    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mediante la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de Puertos de las Illes Balears, se creó el ente público Puertos de las Illes Balears, que se configura como una entidad pública empresarial de acuerdo con el artículo 2.1.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 33.2 de la Ley 10/2005 establece que los Estatutos determinan la composición del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, siendo miembros natos de este Consejo el presidente o presidenta, el vicepresidente o vicepresidenta y el director-gerente o la directora-gerente. Asimismo, señala que los miembros que se designen como vocales, en número no inferior a doce ni superior a dieciocho, serán nombrados por acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, por un periodo de cuatro años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El segundo párrafo de artículo 20.3 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en relación con los órganos superiores de dirección de los entes del sector público, dispone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:1.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asistirá a las sesiones, en tareas de asesoramiento jurídico de los órganos directivos, con voz y sin voto, un representante de la Abogacía de la Comunidad Autónoma, sin perjuicio de que esta pueda delegar dichas funciones en un miembro del servicio que tenga atribuido el asesoramiento jurídico del ente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con el anexo 1 del Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, el ente Puertos de las Illes Balears queda adscrito a la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda, en la sesión del día 6 de septiembre de 2021, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Cesar a D. Lluís J. Segura Ginard como vocal del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears, continuando con su asistencia y participación en este órgano social como representante de la Abogacía de la Comunidad Autónoma, con voz pero sin voto, por designación de la directora de este Departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar a D. Marcos Serra Colomar como vocal-miembro del Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Determinar que, como consecuencia de este nombramiento, el Consejo de Administración de Puertos de las Illes Balears quedará compuesto de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
