&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Observaciones: Actualmente existen 10 puestos de trabajo de cabo correspondientes al grupo de clasificación C2, que pasan a ser puestos en transición para la integración en el subgrupo C1 de conformidad con lo previsto en la disposición adicional segunda de la Ley 17/2019 de 8 de abril (BOIB núm. 48 de 13/04/2019) referente a la clasificación de los cuerpos de bomberos y otras normas en materia de personal del servicio de prevención y Extinción de incendios de las administraciones locales. Si en el período previsto en la referida norma los funcionarios no consiguen acreditar el requisito de la titulación quedaran en la situación «a extinguir» en el Subgrupo C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bombero &lt;/strong&gt;(código1.035)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo de Clasificación: C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Titulación específica: Título de Bachillerato o Técnico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Complemento específico: 14.129 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Observaciones: Actualmente existen 58 puestos de trabajo de bombero correspondientes al grupo de clasificación C2, que pasan a ser puestos en transición para la integración en el subgrupo C1 de conformidad con lo previsto en la disposición adicional segunda de la Ley 17/2019 de 8 de abril (BOIB núm. 48 de 13/04/2019) referente a la clasificación de los cuerpos de bomberos y otras normas en materia de personal del servicio de prevención y extinción de incendios de las administraciones locales. Si en el período previsto en la referida norma los funcionarios no consiguen acreditar el requisito de la titulación quedaran en la situación «a extinguir» en el Subgrupo C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; la creación de los puestos de trabajo de cabo especialista y bombero especialista del grupo de rescate vertical y de la unidad canina de rescate, y las fichas correspondientes a los referidos puestos de trabajo, donde&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se describen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se determinan las condiciones requeridas para ejercerlos, que constan en el anexo I de la presente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO- ACORDAR&lt;/strong&gt; que la implantación de esta nueva estructura se realizará respetando las limitaciones presupuestarias existentes en cada momento, de la siguiente manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) El año 2021: Aplicación del complemento específico al puesto de bombero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El año 2022: Aplicación del complemento específico del resto de puestos y la introducción a la plantilla&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de los puestos de cabo especialista i bombero especialista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO- REALIZAR&lt;/strong&gt; las actuaciones administrativas pertinentes para que los funcionarios de la escala operativa básica acrediten la formación y superen el proceso selectivo que se determine, para pasar a integrarse en el subgrupo C1, tal y como se establece en el apartado 4 de la disposición adicional segunda de la Ley 17/2019, de 8 de abril. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; el acuerdo que se adopte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El recursos de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de reposición. Transcurrido un mes desde la interposición del recurso de reposición potestativo sin recibir notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y se puede interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de seis meses contados a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo esto en conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
