precise en cuanto a requisitos, duración del cargo, remuneración, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Que en caso de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación los elegirá libremente, y comunicará el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Decano del partido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
