Día 26 de marzo de 2021 se aprueba por Junta de Gobierno Local las Bases de Concesión Directa de Subvenciones- Subvenciones por Concurrencia no competitiva- Ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Día 10 de abril se publica en el BOIB las Bases aprobadas a Junta de Gobierno Local de Concesión Directa de Subvenciones- Subvenciones por Concurrencia no competitiva- Ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Día 11 de abril se empiezan a registrar solicitudes para la obtención de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Día 6 de mayo de 2021 se publica en el BOIB número 59 la modificación de la convocatoria de ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio de Andratx para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sociosanitaria derivada de la COVID-19, publicada el 10 de abril de 2021 con número 48.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Día 10 de septiembre de 2021, por la Junta de Gobierno Local se han aprobado las modificaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Artículo 3 de las Bases de las Ayudas extraordinarias al tejido productivo del municipio para minimizar el impacto económico de la crisis sanitaria COVID-19 (BOIB nº48, de 10 de abril de 2021) y &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;la posterior modificación (BOIB nº59, de 6 de m&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ayo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; de 2021):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Añadir a la Línea 2 Comercios los siguientes IAE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;rupo 255: Fabricación de otros productos químicos destinados principalmente al consumo final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 255.2 Fabricación de jabones tocador y productos perfumería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del grupo 463: Fabricación en serie de piezas de carpintería, parquet y estructuras &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 463.1 Puertas y ventanas de madera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del grupo 614: Comercio al por mayor de productos farmacéuticos, de perfumería y para el mantenimiento y funcionamiento del hogar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 614.2 Comercio al por mayor de productos de perfumería, droguería, higiene y belleza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del grupo 653: Comercio al por menor de artículos para el equipamiento del hogar y la construcción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 653.3 Comercio al por menor de artículos de menaje, ferretería, adorno, regalo o reclamo (incluyendo bisutería y pequeños electrodomésticos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El grupo 681 Hospedaje en hoteles y moteles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del grupo 751 Actividades anexas al transporte terrestre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- 751.5 Engrase y lavado de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del grupo 839 Masajistas, bromatólogos, dietistas y auxiliares de enfermería &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El grupo 899 Otros profesionales relacionados con los servicios a que se refiere esta división&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para cada persona autónoma con domicilio fiscal en el municipio de Andratx y que cumple el requisito de estar dado de alta en uno de los epígrafes previamente mencionados de la línea 6, la parte interesada recibirá la cantidad de 1000 € en concepto de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación específica de la línea 6 Trabajadores autónomos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Copia del DNI/NIE/Pasaporte del solicitante en caso de ser persona física. Copia del CIF del solicitante en el caso de ser persona jurídica. En el supuesto de que la solicitud la haga un representante legal tendrá que presentar una autorización de representación con los documentos de identificación de interesado y representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso solicitudes duplicadas por motivos de copropiedad o titularidad compartida de bien o bienes inmuebles alegados, el importe se reducirá proporcionalmente al porcentaje de participación en la propiedad por lo cual se requerirá la documentación acreditativa correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Solicitud rellenada (ANEXO I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Declaración responsable rellenada (ANEXO II) con los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La persona que presenta la solicitud tiene poder suficiente para actuar. En caso de que el solicitante sea una comunidad de bienes, una sociedad civil u otra entidad económica sin personalidad jurídica, tendrá que tener contrato privado o escritura pública de su constitución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Que todos los datos contenidos en la solicitud y los documentos que se adjuntan son ciertos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tener el domicilio fiscal, servicio o centro de trabajo en el municipio de Andratx. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Figurar de alta en el Impuesto de Actividades Económicas en los epígrafes específicos de los grupos que forman parte de esta línea durante 3 meses del año 2020 y constar así en el momento de presentar la solicitud con domicilio fiscal ubicado en el municipio de Andratx durante los 3 meses de alta en el IAE. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cumplir todas las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones, destacando la de poder acreditar que se encuentra al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la Seguridad social, la CCAA, la AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andratx, de acuerdo con el artículo 14.1 e) LGS y 22 y siguientes del Real Decreto 887/2006 por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley General de Subvenciones, con anterioridad a la propuesta del pago final de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Prestar colaboración y facilitar todas las evidencias que sean requeridas en el ejercicio de las funciones de control que correspondan al Ayuntamiento de Andratx. Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas, con la presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda, autorizan expresamente al Ayuntamiento a facilitar información a otras administraciones con el objeto de realizar las tareas de comprobación y control de la misma en cualquiera de sus fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aceptar someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero previstas por la vigente normativa en materia de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No pueden haber sido sancionados por incumplimiento de la normativa en materia de contención de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No haber despedido a trabajadores o trabajadoras afectados por los expedientes de regulación temporal de empleo (En ERTE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Modelo SEPA (ANEXO III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el supuesto de que el acreedor sea persona jurídica mediante firma y sello de la entidad bancaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;En el supuesto de que el acreedor sea persona física, la firma y sello de la entidad bancaria pueden sustituirse por certificado de titularidad bancaria o de un documento bancario que acredite esta titularidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. Certificado situación censal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f. En caso de solicitar el anticipo de 80% previsto en su punto 3.1 (6) y 12, el interesado deberá aportar el certificado de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, ante la SS o la Administración pública de la Comunidad Autónoma y la AEAT para comprobar que cumple el requisito de que el conjunto de deudas tributarias con la SS, con la administración pública de la CCAA, la AEAT y el Ayuntamiento de Andratx de la persona beneficiaria, tengan un importe inferior al del anticipo que le corresponda por la ayuda solicitada. En el caso de las deudas con el Ayuntamiento de Andratx se comprobará de oficio. Para el 20% restante, se deberá aportar de nuevo dicho certificado para comprobar que está al corriente de pago de las deudas señaladas y, en caso de no acreditar estar al corriente de dichas obligaciones, tendrá de devolverse el 80% adelantado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
