    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Según lo que establece el artículo 24.1 letra &lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos de la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB nº 202, de 1 de diciembre de 2020), corresponde al gerente desarrollar la política de personal, según las directrices del Patronat, y promover los procedimientos de selección y promoción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otra parte, el artículo 19 del Convenio Colectivo del personal de la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears dispone que para cubrir las exigencias del servicio no previstas en la plantilla deberán llevarse a cabo contrataciones temporales por programa a modo de refuerzo. Asimismo, deben cubrirse las jubilaciones, bajas de larga duración, maternidad, incapacidad, excedencias o permisos de larga duración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que los bolsines existentes se encuentran agotados o próximos a la finalización de su plazo máximo de duración, es necesaria la convocatoria de diversas bolsas de empleo para todos los instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria y bases para la confección de varias bolsas de empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases que han de regir esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan como anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB y en la página web de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoriay naturaleza delos contratos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la cobertura, mediante contratos temporales, de profesores músicos de todas las familias instrumentales por necesidades eventuales o de substitución de plantilla a través de audiciones por el sistema de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El régimen jurídico de los contratos para cubrir necesidades eventuales para un programa será el de los artistas en espectáculos públicos (R. D. 1435/85).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los contratos de substitución de bajas de larga duración, jubilación, maternidad, incapacidad, excedencias o permisos de larga duración serán cubiertos con contratos laborales con una duración igual o inferior a 45 días, o con contratos de interinaje hasta la cobertura de vacante o de extinción de la causa que los motivó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Requisitos delos aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para ser admitidos en el proceso selectivo con tal de confeccionar las bolsas, los aspirantes deben poseer, el día de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, los requisitos siguientes de participación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nacionalidad: Tener la nacionalidad española o cualquier otra de las que permiten el acceso a la ocupación pública según el artículo 57 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Decreto Real Legislativo 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Edad: Tener más de dieciséis años yno haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Habilitación: No haber sido despedido como personal laboral ni separado como funcionario de carrera, ni haberse revocado su nombramiento como personal funcionario interino con carácter firme mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas o entidades del sector público, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para ocupaciones o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para desempeñar funciones similares a las que desempeñaba en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiera estado separado o habilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos, el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titulación: Tener la titulación exigida de Título Superior de Música, en la especialidad correspondiente de la bolsa a la que se presente el aspirante; o el correspondiente de otro país debidamente homologado para que despliegue sus efectos en España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de título no homologado y solamente en el caso de los contratos de interinaje, debe de presentarse una declaración responsable que se iniciará el proceso de homologación, con los efectos rescisorios correspondientes en el supuesto caso de que no se obtenga la homologación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Conocimiento de lengua catalana: Certificado de nivel B2 de catalán. Respecto al conocimiento de lengua catalana es aplicable la Disposición Adicional cuarta del Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo, en la redacción introducida por la disposición adicional vigesimocuarta de la Ley de presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para conocimientos de lengua catalana, en su contracto se hará constar que queda obligado a alcanzar y a acreditar el nivel mínimo de catalán en el plazo de un año, y en los dos años sucesivos el nivel de catalán correspondiente al puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Capacidades físicas y psíquicas: Posesión de las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas necesarias con tal de desempeñar las funciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Plazo y lugar de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes se establece en 15 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria y las bases en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. En caso de que el último día del plazo señalado sea inhábil, el plazo de presentación se extenderá hasta el día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentación de las solicitudes debe efectuarse en el registro de la Fundació, situado en la calle Vicenç Juan i Rosselló nº 22B, de Palma, en horario de 09:00 a 14:00 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se publicará en la web de la Fundació(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://simfonicadebalears.com&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos. Esta publicación se considerará con carácter general como notificación a los interesados. Con tal de enmendar las causas que hayan motivado la exclusión en la lista mencionada, los aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de tres días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación, para alegar y presentar la documentación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas se decidirá sobre las alegaciones planteadas por los interesados en el procedimiento sobre su exclusión, y la publicación de la lista en la web de la Fundació les servirá de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Modelo de solicitud y documentación a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes pueden formalizar-se según el modelo normalizado que figura en el anexo II de las presentes bases. En dicha solicitud debe figurar mención expresa en relación a si la persona aspirante desea ser acompañada o no por un pianista y, en caso de desearlo, deberá indicar si quiere aportarlo ella misma o si puede ser aportado por la propia Fundació (se incluyen unas casillas en el modelo de solicitud para ello). Debe de presentarse una solicitud por cada instrumento al que el aspirante desee acceder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A parte de la solicitud, deberá de presentarse obligatoriamente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, siendo causa de exclusión la no presentación, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, NIE, o pasaporte en el casodelos aspirantes extranjeros sin NIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocopia del TítuloSuperior de Música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del instrumentocorrespondiente a la bolsa en la cual desean participar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un &lt;strong&gt;CurriculumVitae&lt;/strong&gt; musical, con extensión máxima de un folio por ambas caras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de vida laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de lengua catalana de nivel B2. En caso de no tenerlo, declaraciónjuradade estar enterado de la normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;contenida en la&lt;/span&gt;Disposición Adicional cuarta del Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo, de exigencia del conocimiento de la lengua catalana en los procedimientos selectivos en la función pública y para ocupar puestos de trabajo de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Fundació facilitará un pianista acompañante a las personas que lo soliciten durante el plazo de presentación de instancias. En caso de que el aspirantedesee ser acompañado por un pianista que aporte él mismo, debe indicarse también en la instancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A parte de la anterior documentación obligatoria, y a efectos de considerarlo como mérito, según lo establecido en la Disposición Adicional cuarta del Decreto 11/2017, de 24 de marzo, los aspirantes que dispongan de un certificado de nivel de catalán superior al exigido, podrán presentar una fotocopia del mismo para que se valore como mérito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado del nivel C1 de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificado del&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; nivel C2 de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Tribunal calificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presidente: el director titular, Pablo Mielgo Carrizo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia del presidente, el secretario y sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de sus miembros, titulares o suplentes, indistintamente. Las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple, actuando el secretario sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas o las incidencias que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios en cuanto a la interpretación de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Al mismo tiempo de la publicación de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos, se publicará la identificación nominal de los miembros titulares, y los suplentes correspondientes, del Tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Desarrollo del proceso selectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con la publicación de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos en el proceso, se anunciará la fecha y el lugar en los que se llevarán a cabo las audiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las pruebas de selección consistirán en los ejercicios recogidos en el anexo III de las presentes bases, consistentes en dos ejercicios por cada instrumento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada miembro del Tribunal puntuará los dos ejercicios con un número del 0 (puntuación más baja) al 10 (puntuación más alta), y podrá añadir, como máximo, un decimal. Los dos ejercicios (una obra obligatoria y pasaje orquestal) tienen la misma importancia (el 50% cada uno). Una vez anotadas todas las puntuaciones, se rechazarán la más alta y la más baja. Finalmente, se realizará una media, la cual será la puntuación final de las pruebas artísticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuación que los miembros del Tribunal concedan a cada aspirante será secreta. Cada mimbro del Tribunal tendrá un folio para cada prueba, en el que escribirá la nota concedida y las observaciones que considere. Este folio será anónimo y la persona que ejerza de secretaria del Tribunal lo recogerá al final de cada prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalmente, para la confección de las listas definitivas, los aspirantes que hayan superado las pruebas artísticas con más de un 5 de media, deberá sumarse a dicha media el mérito relativo a la acreditación de los siguientes niveles de catalán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado del nivel C2 de catalán: +0,20 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que dichos niveles son del mismo itinerario, la puntuación no es acumulativa, en el sentido de que la puntuación para el certificado de nivel superior se subsume la del certificado de nivel interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La información y las notificaciones a los interesados durante cada una de las fases del proceso de selección se efectuarán mediante las correspondientes publicaciones desde la web de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Audiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El orden de intervención de los aspirantes se establecerá mediante sorteo previo al inicio de las pruebas. En cada prueba, la comparecencia de los aspirantes será requerida a viva voz; se excluirán aquellos que no comparezcan en el acto. El Tribunal podrá exigir en cualquier momento a los aspirantes que acrediten su identidad. El Tribunal podrá, durante la ejecución de la prueba, comunicarse con el candidato para guiar o indicar el desarrollo de la misma: repetición, interrupción, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de que participen dos candidatos o más, el Tribunal decidirá antes de cada ejercicio si la prueba debe llevarse a cabo con cortina o sin ella, acuerdo que deberá quedar reflejado en el acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La utilización del teléfono móvil o de cualquier otro dispositivo de telecomunicación en el interior de los locales en los que se lleven a cabo las pruebas estará absolutamente prohibida tanto para los aspirantes como para los miembros del Tribunal. Los aspirantes quedan advertidos de que el hecho de utilizarlos dará lugar a la exclusión de la audición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las pruebas estarán abiertas al público, cumpliendo con las medidas sanitarias relativas a la COVID-19 y siempre que sea posible cumplir con las restricciones de aforo. No podrá accederse a las salas una vez comenzadas las pruebas. Asimismo, no se permitirá el uso de móviles al público asistente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Resultados de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Una vez finalizadas las audiciones, el Tribunal publicará una lista provisional por instrumento y por orden de mayor a menor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La publicación de las listas provisionales dará lugar al inicio de un plazo de tres días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación en caso de que se quieran recurrir o impugnar los resultados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Finalizado dicho plazo, se publicarán las listas definitivas con los aspirantes que hayan obtenido más de un 5 de media en los ejercicios, sumándose después el mérito del conocimiento de lengua catalana para la confección de estas listas definitivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Vigencia e incorporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las bolsas de empleo tendrán una vigencia máxima de tres años, a partir de la publicación de las listas definitivas de cada instrumento. La vigencia de las bolsas podrá ser prorrogada con carácter extraordinario mediante Resolución motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La llamada de las personas se realizará por estricto orden de la puntuación obtenida. Una vez finalizada la relación laboral regida por el RD 1435/85 o la relación laboral temporal, el aspirante se reincorporará a la bolsa en su puesto originario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La renuncia a incorporarse a una plaza, excepto en los casos de llamadas realizadas en el marco del régimen jurídico de artistas en espectáculos públicos (RD 1435/85), supondrá pasar a la última posición de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Con ánimo de compensar la insularidad, para las llamadas de contrataciones por días en el marco del régimen jurídico de artistas en espectáculos públicos (RD 1435/85) y aspirantes con residencia en un municipio fuera de Mallorca, se les pagará un máximo de 200 euros en concepto de compensación por la estancia y vuelos, gasto que deberá de justificarse con tal de ser pagado. Adicionalmente, se les pagarán las dietas aprobadas por Acuerdo del Patronat de la Fundació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las personas contratadas podrán ser requeridas en el momento de la firma del contrato para presentar los originales de las titulaciones o certificados presentados como requisitos y méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
