    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al no haberse presentado reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público en el BOIB número 80 de fecha 17 de junio de 2021 la aprobación provisional del Reglamento regulador del uso y tarifas del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo aprobado por el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 25 de mayo de 2.021 queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario provisional de aprobación de dicho Reglamento, cuyo texto íntegro se hace público en cumplimiento del artículo 17.4 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent está implementando políticas de promoción económica del municipio, a través de la realización de actuaciones en los ámbitos de las infraestructuras empresariales, el apoyo a la innovación, el fomento de la competitividad de las PYMES y micro-PYMES y la espíritu emprendedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades locales son competentes para promover toda clase de actividades y prestar servicios públicos que contribuyan a satisfacer las necesidades y aspiraciones de la comunidad vecinal, como es el desarrollo económico local (art. 25.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y arte. 29.2.t) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las políticas y actuaciones de apoyo a la creación y puesta en marcha de las empresas y proyectos de emprendimiento, así como la consolidación de las ya existentes, contribuyen de manera importante a la generación de empleo, riqueza y crecimiento económico local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estamos inmersos en un momento de transformación de la economía donde es urgente crear espacios de apoyo para las personas emprendedoras, tanto de nueva creación como para los ya existentes que debido a la situación actual se encuentran con las siguientes barreras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La falta de recursos económico-financieros que permitan iniciar la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El desconocimiento de los aspectos normativos en relación con la actividad (normas, tributos, trámites, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La falta de formación y de habilidades técnicas para el desempeño correcto de la actividad, sobre todo en los aspectos relativos a la gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La falta de avales con los que garantizar un crédito que permita acceder a los locales en propiedad, o el elevado precio en los arrendamientos de estos, hace desistir a un buen número de personas emprendedoras a la hora de llevar a cabo la su empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es por ello que hay que intentar eliminar todos los condicionantes que frenan las decisiones de creación de empresas y las entidades locales disponen de algunas herramientas eficaces para lograr este objetivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este espacio supone una solución ya consolidada, mediante el que constituye la filosofía de un Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo: la dotación de un entorno de estabilidad y especial protección que permita a ideas empresariales innovadoras o empresas recientemente mediante un Reglamento que regula el acceso y el uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento creadas, conseguir una situación que posibilite su posterior desarrollo independiente. Este recurso, entendido como centro de apoyo y lanzadera para la creación de empresas, tiene como finalidad ser el apoyo necesario para personas emprendedoras y empresarias que inician su marcha en la puesta en marcha y consolidación de sus proyectos empresariales, con el fin último de promover el desarrollo económico y la creación de empleo estable en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, coworking de Puigpunyent, se constituye como un espacio físico de titularidad pública municipal para la promoción del empleo y autoempleo. Ofrece el uso temporal de espacio a personas emprendedoras, pequeñas y medianas empresas, y la prestación de servicios comunes para cubrir así las necesidades básicas que permitan el establecimiento, despegue y consolidación de estas empresas durante los primeros años de su vida, generando una serie de obligaciones económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SEGUNDA. HASTA DEL ESPACIO DE TRABAJO COLAB ORATIVO Y DE EMPRENDIMIENTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los fines que se pretenden con este espacio son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Favorecer el nacimiento, arranque y consolidación de nuevas empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Favorecer la generación de empleo y autoempleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Diversificar la estructura productiva local, favoreciendo la instalación de empresas de sectores emergentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Crear un medio idóneo, en condiciones de precio y servicios accesibles, que permita a las iniciativas empresariales desarrollar su plan de empresa para que, con un tiempo de estancia limitado, estén en situación de competir y actuar en condiciones de mercado .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Contribuir a la dinamización del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Crear un marco idóneo donde los emprendedores compartan proyectos y experiencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;TERCERA. OBJETO DEL REGLAMENTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constituye el objeto del presente reglamento regular el acceso y uso del espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y emprendimiento, Coworking Municipal de Puigpunyent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objetivo del espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento municipal de Puigpunyent es ofrecer a personas emprendedoras, autónomas, profesionales y PYMES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;un espacio de trabajo compartido que basándose en un modelo de Trabajo colaborativo, sirva para fomentar la creación de sinergias, el aprendizaje conjunto, el fomento de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;relaciones y compartimento de proyectos y conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En concreto se regulan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los derechos, obligaciones y responsabilidades de las empresas y personas emprendedoras que utilicen el espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La administración del Espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Puigpunyent con vistas a su mantenimiento y conservación, así como los espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las relaciones de vecindad entre las personas y el uso adecuado de servicios y espacios comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los efectos y consecuencias del incumplimiento del presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La tramitación de sol • solicitudes y los criterios de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;II. Estructura y organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CUARTA. ORGANIZACIÓN DEL ESPACIO DE TRABAJO COLABORATIVO DE EMPRENDEDURÍA MUNICIPAL DE PUIGPUNYENT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La organización, a fin de garantizar el buen funcionamiento del Espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Puigpunyent, será realizada por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son sus funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La gestión ordinaria de Espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Puigpunyent, de acuerdo con las presentes instrucciones de funcionamiento y régimen interno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La asignación de puestos y mobiliario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Examen y evaluación de solicitudes para la adjudicación de los puestos del Espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Municipal de Puigpunyent, así como la decisión&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;respecto a la adjudicación de espacios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;-La propuesta de realización de actividades o acciones formativas así como de programas de servicios dirigidos al crecimiento profesional de personas emprendedoras del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El estudio y examen de posibles incumplimientos de obligaciones impuestas a las&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;adjudicatarias de espacios, y su traslado en su caso, al órgano municipal competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Otras funciones que le sean atribuidas en el presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proceso de admisión de solicitudes y de valoración de éstas, está abierto de manera permanente, y la asignación se hará siempre que exista lugares libres y se cumplan las condiciones requeridas en este reglamento para su asignación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;QUINTA. BENEFICIARIOS. CONVOCATORIA, PRESENTACIÓN DE SOL • SOLICITUDES, RESOLUCIÓN Y PROCEDIMIENTO DE USO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Personas beneficiarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Espacio Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento está dirigido preferentemente a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1) Personas emprendedoras en el municipio de Puigpunyent que a la fecha de la &amp;nbsp;solicitud no estén ejerciendo actividad, pero prevean hacerlo y tal fin la inicien y se constituyan en un plazo de 12 meses desde la concesión de espacio en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento. En caso de no iniciar la actividad o no constituirse en ninguna forma legal, el contrato quedará rescindido automáticamente transcurrido este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Empresas y personas autónomas empadronadas en el municipio, que comienzan su actividad económica con su instalación en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Empresas ya constituidas, en proceso de incubación o en transformación a entorno digital, con domicilio fiscal en Puigpunyent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) En casos excepcionales, personas emprendedoras o autónomas, profesionales y PYMES de fuera del Municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Convocatoria continua y presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La selección se realizará mediante un sistema continuo de convocatoria basado en un proceso abierto de estudio, selección y autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin embargo, se abre, a partir de la fecha de publicación de la aprobación definitiva del presente documento, una convocatoria inicial de presentación de solicitudes con sus correspondientes proyectos para la cobertura inicial de los espacios. En ambos casos, el órgano competente para la resolución será la Alcaldía u órgano en quien delegue. Una vez realizada la 1ª convocatoria inicial de presentación de empresas quedará abierta una convocatoria continua, a la que podrán acudir todas aquellas iniciativas que no hayan podido acceder a los lugares en esta primera convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez evaluados por la Comisión de Seguimiento los proyectos presentados según los baremos recogidos en el presente la convocatoria, esta Comisión formulará una propuesta que elevará al responsable político correspondiente para su estimación o desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Alcaldía procederá a emitir la correspondiente lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, concediendo el plazo de 10 días naturales desde su comunicación, para la presentación de los documentos que acrediten la veracidad de los datos expuestos en el proyecto presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En todo caso, la lista provisional de los proyectos admitidos y excluidos se publicará en la web municipal y en los tablones de anuncios del Ayuntamiento indicando el resultado de la baremación en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución definitiva de los proyectos admitidos y excluidos se emitirá en el plazo máximo de 15 días hábiles a contar desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de la documentación requerida en este punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Notificación de autorización de uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dictarán las correspondientes resoluciones de autorización de uso de oficinas / despachos, mediante notificaciones individualizadas, sirviéndose de cualquiera de los medios fehacientes recogidos en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En este acto se procederá a la notificación y aceptación por parte de los adjudicatarios de las autorizaciones, del cumplimiento de las instrucciones de funcionamiento y régimen interno del Centro, así como del inventario donde se relacionan los bienes y servicios básicos con los que están dotados los espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent se reserva la facultad de dejar sin efecto la autorización para el uso de los espacios antes del vencimiento del plazo, si así lo justificasen circunstancias sobrevenidas de interés público, procediendo al resarcimiento de los daños que se causaren, siempre que los mismos sean considerados procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procedimiento de uso fuera de convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La persona interesada deberá solicitar el uso del espacio municipal mediante presentación de instancia, con una antelación mínima de diez (10) días, donde conste la fecha o períodos de utilización, la finalidad del evento y el número previsto de asistentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En cualquier caso es facultad de la Comisión de Seguimiento, el otorgamiento o denegación de las solicitudes dado el objeto y oportunidad de la petición. Del mismo modo se podrá revocar la autorización concedida siempre que medii un preaviso mínimo de cinco días y la sala tenga una utilización institucional o un patrocinio oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los usuarios deberán asumir el compromiso de correcto uso y cuidado de las instalaciones • instalaciones, respondiendo de los daños y desperfectos ocasionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SEXTA. CARTERA DE SERVICIOS DEL ESPACIO DE TRABAJO COLABORATIVO DE EMPRENDEDURÍA MUNICIPAL DE PUIGPUNYENT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) El Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento está situado en Calle de la Vila núm. 13, CP. 07194 Puigpunyent, y dispone de las siguientes instalaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Una sala compartida para puestos de trabajo individuales, para 8-10 personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Una sala de reuniones para 8-10 personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Una sala para uso exclusivo de asociaciones locales, para 6 personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Una sala de formaciones para 15-20 personas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Espacios comunes: 1 baño, un rincón office con cafetera y jarra para calentar agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cada uno de los sitios individuales en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo cuenta con el siguiente equipamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tabla personal con 1 silla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tomas de electricidad para conexión de equipos informáticos, puntos de luz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acceso a ADSL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 1 Armario con llave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La sala de reuniones es un espacio que se pone a disposición de las personas usuarias del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo, contando con el siguiente equipamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mesa de reuniones con sillas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Armario bajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Equipo audio visual (opcional con pago extra)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tomas de electricidad para conexión de equipos informáticos, puntos de luz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Toma de red para conexión a Internet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La Sala de reuniones destinada a uso exclusivo de las asociaciones locales, debe cumplir con las especificaciones de este Reglamento quedando excluidas de pago de tasas, quedando sujetos a todas las obligaciones y derechos que éste expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- 1 Pizarra portátil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Equipo audio visual estándar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Infraestructuras comunes que faciliten el asentamiento del negocio el compartir determinados gastos en comunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- De 8 a 10 puestos de trabajo dotados del mobiliario básico necesario para su inmediata utilización: mesa, silla y armario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Espacios comunes y baños propios del edificio en el que está situado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Dispondrá de un panel exterior en el que se expongan los logos o marca que sea usuaria del espacio, respetando siempre la uniformidad de la imagen establecida en la normativa interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Los servicios a prestar en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, son en términos generales, los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. básicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Suministro de luz, climatización, y conexión ADSL Wifi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Limpieza, mantenimiento y conservación del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Orientación para la maduración de la idea de negocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Asesoramiento en la elaboración del plan de empresa con el fin de evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acompañamiento en la tramitación administrativa y alta telemática de la alta de las empresas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SÉPTIMA. HORARIO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento estará en funcionamiento los doce meses del año, en días laborales, de lunes a domingo, respetando los festivos de carácter estatal, autonómico y local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El horario general del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento será, de lunes a domingo, de 08.00 a 21.00 horas. No se podrá acceder a los espacios fuera de este horario salvo autorización expresa del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para la utilización de los servicios y espacios comunes, de manera general, se respetará el horario de apertura general de 08.00 a 21.00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrá modificar los horarios establecidos, notificándole ello a los usuarios, especialmente durante los meses de Julio y agosto, y épocas de festividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias podrán hacer uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento en la forma autorizada, ya sea jornada completa, media jornada o por abonos de horas autorizadas (en horario de tarde o de mañana), sin posibilidad en ningún caso de pernoctar en el Espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El uso del espacio es personal e intransferible (si lo utilizaran dos personas de la misma empresa debe constar en la solicitud). El Ayuntamiento entregará una llave a cada persona usuaria la que no se podrá ceder a terceros sin el consentimiento expreso del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por cada empresa o proyecto emprendedor se podrán solicitar como máximo dos puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se deberá identificar a las personas que solicitan utilizar estos lugares, entre los que debe encontrarse la persona que realiza la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para mantener la naturaleza y los objetivos del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento es fundamental la presencia física de las personas usuarias. Por ello, se podrá exigir un uso presencial mínimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;OCTAVA. CIERRE TEMPORAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se podrá disponer el cierre en cualquier momento de la totalidad o parte de las espacios comunes, así como de los espacios de todas las salas del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento para efectuar trabajos de reparación o modificaciones que sean necesarias , previa comunicación a los titulares de los puestos / espacios afectados, con 15 días naturales de antelación, salvo en los supuestos de urgencia o fuerza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NOVENA. VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento no dispone de un sistema de seguridad y vigilancia específico. El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent quedará liberado y no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad en lo relativo a la seguridad de los espacios cedidos, por los daños que pudieran ocasionarse a las personas, mercancías o cosas, en caso de incendio, robo, fuerza mayor o, en general, accidentes de cualquier tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los usuarios renuncian a reclamar ningún tipo de responsabilidad en el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, por los daños ocasionados en objetos, materiales y productos para medidas de seguridad insuficientes en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento. Siendo por ello que se recomienda la suscripción de un seguro lo que se deberán incluir los daños a sus bienes personales y equipos informáticos depositados en los espacios, por el valor que cada uno tenga depositado, con cobertura de robo, incendio y daños por agua. El recibo del pago del seguro deberá presentarse anualmente por parte de las beneficiarias que cubra las eventuales pérdidas / deterioros / daños, o en su defecto declarar NO se depositan bienes personales dentro de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Está prohibida la utilización injustificada de los extintores de incendios, así como los dispositivos o medidas de seguridad, debiendo respetarse todas las normas e instrucciones dictadas o que se dicten en esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las áreas de paso, vías, pasos, puertas que puedan usarse como salidas de emergencia y / o evacuación deberán permanecer siempre libres y expeditas de obstáculos, de modo que sea posible utilizarlas sin dificultad en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No podrá ser colocado o depositado en el interior del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento ningún objeto, cuyo peso sobrepase el límite de carga de suelos y paredes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El almacenamiento y conservación de toda clase de bienes, géneros o elementos, se efectuará siempre contando con las máximas condiciones de seguridad, bajo Ia responsabilidad de los titulares; especialmente, la documentación mercantil, contable, fiscal y laboral, con excepción de aquella que Ia normativa vigente exija que este en un lugar concreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda prohibida la utilización inadecuada de cualquier elemento que genere ruido y molestias al resto de usuarios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, así como la introducción de cualquier animal (excepto perros guía) y / o material peligroso . Queda prohibida la realización de cualquier actividad en el recinto que sea diferente a la empresarial y / o formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DÉCIMA. CUSTODIA DE CLAVES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por razones de seguridad y para su utilización en casos de emergencia o en cualquier circunstancia que así lo requiera, el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent dispondrá de una copia de las llaves de acceso a los armarios de cada lugar, en las dependencias de el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento y la disposición del personal municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;UNDÉCIMA. MEDIDAS CAUTELARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier situación o indicio razonable que pudiera relacionarse o afectar previsiblemente la seguridad en el edificio deberá ser puesto en inmediato conocimiento del Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, sin perjuicio de la adopción de las medidas cautelares que pudieran aplicar los que lo adviertan .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent se reserva el derecho a denegar la admisión en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de cualquier persona la presencia de la que pueda ser considerada perjudicial para la seguridad, reputación e interés de este , del Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent o de sus personas usuarias. Las personas usuarias deberán colaborar en esta acción, cuando sean requeridas para ello. Cualquier persona que acceda o permanezca en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento estará obligada, a identificarse y justificar su presencia allí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DUODÉCIMA.- UTILIZACIÓN DE LAS SUPERFICIES COMUNES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las superficies comunes del edificio se utilizarán únicamente para los usos previstos sin que, en ningún caso, puedan mantenerse encima ellas materiales o elementos ajenos a su propia estructura. De producirse este hecho, todo material o elemento que esté situado en superficies comunes podrá ser retirado por el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent con notificación a la persona propietaria de dicho material o elemento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cada uno de los ocupantes del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento tendrá el libre uso de los espacios comunes, siempre que se respeten las normas de uso específicas, y no se impida los mismos derechos de los restantes usuarios y su buen funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier circunstancia que implique el no cumplimiento de los requisitos recogidos en las normas generales de uso de los espacios comunes supondrá la imposibilidad de utilización de estos espacios. Sin embargo, el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent estudiará cada situación de manera particular, pudiendo articularse soluciones alternativas para la utilización del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Respecto a los espacios de uso compartido, para asegurar una correcta convivencia deben respetarse las siguientes condiciones de acceso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La sala de reuniones pretende ofrecer a los usuarios un espacio de uso individual para garantizar la privacidad en reuniones internas, presentaciones a clientes y cualquier otra circunstancia que se adapte a la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las reservas de los espacios compartidos se realizarán siguiendo el sistema que establezca para ello, manteniéndose el cuadrante actualizado, por lo que, enqualsevol momento, todas las personas emprendedoras puedan conocer la disponibilidad de uso del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los usuarios deben comprometerse a respetar las normas básicas de civismo y convivencia, para permitir un uso compartido del espacio, debiendo dejarse la instalación • instalación en las mismas condiciones en las que se encontró al principio de la sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Es estrictamente necesario cumplir con las reservas de sala realizadas o, en su defecto, cancel • lar aquellas que no vayan a utilizarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent podría retirar el derecho de uso de la sala de reuniones a las empresas y personas emprendedoras alojadas en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento en el caso de que no hagan un uso correcto de Ia misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECIMOTERCERA.- DERECHO DE ENTRADA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent se reserva el derecho a entrar en cualquiera de las superficies del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento ocupadas por las personas usuarias de manera individualizada, para poder asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas a las personas empresarias / emprendedoras autorizadas para el uso de oficinas, así como para poder efectuar, en su caso, las reparaciones ordinarias necesarias. En caso de urgencia o fuerza mayor del Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, podrá acceder a todos los espacios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, incluso con rotura de puertas, para atender reparaciones de urgencia, fuera de las horas de apertura o en ausencia la persona empresaria / emprendedora autorizado para el uso de espacio, comunicándole inmediatamente el hecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECIMOCUARTA. LETREROS, SEÑALIZACIÓN Y ELEMENTOS ORNAMENTALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No se permitirá ningún tipo de rótulo en las espacios comunes o exteriores del edificio fuera de los establecidos, debiendo adaptarse a las personas usuarias del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de Puigpunyent a los modelos de directorios y señalización que se establezcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Referente a la rotulación y señalizaciones publicitarias en los espacios, las personas usuarias del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Puigpunyent atendrán a las regulaciones que por razones de compatibilidad con los criterios constructivos y de racionalización en el conjunto de el espacio, se establezcan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No está permitido a los usuarios, en ningún caso y en ningún lugar, la colocación de vinilos ni ningún formato similar que quede adherido de manera definitiva y modifique la estética del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DECIMOQUINTA. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA DE INSTALACIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento deberán mantener en todo momento los despachos y superficies cedidas y sus equipamientos en buen estado de funcionamiento, presentación y limpieza. Los daños o desperfectos que la actividad de la persona usuaria cause en los elementos estructurales del espacio, en las instalaciones generales, en las espacios de uso común, en sus despachos o espacios cedidos o en el mobiliario, serán reparados por el usuario causante directamente ya su cargo. De no hacerlo en el plazo requerido se procederá a dejar sin efecto la autorización de uso del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent se reserva tomar las acciones legales que correspondan, independientemente de las responsabilidades civiles o penales que puedan reclamarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent velará por el permanente estado de limpieza de las instalaciones de todo el edificio. A tal efecto, las personas usuarias del espacio se someterán a los horarios que disponga el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, obligándose a facilitar la limpieza de los espacios utilizados. Los términos y condiciones para la limpieza de los espacios deberán ser respetados por las personas usuarias, sobre todo en referencia a la clasificación y retirada de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;IV. Derechos y obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECIMOSEXTA. OBLIGACIONES Y DERECHOS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE PUIGPUNYENT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Comunicar a la persona empresaria / emprendedora el uso de un puesto de trabajo en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento y su puesta a disposición, después de la fecha de la notificación, y previa constitución de Ia garantía correspondiente solicitada, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Prestar los servicios puestos a su disposición en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Llegado el momento, poner fin a la autorización del uso de la oficina por las causas previstas, previa tramitación del pertinente procedimiento, en el que se dará audiencia al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Solicitar la información necesaria para velar por el cumplimiento del presente Reglamento de funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DECIMOSEPTIMA. DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE LAS PERSONAS USUARIAS LOS ESPACIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se firmará un contrato de uso entre el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent y la persona usuaria en el que se especificarán todas las condiciones. El usuario adquirirá el compromiso de cumplir con todas las cláusulas del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias deberán seguir las directrices marcadas por la persona responsable del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento en cuanto a metodología y procedimientos y en relación con el uso y cuidado de las instalaciones de este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas promotoras deberán abonar a las instituciones públicas los impuestos, tasas y precios a los que estén obligados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent podrá solicitar en cualquier momento a los usuarios la documentación necesaria para acreditar que cumplen con sus obligaciones legales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1 Derechos de las personas empresarias y emprendedoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Recibir, a través de los recursos municipales, los suministros y servicios que se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Luz, climatización y ADSL Wifi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Conservación, mantenimiento y limpieza del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellos otros que se requieran para la buena marcha del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, que sean de necesidad general y conforme a los fines propuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Utilizar el mobiliario asignado al puesto (mesa, silla y armario), las instalaciones y los espacios comunes, manteniendo cuidado para su mantenimiento y respetando las normas de uso de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Participar en las actividades programadas por el Ayuntamiento, siempre que cumplan los requisitos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Utilizar la marca Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento en la imagen gráfica de la empresa, como reconocimiento al espíritu emprendedor y al esfuerzo y entrega que implica la puesta en marcha de una idea de negocio .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2 Obligaciones de las personas emprendedoras y empresarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Usar y mantener en perfectas condiciones las instalaciones y mobiliario del Espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Cumplir con las obligaciones económicas derivadas del contrato (garantía económica inicial equivalente a una cuota, y cuota mensual de gasto común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Satisfacer a su exclusiva costa las cargas, impuestos y gravámenes que pesen sobre la actividad empresarial que se desarrolle en el espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) Devolver los elementos propios de titularidad municipal a la finalización de la autorización de uso de los espacios, por la causa que fuera, en las mismas condiciones de uso que lo recibió, salvando el uso normal y diligente y el quebranto por ello producido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Notificar al Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent por escrito, con un mes de antelación como mínimo, la intención de abandonar el espacio antes del cumplimiento del período máximo establecido. Si no se respeta este plazo de notificación deberá satisfacerse la obligación económica mensual correspondiente, aunque la estancia efectiva en las instalaciones del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento haya finalizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;f) Colaborar en el desarrollo de los programas y actividades que organice el Ayuntamiento, cuando estén vinculados directamente con el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento y así sea solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Referente al mantenimiento del espacio, las personas usuarias deberán mantener en buen estado de conservación las instalaciones, equipamiento y mobiliario y se harán cargo de los desperfectos que puedan ocasionar un mal uso de estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) A la limpieza, cada usuario se responsabilizará de mantener limpio su puesto de trabajo y dejará la mesa libre de papeles y otros objetos tras finalizar la jornada de trabajo. Queda prohibido comer en el lugar de trabajo y se utilizará la zona de descanso o encuentro para tomar café o té, etc. Cuando se utilice este espacio se dejará todo limpio y recogido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Será causa de pérdida del derecho de uso exclusivo del local el incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones establecidas en el presente reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DECIMOCTAVA. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS DE CARÁCTER PERSONAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas emprendedoras alojadas en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento autorizan el tratamiento de sus datos personales y la incorporación de los mismos en un fichero titularidad del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Del mismo modo las personas emprendedoras autorizan a que se proceda a la grabación o captación de imágenes durante su estancia en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento o su participación en actividades, encuentros y / o reuniones del Ayuntamiento, mediante cámaras de vídeo o cámaras fotográficas. Las imágenes resultantes podrán usarse como documentación para hacer referencia al espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de Puigpunyent en diferentes medios, así como en sus boletines, página web y otros elementos de difusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas empresarias y emprendedoras podrán ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición al fichero de los datos titularidad del Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECIMONOVENA. PROHIBICIONES Y LIMITACIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Queda expresamente prohibido en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento del ejercicio para los usuarios de los espacios para las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. El uso de cualquier material no permitido por las normas de seguridad e higiene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ejercer en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento toda actividad que pueda considerarse peligrosa, insalubre y nociva o que perturbe la actividad de los &amp;nbsp;restantes ocupantes. El uso de cada espacio no debe implicar ninguna molestia anormal (aunque fuera excepcional), en relación con las actividades proyectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. El uso de todo o parte de cualquier espacio como vivienda u otro uso no permitido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. El almacenamiento de cualquier mercancía o de productos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Introducir en los despachos, mobiliario ajeno al cedido por el Ayuntamiento Puigpunyent, excepto solicitud previa y concesión expresa de autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. De manera general, los usuarios de los espacios no deben en ninguna forma perturbar el ambiente del centro, mediante ruidos, vibraciones, olores, temperaturas o cualquier otra causa que pueda afectar o producir molestias a las otras personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;VIGÉSIMA. EXTINCIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO ANTES DEL VENCIMIENTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Conforme a lo establecido en el presente documento, el plazo de duración de uso de cada uno de los espacios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento será por el plazo señalado más adelante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este plazo se refiere a la estancia máxima, pero el órgano competente del ayuntamiento podrá dejar sin efecto la autorización de uso antes del vencimiento por las siguientes causas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Si lo justificasen circunstancias sobrevenidas de interés público y previa tramitación del procedimiento que corresponda, en el que, en todo caso, se dará audiencia al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Para la utilización inadecuada por parte de las personas emprendedoras de cualquier elemento que genere ruido y molestias al resto de usuarios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, así como la introducción de cualquier animal y / o material peligroso , incómodo o inflamable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Si se realiza en el recinto cualquier actividad que sea diferente a la actividad empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Por no reparar, a su costa, los daños o desperfectos causados ​​en los elementos estructurales del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, en las instalaciones generales, en las espacios de uso común, en sus despachos o espacios cedidos o en el mobiliario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Si se incumple alguna de las obligaciones derivadas del presente documento, del procedimiento de selección para entrar en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento y / o de las que se recojan en la notificación de autorización de úsdels espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Solicitud de las personas emprendedoras, conforme a lo recogido en el presente Reglamento / Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;VIGÉSIMO PRIMERA.- NOTIFICACIÓN DE LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO A LA PERSONA &amp;nbsp;BENEFICIARIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez aprobada la concesión de la autorización para el uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento por Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, se notificará a la persona beneficiaria, para formalizar el contrato y presentar la documentación necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;VIGÉSIMO SEGUNDA. DURACIÓN DEL USO DEL ESPACIO Y DE LA PRESTACIÓDEL SERVICIO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento será, salvo circunstancias excepcionales, de dos (2) años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De manera excepcional, el usuario o empresa podrá elevar a la Comisión de Seguimiento una propuesta motivada para la extensión del plazo de permanencia fuera de los límitse stablerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo marcado del usuario siempre que exista solo • solicitudes de uso en lista de espera) deberá abandonar el espacio cedido dejándolo libre y expedita, sin necesidad de requerimiento especial y sin indemnización a su favor. En caso de que no lo hiciera, el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent podrá llevar a cabo cuantas actuaciones sean necesarias para proceder al desalojo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas usuarias que quieran dejar de utilizar el espacio antes de finalizar el periodo de vigencia del contrato deberán notificarlo por escrito, según el modelo de solicitud normalizado y detallando la fecha en la que la plaza quedará en manos de el Ayuntamiento. El cese anticipado en el uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento no comportará ninguna penalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tras dejar de ser usuario del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento deberán transcurrir al menos dos (2) años para que se le pueda volver a aceptar una nueva solicitud, salvo excepciones por ocupación del espacio inferior al 80%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;VIGÉSIMO TERCERA: PROYECTOS EN ESPERA Y ASIGNACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Producida una vacante en los espacios del Centro, la Comisión de Seguimiento podrá elevar propuesta para que autorice el uso del espacio a aquella persona empresaria o emprendedora que, habiendo participado en la selección proyectos empresariales, hubiera obtenido un informe previo favorable de viabilidad y que se encuentre el siguiente en la "Bolsa de Proyectos en Espera", por el orden determinado según el baremo. El plazo de permanencia en esta "Bolsa" será de un (1) año a contar desde la fecha de valoración por la Comisión de Seguimiento, salvo renuncia anterior, expresa y por escrito del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Bolsa de Proyectos en Espera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En relación con las solicitudes de personas emprendedoras que, siendo sus proyectos no viables, no hayan sido propuestos para la autorización de uso de espacios bien por encontrarse ocupados, bien por haber obtenido una puntuación inferior a la los proyectos seleccionados, se integrarán en la "Bolsa de proyectos en Espera" del Centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La referida Bolsa se configurará en función de la calificación obtenida en el proceso de baremación correspondiente, reordenando cada vez que se incluyan nuevos proyectos en esta, en virtud de las solicitudes y correspondientes valoraciones realizadas en la evaluación de convocatoria continua . El análisis de viabilidad técnica y económica de los proyectos presentados y la puntuación obtenida tendrán una validez de un año a contar desde la fecha de publicación de las resoluciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurrido este periodo, en el caso de producirse vacantes y si se siguen cumpliendo los requisitos de la presente convocatoria, el proyecto deberá volver a ser inscrito y evaluado si el emprendedor siguiera interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Vacantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recurrirá a la "Bolsa de Proyectos en Espera" para cubrir las posibles vacantes, siempre respetando el orden de prelación establecido en función de lo anteriormente descrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;VIGÉSIMO CUARTA. RÉGIMEN SANCIONADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de las normas establecidas en el presente Reglamento podrá ser constitutiva de infracción, dando lugar a la tramitación del correspondiente procedimiento sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Serán faltas leves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Desatender las indicaciones de las personas responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ocasionar bullicio o cualquier otra acción, no prevista como grave o muy grave, injustificada que altere o interrumpa el desarrollo de la convivencia de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El deterioro leve de las instalaciones, mobiliario o material del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El incumplimiento de las normas previstas en el reglamento que no tengan carácter grave o muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Serán faltas graves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La alteración de la convivencia de los diferentes espacios y servicios del de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La alteración del funcionamiento del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de los servicios que presta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los actos ofensivos contra las personas que acuden al del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento, así como contra el personal que trabaja en este, amenazas y agresiones verbales o físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La utilización inadecuada de los diferentes espacios y servicios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Causar, por uso indebido, deterioro grave en las instalaciones, mobiliario y materiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La comisión de tres faltas leves en un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Serán faltas muy graves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El impago de la tasa a la que esté obligado en los términos que establezca el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La no utilización del puesto de trabajo asignado por un periodo superior a 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cometer dos faltas graves en un período de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cometer de tres faltas graves en un período de dos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Las faltas leves podrán ser sancionadas con notificación por escrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las faltas muy graves podrán ser sancionadas con la extinción de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. Reparación de daños&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La imposición de sanciones será compatible con la exigencia al infractor de la reposición o indemnización de daños y perjuicios causados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos Bonos de horas mensuales se expedirán en el siguiente horario: De lunes a viernes, entre las 8.00 y las 14.00 horas o entre las 14.00 y las 20.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las horas no utilizadas en el mes no se acumulan al mes siguiente. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del espacio, la convivencia y el respeto a las personas e instalaciones, las normas aquí referidas serán de cumplimiento obligatorio para los usuarios del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento. Su aceptación es un requisito imprescindible para el uso de las instalaciones • instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ten en cuenta que en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento formamos una Comunidad. Respeta el espacio y dejarlo tal como lo encuentres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es responsabilidad de los usuarios los daños causados ​​al mobiliario e instalaciones por un mal uso de éstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como persona usuaria del espacio serás responsable de tus invitados, clientes, proveedores que accedan puntualmente al espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Si la sala de reuniones no está ocupada, se puede utilizar como lugar de trabajo, siempre que tengas asignado un puesto de trabajo en la sala compartida, pero ten en cuenta que si se reserva deberás abandonarla. Si quieres privacidad en la sala de reuniones, deberás reservar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Deposita la basura en los contenedores adecuados para su correcto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;reciclaje. Para garantizar la mínima generación de residuos, queda prohibido el uso de materiales o suministros desechables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Para escuchar música u otro sonido dentro del área del Espacio de Trabajo utiliza auriculares con el fin de no molestar a los otros usuarios. También es una forma sutil de indicar que "no estás disponible".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Mantén un tono de voz moderado para evitar molestar a tus compañeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Preferentemente utiliza tu teléfono en modo vibración o en un volumen bajo dentro del área de trabajo. Las conversaciones largas mejor en el pasillo o exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Está prohibido fumar (Ley 28/2005 de 26 de diciembre) o consumir bebidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;alcohólicas durante el horario de trabajo, salvo acontecimientos puntuales autoritzados por el ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Se reserva el derecho de admisión si se presentan signos de embriaguez, actitud violenta u ofensiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. La actividad que se desarrolle en el lugar de trabajo debe ser legal. Además, te recordamos que no debe descargar contenido inapropiado ni material con copyright o sin licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Por favor, pon de tu parte para hacer un uso consciente de los suministros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Uno de los valores fundamentales del movimiento del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo es la sostenibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Apaga la luz de tu escritorio en ausentarte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Apaga las luces de salas o aparatos que no están siendo utilizados (incluso si no eres tú quien los has encendido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Apaga o menos "suspende" la actividad de tus equipos, pantallas y dispositivos, cuando no los estés utilizando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Reduce tu consumo de papel (no imprimas materiales que puedan archivarse o difundirse digitalmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo I. Hecho imponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El hecho imponible del precio público es el alojamiento temporal en el espacio de trabajo compartido, bonos de horas para las sala de formación y de reuniones, espacios totalmente equipados incluyendo: acceso a servicios comunes como sala de reuniones, recepción, baños, limpieza, luz, conexión a internet, servicio de reprografía (con un número limitado mensual de fotocopias / impresiones por persona beneficiaria, que se especificará en la normativa interna, fijada anualmente o en el supuesto de modificación del reglamento de uso si caso) y servicio de tutela, asesoramiento y formación empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo II. OBLIGADOS TRIBUTARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuando estén a jornada parcial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mobiliario compartido asignado en espacio compartido, uso de la sala de reuniones en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;periodos de hasta 3h seguidas y servicios comunes, todo ello durante su franja&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de uso (mañana o tarde).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Se procederá al depósito de garantía o fianza por importe de una mensualidad,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;excluidos impuestos aplicables, la cual será devuelta a la finalización del uso de los&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;espacios en caso de encontrarse en correcto estado de conservación, y de acuerdo con el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. El periodo máximo de permanencia en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de Emprendimiento será de 24 meses, prorrogable por 12 meses siempre que escompleixin los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El importe de las tarifas indicadas incluye la posibilidad de acceso de los usuarios a los espacios adjudicados los servicios comunes del Centro, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Reglamento de acceso y uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de Puigpunyent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Artículo IV. GESTIÓN Y COBRO DE CUOTAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La obligación del pago del precio público regulado en esta Ordenanza nace desde el inicio de la prestación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas interesadas en la prestación de servicios del Espacio de Trabajo Colaborativo y de Emprendimiento de Puigpunyent, deberán presentar en el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, la solicitud conforme al modelo que se establezca, aportando la documentación que se especifique. La autorización de uso de estos espacios se realizará por el procedimiento establecido en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las cuotas se liquidarán mensualmente dentro de los cinco primeros días de cada mes, una vez firmado el convenio de cesión de espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El ingreso se realizará mediante domiciliación bancaria en la cuenta de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;el Ayuntamiento que se les notifique para su gestión; estos ingresos serán&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;controlados por el área económica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. En el momento de presentar la solicitud por la cesión de uso temporal en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento deberán comunicar al Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent los datos precisos para proceder a la domiciliación bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier cambio que se produzca en estos datos deberá comunicarse antes del día 15 o inmediatamente hábil siguiente del mes anterior a aquel en que haya de producir efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El impago o retraso en el pago de la mensualidad por dos meses consecutivos dará lugar a la resolución automática de la cesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La administración municipal podrá acordar en los casos que, en la solicitud formulada aprecien razones sociales, benéficas, culturales o de interés público, la no aplicación de las tarifas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. No estarán sujetos al pago de estas tarifas los actos organizados por el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, así como las que sean consecuencia de intercambios, convenios con otras instituciones o acuerdos de colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ANEXO III &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;TRAMITACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de autorización para el uso de los puestos serán analizadas y evaluadas, según los criterios de valoración recogidos después por el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una comisión de seguimiento seleccionará las solicitudes presentadas por las personas que pretendan instalar en el Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta comisión estará formada por el Concejal Municipal responsable del Área, y un Técnico externo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se creará una comisión de valoración de solicitudes que tendrá las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Evaluar, calificar e informar las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Emitir informes sobre resolución de convenios, rescisión, prórrogas y cualquier duda o cuestión que se suscite en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se fomentará la composición equilibrada entre mujeres y hombres integrantes de la comisión de valoración, según lo establecido en el * artículo55 de la ley 12/2006, de 20 de septiembre, para la mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tramitación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes para el uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento se harán por vía telemática, según modelo normalizado, vía web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez aprobada la concesión de la autorización para el uso del Espacio de Trabajo colaborativo y de Emprendimiento por el Ayuntamiento de Puigpunyent, las personas solicitantes deberán presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. emprendedores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fotocopia DNI del solicitante y, si son varios los participes o integrantes del proyecto, fotocopia del DNI de todos ellos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de estar al corriente en el pago a la Agencia Tributaria, Hacienda Local y Autonómica, y en la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Modelos 036/037 donde conste la fecha de alta de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Copia de la escritura de poder o documento acreditativo de la representación legal e identidad del solicitante, así como copia de la escritura de la constitución de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaración jurada del cumplimiento de los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado de Hacienda acreditativo de la situación censal y domicilio fiscal de la empresa y / o cualquier otro documento que acredite que parte de su actividad se desarrolla en el término municipal de Puigpunyent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que el número de solicitudes sea mayor que el número de puestos de trabajo disponibles, los espacios de trabajo se adjudicarán en función de la puntuación obtenida según los criterios de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellos proyectos que no hayan logrado obtener plaza en el Espacio de Trabajo Colaborativo y de Emprendimiento Puigpunyent incorporarán a una lista de espera en base a la orden de puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando una plaza quede vacante, las solicitudes en lista de espera concurrirán junto con las nuevas solicitudes que puedan existir, resolviéndose su asignación en base a la orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellas personas emprendedoras y empresas que la licitud de las que se encuentre en lista de espera, podrán solicitar una nueva valoración en caso de justificar cambios sustanciales en su proyecto inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ANEXO IV &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorarán los siguientes aspectos de los proyectos con un máximo de 100 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Viabilidad técnica, y económica del proyecto empresarial. Será necesario obtener una porcentaje mínimo del 50% para que la solicitud pueda llegar a ser considerada favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La capacidad técnica y profesional de los promotores será valorada dentro de este apartado con un máximo de 10 puntos. (Adjuntar CV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puntuación máxima de 25 puntos. (Rellenar formulario)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El sector en el que desarrolle la actividad empresarial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Siendo prioritarias aquellas actividades que contribuyan al desarrollo económico y sostenible del municipio, más específicamente proyectos que desarrollen actividades totales o parciales dentro de los siguientes ámbitos: economía social, energías renovables, gestión de residuos, gestión de agua, bioconstrucción, patrimonio, cultura, deporte , regeneración del suelo, agricultura ecológica, biodiversidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puntuación máxima 25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Antigüedad empresa solicitante;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Proyectos empresariales en constitución: 15 puntos; empresas con antigüedad menor a dos años: 10 puntos; empresas con alta entre dos y cinco años: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para calcular la antigüedad de la empresa se considerará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fecha de alta inicial en el régimen especial de trabajadores autónomos, en el supuesto de que los solicitantes sean personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La fecha de otorgamiento de la escritura de constitución por parte del notario o la fecha de firma del documento privado entre las partes, en el caso de las sociedades mercantiles, sociedades civiles y comunidades de bienes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puntuación máxima 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Solicitantes pertenecientes a colectivos de atención preferente;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Parados de más de seis meses, mayores de cuarenta y cinco años, jóvenes hasta treinta años, discapacitados y mujeres víctimas de violencia de género: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En estos supuestos, para proceder a la baremación, se solicitará documentación acreditativa de pertenencia al colectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Proyectos promovidos por residentes del municipio: 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Empresas con domicilio fiscal en Puigpunyent: 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Proyectos socialmente responsables: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Proyectos que planteen propuestas de dinamización del Centro y que aporten valor añadido al resto de integrantes: 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para obtener por parte de la Comisión una resolución favorable o poder ser incluido en la bolsa de solicitantes en espera, será necesario un mínimo de 50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, conforme al artículo 19 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se podrá interponer por los interesados ​​recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
