    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobación definitiva del expediente de modificación de crédito núm. 8/2021 con la modalidad de transferencia de crédito con baja de otras aplicaciones presupuestarias del presupuesto vigente del ejercicio 2021 no comprometidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el plazo de exposición pública del expediente con la modalidad de transferencia de crédito con baja de otras aplicaciones presupuestarias del presupuesto vigente del ejercicio 2021 no comprometidas, expte. 8/2021, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno en sesión ordinaria del dia 27 de julio de 2021, y no habiendo sido formulada ninguna reclamación contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial, éste se convierte en definitivo y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, se publica a continuación la modificación realizada a nivel de aplicación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
