&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.3.- PRP2021/639 PROPUESTA APROBACIÓN INICIAL REGLAMENTO PARQUE PATINAJE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Ha adoptado el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR INICIALMENTE&lt;/strong&gt; el Reglamento regulador del parque de patinaje, que queda redactado de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reglamento regulador del parque de patinaje&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Este reglamento pretende realizar una regulación precisa del parque de patinaje ubicado en la esquina de la calle de Migjorn con el vial de Sant Francesc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La finalidad de este reglamento de usos no es otra que aminorar los riesgos inherentes a la práctica del deporte en dicha instalación y mejorar la seguridad de todas las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Con este reglamento se fijan las obligaciones de las personas usuarias y el funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La pista de patinaje es un espacio público del Consell Insular de Formentera para facilitar la práctica del patinaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Está compuesta por una pista de patinaje, una pista de modalidad urbana y un bol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. La entrada a la instalación es libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Las personas menores de 12 años deberán ir acompañadas de una persona mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Las personas adultas acompañantes deberán permanecer fuera de las pistas para no obstaculizar la práctica deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. El Consell Insular de Formentera será responsable del mantenimiento, conservación y limpieza de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por este motivo deberá realizar todas las obras necesarias para mantener una buena seguridad de las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Las personas usuarias de la instalación asumen las consecuencias ante cualquier accidente, salvo que este sea motivado por una conservación deficiente o falta de mantenimiento de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las personas usuarias de esta instalación deberán cumplir con las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. En las pistas de patinaje sólo se pueden utilizar monopatín, patinete, patines y bicicletas BMX. Cualquier otra modalidad no está permitida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Es obligatorio el uso de un casco, rodilleras y coderas homologados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Se prohíbe patinar sin el calzado adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Se prohíbe jugar a la pelota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Se prohíbe la entrada de alimentos y envases de vidrio en el recinto (excepto agua o bebidas isotónicas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. Se prohíbe fumar en todo el recinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7. Se prohíbe tirar basura ni restos de ningún tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8. En caso de accidente, se debe avisar inmediatamente al Servicio de Urgencias 112.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;9. Se pedirá abandonar la pista a cualquier persona que dañe las instalaciones. También se le reclamará el pago del coste de la reparación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;10. Es obligatorio patinar con precaución y evitar colisiones con otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;11. No está permitido poner obstáculos o cualquier otro objeto adicional ni sustancias como cera en la mini rampa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;12. No se permite sentarse en el borde del bol, ni en el borde de toda la pista ni en su interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;13. No se permiten espectadores dentro ninguna de las tres pistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;14. No se permite la entrada de animales (excepto perros guía).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;15. No se admitirán los comportamientos violentos o inadecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;El parque permanecerá abierto durante las horas y los días de la semana que fije el órgano competente del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones fijadas en este reglamento, supondrá que el usuario deba abandonar la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Disposición Final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Este Reglamento entrará en vigor al día siguiente de la publicación íntegra de su texto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, según lo establecido en el artículo 103, en relación al 113, de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;La aprobación este reglamento deroga el anterior publicado en el BOIB núm. 39 de 22 de marzo de 2014&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente acuerdo. Esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt; Someter el acuerdo, a información pública mediante el correspondiente edicto en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del&amp;nbsp; Insular de Formentera,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Para que durante el plazo de 30&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;días, los vecinos y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente -en la Secretaría- y formular&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 102.1 b) de la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt; Someter el acuerdo asimismo a audiencia de las asociaciones vecinales y de defensa de las personas consumidoras y usuarias establecidas en Formentera e inscritas en el Registro de Entidades Ciudadanas las finalidades de las guarden relación directa con el objeto de este acuerdo, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 112.3 del Reglamento orgánico de funcionamiento del&amp;nbsp; de Formentera y en el artículo 102.c) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt; Considerar que si en el plazo de información pública y de audiencia previa no hay reclamaciones, reparos u&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;observaciones, debe entenderse definitivamente aprobado el acuerdo inicialmente adoptado, sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo expreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt; Ordenar la publicación íntegra en el BOIB del acuerdo correspondiente (con el texto del reglamento, en caso de que sea necesario), ya sea el inicial elevado a definitivo, ya sea el derivado del estudio de las reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones, como texto refundido que incorpore la nueva regulación, a los efectos de entrada en vigor, todo de conformidad con los artículos 103.1 y 113 de la citada Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Lo que se hace público, para general conocimiento, y los efectos de cumplir y ejecutar los respectivos acuerdos provisionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
