font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la resolución mencionada, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 15/07/2020, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 20 solicitudes de ayuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4. Los interesados, señalados en el Anexo I adjunto, han presentado dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda y han acreditado el cumplimiento de los criterios de selección indicados.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>5. Por lo tanto, se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>1.Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de </em></em><em><em>8</em></em><em><em>&nbsp;expedientes y que comienza con ECOF</em></em><em><em>EIXES</em></em><em><em>&nbsp;SCOOP y termina con JAUME DE PUNTIRÓ SL, que suma un importe total de 15</em></em><em><em>6</em></em><em><em>.</em></em><em><em>388</em></em><em><em>,0</em></em><em><em>7&nbsp;euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Subvenciones para la cooperación entre agentes para desarrollar cadenas cortas de comercialización mediante acciones de promoción para el año 2020 ", deduciendo, en su caso, las inversiones / actuaciones no elegibles especificadas en el Anexo II.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalada en cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3.
