    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mediante la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 502 de fecha 27/08/2021 esta Alcaldía ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;"Dado que desde la mañana del día 29 de agosto hasta el día 5 de septiembre de 2021, incluídos, tendré que ausentarme de la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dado el artículo 47 en relación con los artículos 43 y 44.1.2. del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Real Decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2568/1986, de 28 de nov&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;embre, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;or &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se aprueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el Reglament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;organizació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, funcionam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o y ré&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s enti&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s, &lt;/span&gt;que regula las delegaciones de las atribuciones de la Alcaldía;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 326/2020 de día 19/06/2020 que resolvió, entre otros, el nombramiento de la señora Maria Pons Pons, primera Teniente de Alcalde; la que la sustituirá en casos de ausencia;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;DELEGAR las funciones de la Alcaldía en la primera Teniente de Alcalde, Sra. Maria Pons Pons, desde el 29 de agosto hasta dia 5 de septiembre de 2021, ambos incluídos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;COMUNICAR la presente resolución a los interesados, a los grupos políticos municipales y en las áreas y servicios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR la presente resolución en el BOIB y dar cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que celebre.
