font-size:12px">El 13 de septiembre de 2021, el director general de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre aprobó inicialmente el Proyecto de ampliación de la línea del metro Palma – UIB hasta el Parc Bit, de la red ferroviaria de Servicios Ferroviarios de Mallorca (SFM).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 5 de la Ley 38/2015, de 29 de setiembre, del Sector Ferroviario, y en el artículo 10 de su Reglamento; en el artículo 18 de la Ley de 16 de diciembre de 1954, de Expropiación Forzosa, y en el artículo 17 de su Reglamento, y en el artículo 83 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se somete este proyecto a información pública durante un plazo de treinta días hábiles a partir de su publicación en el BOIB, para que todas las personas interesadas puedan formular las alegaciones que estimen oportunas, así como rectificar posibles errores que se aprecien en la relación de fincas afectadas que se adjuntan.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
