![CDATA[Resolución de la convocatoria de subvenciones para el desarrollo de actividades culturales de colecciones museográficas y museos 2021 BDNS: 567274 ]] ![CDATA[<p><em>La vicepresidenta primera y consejera executiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística ha dictado el 18 de agosto de 2021 la siguiente resolución:</em></p> <p><strong>«1. Disponer el gasto</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> a favor del Ayuntamiento de Montuïri, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, el Ayuntamiento de Manacor y el Ayuntamiento de Inca&nbsp; por los importes que se indican en la tabla anterior, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 46203 del ejercicio 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Disponer el gasto</strong> a favor de la Colección museográfica Fundació Cosme Bauçà por el importe señalado en la tabla anterior, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 48902 del ejercicio 2022.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">No obstante, al tratarse de una convocatoria de gasto anticipado, está condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para su financiamiento en el ejercicio presupuestario al que se imputa el gasto (2022).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>3. Anular la autorización de gasto (A) del ejercicio 2022</strong> con núm. de operación <strong>220219000318</strong>, por el importe de <strong>3.490,63 €,</strong> como remanente resultante de la diferencia entre la cantidad de la dotación presupuestaria autorizada para esta convocatoria y el importe dispuesto. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>4. Revertir</strong> a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 46203 el importe de 3.490,63 €.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>5. Anular la autorización de gasto (A)</strong> <strong>del ejercicio 2022</strong> con núm. de operación <strong>220219000319</strong>, por el importe de <strong>2.500,00 €,</strong> como remanente resultante de la diferencia entre la cantidad de la dotación presupuestaria autorizada para esta convocatoria y el importe dispuesto. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>6. Revertir</strong> a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 33210 48902 el importe de 2.500,00 €.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>7.</strong> <strong>Ordenar la publicación</strong> de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y trasladar la información a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.»</span></span></p> <p><strong>Recursos</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, ante esta consejera ejecutiva o ante la presidencia, que es el órgano competente para su resolución, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada, puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Una vez transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entenderá desestimada por silencio e interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, sin limitación de tiempo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.
