    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consell insular de Formentera, en sesión de 30 de julio de 2021, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;RATIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; las resoluciones de presidencia de 2 y 9 de julio de 2021 de nombramiento de nuevos miembros del COAIB y de la DG de Territorio y Paisaje de la Consejería de Medio ambiente y Territorio del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, a la CTA del Consell Insular de Formentera, y actualización de la composición de dicha comisión, con el siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;ACEPTAR la propuesta de designación realizada por el &lt;strong&gt;COAIB&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de representante en la CTA&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Titular Sra. &lt;strong&gt;Maria de Carmen Navas-Parejo Galera&lt;/strong&gt;, presidenta de la Demarcación Ibiza-Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Suplentes Sr. &lt;strong&gt;Eirikur Fco. Casadesús Baldursson&lt;/strong&gt;, secretario de la Demarcación Eivissa- Formentera, y Sra. &lt;strong&gt;Amelia Molina Marí&lt;/strong&gt;, tesorera de la Demarcación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;ACEPTAR la propuesta de designación realizada por la dirección general de Territorio y Paisaje, de la Consejería de Medio ambiente y Territorio del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;de representante en la CTA&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Titular: sr.&lt;strong&gt; Jaume Fanals Rosselló,&lt;/strong&gt; jefe del Servicio de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Suplentes: sr.&lt;strong&gt; Xisco Ponseti Barceló&lt;/strong&gt;, jefe de la Sección de Estudios Territoriales, y sr.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;David Pereiro Barceló&lt;/strong&gt;, jefe de negociado del Servicio de Costas y Litoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
