    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 6 de agosto de 2020, aprovó por unanimidad el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la convocatòria y el extracto de las ayudas econòmicas a asociaciones y federaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro en la isla de Eivissa para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases de ayudas económicas y las bases de ayudas económicas y los anexos que la acompañan que han de regir dicha convocatoria y que constan en el expediente con CSV 13524475731433577052.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Autoritzar el gasto de un máximo de 200.000 euros (doscientos mil euros), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2310-4890000, de los vigentes presupuestos de la Corporación, para las ayudas económicas a asociaciones y federaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro en la isla de Eivissa per el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la consellera ejecutiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans la resolución de concesión y de pago de las ayudas, tal y como expone la base onceava de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINCO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Publicar en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa las referidas bases, y posteriormente remitir la convocatoria y el extracto de la convocatoria a la Base Nacionas de Datos de Subvenciones que dará traslado al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears del extracto para su publicación, tal cómo establece la normativa vigente de subvenciones. La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases de ayudas económicas dirigidas a asociaciones y federaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en la isla de Eivissa para el año 2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales en las Illes Balears, en su artículo 90.1 prevé que las administraciones públicas, en materia de servicios sociales, pueden otorgar subvenciones y otras ayudas a las entidades de iniciativa social para coadyuvar en el cumplimiento de sus actividades de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa tiene atribuidas competencias para la concesión y la gestión de subvenciones con fines asistenciales a entidades en materia de tercera edad, en virtud de lo que prevé la Ley 12/1993, de 20 de diciembre, de atribuciones de competencias en materia de servicios sociales y asistencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Departamento de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans pretende, con la aprobación de la presente convocatoria de ayudas, apoyar a las federaciones y asociaciones de mayores sin ánimo de lucro con domicilio social en la isla de Eivissa, que desarrollan actividades que promueven la participación de las personas mayores con el objetivo de mejorar su bienestar y fomentar su integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta convocatoria está prevista en el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular d'Eivissa para el año 2020-2022, aprobado por acuerdo del Consell Executiu de fecha 7 de febrero de 2020 y publicado en el BOIB n.º 20, de 15 de febrero de 2020; modificado, en materia de Bienestar Social, en fecha 24 de julio de 2020 por la resolución n.º 2020000142 (BOIB n.º 135, de 1 de agosto de 2020) y en fecha 3 de agosto de 2020, por la resolución n.º 2020000150, ambas de la consellera executiva del Departament d'Economia i Hisenda, i Desenvolupament Empresarial, y por todo esto se redactan estas bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas económicas dirigidas a apoyar a las asociaciones y las federaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro de la isla de Eivissa para su mantenimiento y para actividades socioculturales y otras que incrementen la calidad de vida de las personas mayores, para el año 2021, de acuerdo con las características y los requisitos que se establecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Consignación presupuestaria y modalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El presupuesto para esta convocatoria es de doscientos mil euros 200.000€ con cargo a la aplicación presupuestara 2310-4890000 &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;del vigente presupuesto de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Esta consignación presupuestaria se distribuye según las siguientes modalidades&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A) Ayudas para asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro de personas mayores. Consignación presupuestaria: 180.000€. La ayuda máxima que se puede recibir por asociación en esta modalidad es de 25.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;B) Ayudas para federaciones de asociaciones de personas mayores. Consignación presupuestaria: 20.000€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el caso de que estas consignaciones presupuestarias para cada modalidad de ayuda no se agoten, la cantidad restante acrecentará la otra modalidad de conformidad con lo previsto en la base diez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta. Ámbito temporal y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Son objeto de esta convocatoria las actividades que cumplan los requisitos que se establecen, llevadas a cabo dentro del periodo comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2019 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El ámbito de aplicación territorial de esta convocatoria es la isla de Eivissa, de forma que únicamente podrán ser beneficiarias aquellas federaciones o asociaciones que desarrollan actividades dirigidas a personas que vivan en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Actividades subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Son objeto de subvención los gastos originados por: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A) Gastos relacionados con:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Material (no inversión) necesario para cumplir con las medidas sanitarias establecidas para afrontar la Covid-19: mascarillas, gel hidroalcohólico, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mantenimiento (electricidad, agua, teléfono, correos, material de oficina, etc.) de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;B) Actividades destinadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Promocionar la participación de las personas mayores en iniciativas sociales en la comunidad como principio básico de la integración social y apoyar a las entidades y a las asociaciones de personas mayores como parte importante para conseguirlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Ayudar y colaborar a la mejora de la calidad de vida de la gente mayor, promover actitudes de participación social y fomentar el envejecimiento activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Realizar actividades físicas y lúdicas para prevenir problemas derivados de la inactividad y el envejecimiento así como para potenciar la salud integral de las personas mayores, prevenir problemas derivados de la soledad, la relación social entre ellas, fomentar la autonomía, la autoestima personal, estimular actividades de grupo y las relaciones entre las personas participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Promocionar las relaciones intergeneracionales en relación con la cultura, los oficios y las tradiciones enraizadas en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Fomentar el voluntariado de las personas mayores, especialmente aquellas dirigidas a apoyar y acompañar a personas que viven solas y/o con problemas de dependencia o falta de autonomía personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Apoyar a las actividades propias de las asociaciones y las federaciones de asociaciones de personas mayores, promocionando la relación y la convivencia entre ellas y fomentando el envejecimiento activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Gastos de mantenimiento, como por ejemplo electricidad, agua, teléfono, correos, material de oficina, etc., que sean necesarios para llevar a cabo las actividades para las cuales se solicita la ayuda económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Todas las actividades subvencionables se tienen que llevar a cabo en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Eivissa, excepto el supuesto de actividades de ocio en la isla de Formentera previstas en este punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Quedan excluidas de esta convocatoria los gastos correspondientes a la adquisición de bienes y equipaciones inventariables, así como las correspondientes a la realización de obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;No serán gastos subvencionables, además de los supuestos establecidos a la normativa de subvenciones, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gastos para la adquisición de material para la celebración de actas dirigidos a la recaudación de fondos para las asociaciones o federaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Gastos para actividades de ocio realizadas fuera de la isla de Eivissa, salvo las que se originen para un único desplazamiento (ida y vuelta) en la isla de Formentera y para las actividades que se realicen durante este desplazamiento, si es el caso. Quedan excluidos los gastos de alojamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se podrá justificar el importe de la ayuda concedida con cualquiera de las actividades subvencionables, con las siguientes limitaciones por asociación o federación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Máximo dos actividades de comida o cena de hermandad, convivencia, celebración del patrón o celebración análoga por asociación (dentro de los usos y los parámetros de gasto de los años anteriores). En la justificación de esta actividad, se pueden incluir los gastos de autocar para el desplazamiento al lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Además de lo que figura en el apartado anterior, se podrán justificar los gastos de transporte en autocares para un máximo de cuatro excursiones a lo largo del periodo subvencionable. Si una de las cuatro excursiones está en Formentera, se podrán incluir los gastos del pasaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Máximo de cuatro celebraciones por asociación o federación tipo meriendas, chocolatadas o similares con motivo de entrega de trofeos, celebraciones de Navidad o momentos especiales escogidos por cada asociación o federación. No se podrán justificar gastos por la adquisición de bebidas alcohólicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Podrán solicitar subvención únicamente las asociaciones y las federaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro que realicen las actividades que figuran en la base quinta, y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estar legalmente constituídas e inscritas en el Registre d'Associacions del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No tener ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estar registradas en el Registro de Servicios Sociales previsto en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de Servicios Sociales de las Illes Balears, o haber solicitado la inscripción y estar en condiciones de obtenerla, antes de la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tener su domicilio social en la isla de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Consell Insular d'Evissa y de las otras obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el artículo 10 de texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones (de las Illes Balears), aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima. Compatibilidad de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de acuerdo con esta convocatoria son compatibles con las que puedan otorgar otras entidades públicas o privadas por el mismo objeto. El importe de las subvenciones en ningún caso puede ser de una cuantía tal que, aislada, o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estas bases se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (www.seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La convocatoria y un extracto de las bases se publicarán en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones, que dará traslado al BOIB del extracto para su publicación, en virtud de lo que prevé el artículo 20 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación de solicitudes y documentación adjunta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de veinte días hábiles contadores a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del extracto de las bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las solicitudes de las ayudas se formalizarán mediante instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura en el Anexo I de estas bases, debidamente rellenado. El modelo de solicitud, así como los anexos que lo tienen que acompañar, se facilitarán en la sede electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se presentarán en el Registro Electrónico General de la misma Institución de conformidad con lo que prevé la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las solicitudes de las asociaciones y las federaciones de mayores sin ánimo de lucro irán acompañadas de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Documento que acredite que la persona solicitante es la representante legal de la asociación o federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Documento nacional de identidad del/de la representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tarjeta de identificación fiscal (NIF) de la asociación o federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Documento que acredite la inscripción de la entidad en el Registro de Asociaciones de la Comunidad Autonoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Documento acreditativo de la inscripción de la entidad en el Registro correspondiente de Servicios Sociales previsto en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de Servicios Sociales de las Illes Balears o declaración responsable de estar inscrito o copia compulsada de la solicitud de inscripción, y estar en condiciones de obtenerla antes de la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los estatutos debidamente legalizados, en los cuales tendrá que constar explícitamente la inexistencia de ánimo de lucro así como el ámbito territorial de la asociación o federación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Solicitud para la convocatoria rellenada según el modelo facilitado (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Declaración responsable firmada por el representante legal de la asociación o federación, de no estar sometida a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de entidad beneficiaria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y en el artículo 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones (de las Illes Balears), aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y declaración de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Administración tributaria del Estado, ante la Seguridad Social y la hacienda del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, según modelo normalizado que figura como Anexo V de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se autorice al Consell Insular d´Eivissa a conseguir esta información según lo previsto en el anexo V, se deberá aportar certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, o declaración responsable otorgada ante la autoridad administrativa competente o notario público de estar al corriente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Presupuesto detallado de ingresos y gastos que incluya las diversas actividades o actuaciones subvencionables, siguiendo las indicaciones que constan en el modelo que figura como Anexo II de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Proyecto explicativo de las actividades o las actuaciones para las que se solicita la ayuda económica, según modelo que figura como Anexo III de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Declaración responsable de no haber solicitado ninguna otra ayuda o subvención por el mismo concepto; si se ha pedido, relación de las subvenciones y ayudas solicitadas o concedidas, indicando los importes y las entidades subvencionadoras (Anexo IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Certificado de la secretaría de la asociación en el que conste el número total de socios y socias de la correspondiente asociación de personas mayores, y certificado de la secretaría de la federación de las entidades federadas, según el modelo que figura como Anexo VI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Solicitud de alta o modificación como acreedor del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a efectos económicos; este trámite está disponible en la dirección de la sede electrónica (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es). Esta solicitud sólo la tienen que rellenar las entidades que lleven más de cinco años desde que presentaron el antiguo impreso o que hayan cambiado de cuenta bancaria, y aquellas entidades que presenten solicitud por primera vez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Cualquier otra documentación que la asociación o federación considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las asociaciones i/o las federaciones de asociaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro que ya hayan presentado en este Consell cualquiera de estos documentos solo deberán aportar la documentación que sea necesaria actualizar o renovar,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde que la documentación haya estado presentada y señalen la fecha y el órgano ante el que se presentó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa puede solicitar, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;además, toda la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si la instancia o la documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell Insular d´Eivissa requerirá la rectificación o los complementos necesarios, que deberán aportarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles, a partir del correspondiente requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si en este plazo las personas interesadas no hacen la rectificación reclamada o no presentan la documentación requerida, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa considerará que desisten de su petición, después de haber tomado la resolución pertinente, de acuerdo con el artículo 68.1 de la L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;ey 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;riterios de distribución de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La concesión de la subvención se regirá por criterios que garanticen los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados por el órgano que la concede y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta concesión se hará mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva, de manera que las actividades presentadas por las entidades beneficiarias se subvencionarán según los puntos obtenidos en la evaluación que se establecen a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En ningún caso, el importe de las subvenciones concedidas podrá superar el 100% del importe del presupuesto presentado, o superar la cantidad solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El criterio de distribución de puntos entre las solicitudes admitidas es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Adjudicación de puntos en cada una de las solicitudes según los criterios de valoración que se determinan en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Suma de todos los puntos que han obtenido todas las solicitudes admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;División de la cantidad total que fijan estas bases para cada línea entre el número total de puntos, para obtener la cantidad correspondiente a cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Producto de los puntos obtenidos por el valor crédito/euro, siempre que esta cantidad no sea superior a la que se ha solicitado, o sea inferior al 100% del presupuesto del proyecto. El resultado es la cantidad que corresponde a cada subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si como consecuencia de esta distribución, queda un remanente superior al 1% del fondo presupuestado para cada modalidad, este remanente se repartirá con el mismo sistema entre las asociaciones/federaciones beneficiarias a las que el importe de la ayuda concedida es inferior al que habían solicitado. En el supuesto de que alguna de las entidades beneficiarias renuncie a la subvención se aplicará el mismo sistema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Una vez hecha la distribución anterior, si hubiera remanente en una modalidad se añadiría a la otra modalidad, siguiendo el mismo procedimiento anteriormente descrito, siempre que no supere el 100% del importe de la cantidad solicitada del proyecto presentado .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los criterios de valoración en los que se basará la comisión evaluadora para puntuar las actividades que realizan las asociaciones y las federaciones de personas mayores son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las propuestas de resolución provisional y definitiva no reconocen ningún derecho a favor del beneficiario propuesto ante la Administración mientras no se haya notificado la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Finalizado el trámite de audiencia, sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones o una vez que se hayan resuelto las presentadas, el órgano instructor emitirá un informe, que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución definitiva al órgano competente para resolver la concesión de estas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El órgano competente para aprobar esta convocatoria es el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d´Eivissa, a propuesta de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans. Si bien la concesión se realizará mediante resolución de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans, por delegación del Consell Executiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La notificación o la publicación de los actos y trámites del procedimiento y, en particular, la apertura del trámite de audiencia y la resolución de concesión se hará a través de medios electrónicos, mediante comparecencia en la sede electrónica del Consell Insular (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), de acuerdo con el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los expedientes se resolverán en un plazo máximo de seis meses a contar desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes a que se refiere esta convocatoria. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado acuerdo expreso, la solicitud se entenderá como desestimada, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 25.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El acuerdo de concesión de las subvenciones será motivado y fijará con carácter definitivo la cuantía de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El acuerdo de aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases del Consell Executiu, y la resolución de concesión de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Humans, actuando por delegación, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;no agotan la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular d´Eivissa en el plazo de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consells Insulars, y artículo 147.1 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d´Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duodécima. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las asociaciones y federaciones beneficiarias de las subvenciones estarán obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Llevar a cabo las actividades subvencionadas que fundamentan la concesión de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Justificar debidamente la realización de las actividades, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención. En este sentido se presentará una memoria explicativa de las actividades subvencionadas junto con la justificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento e inspección que pueda efectuar el Consell Insular d´Eivissa y aportar toda la información y la documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d´Eivissa la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta comunicación debe hacerse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya dado al fondo percibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, incluyendo los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Adoptar medidas de difusión relativas al carácter público de la financiación de la actividad objeto de subvención. A tal efecto, se debe incluir de forma visible el apoyo del Consell Insular d´Eivissa en los elementos publicitarios de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder por normativa legal o reglamentaria a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles, puede&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, también quedan sometidas a todas aquellas otras obligaciones que se deriven del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005 y de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Subvenciones, y su Reglamento, aprobado por el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio (BOE núm. 176, de 25 de julio de 2006), en todo aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimotercera. Pago de la subvención y justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El pago de la ayuda económica se efectuará mediante resolución de la consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las resoluciones de la consellera executiva, dictadas por delegación, y que se considerarán dictadas por el órgano delegante (el Consell Executiu), no agotan la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Govern del Consell Insular d´Eivissa en el plazo de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución en el BOIB, todo de acuerdo con los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, en relación con el artículo 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de Consells Insulars, y el artículo 147.1 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d´Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El abono de la subvención se hará con un único pago, una vez justificados los gastos del coste total de las actividades correspondientes al plazo subvencionable, es decir, desde el 1 de septiembre de 2019 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021, ambos incluidos. Esta justificación se presentará durante diez días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución definitiva de concesión, en la dirección de la sede electrónica (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La subvención únicamente se dará como totalmente justificada cuando se justifique el 100% del presupuesto presentado para el otorgamiento. Si es inferior, se reducirá la cantidad subvencionada de manera proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se deberá presentar la documentación que se especifica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Para justificar debidamente los gastos subvencionables en cada modalidad se deberá aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación técnica consistente en una memoria justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas para la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades llevadas a cabo, en el que se incluirá el número de personas atendidas dentro de proyecto, debidamente identificadas, respetando la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales, y demás normativa aplicable en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación económica justificativa del coste de las actividades subvencionadas donde constará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.1. Una lista clasificada de los gastos realizados, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y, en su caso, fecha de pago, así como los totales por concepto, tal como se indica en el Anexo VII.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.2. Las facturas originales de los gastos correspondientes al coste total de las actividades con los correspondientes justificantes de pago, emitidas y pagadas desde el día 1 de septiembre de 2019 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021, exceptuando la Seguridad Social correspondiente al mes de septiembre, que se aceptará hasta el 31 de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria será la responsable de estampillar las facturas y resto de documentos que sean cofinanciados, indicando las cantidades imputables a cada una de las subvenciones recibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Para justificar debidamente los gastos subvencionables se tendrá que aportar la acreditación de su abono dependiendo de los medios de pago que se hayan utilizado, a través de la documentación que a continuación se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decimocuarta. Supuestos de reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, será procedente el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora correspondiente desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha en que se acuerde la procedencia del reintegro, o la fecha en que la persona deudora ingrese el reintegro si es anterior a ésta, en los supuestos y las condiciones que se determinan en el referido artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Que no me encuentro sometido/a a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de entidad beneficiaria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el artículo 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Illes Balears), aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Que me encuentro al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Administración tributaria Estatal, ante la Seguridad Social y la hacienda del Consell Insular de Eivissa, según lo establecido en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

En caso contrario, se debe manifestar expresamente en esta solicitud y aportar la documentación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
