&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Endesa Distribución Eléctrica SLU, (registro de entrada nº E-RC-1546, de 29.03.2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Hidrobal, Gestión de Aguas de Baleares SAU, empresa concesionaria de la gestión de los servicios municipales de agua y alcantarillado, (registro de entrada nº E-RE-193, de 19.02.2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;(Telefónica de España SAU no ha contestado a la petición de informe; registro de salida nº S-RC-1872, de 13.07.2018, notificado el 23.07.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por acuerdo de la junta de gobierno local de 20 de abril de 2021 se aprobó inicialmente el proyecto de dotación de servicios en la C/ de Son Sant Joan, entre los solares núm. 12 y 14, promovido per CRR y cuatro personas más, redactado por el ingeniero técnico de obras públicas JBS (visado colegial nº 72180099PC/4, de 08.05.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El proyecto se sometió al trámite de información pública durante el plazo de un mes (anuncio publicado en el BOIB nº 53, de 22.04.2021, y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del ayuntamiento (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;www.ajalaro.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;. Y se notificó personalmente a los vecinos y a la Comunidad de Regantes de la Font de Ses Artigues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Durante el período de información pública CAF, en representación de JFV, ha presentado alegaciones (registro de entrada nº 1655, de 21.05.2021); resumen sucinto de las mismas: el proyecto no concreta lo que afecta al solar nº 12 de la calle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:108%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe del arquitecto municipal de 08.06.2021, en el que se indica que el proyecto recoge la totalidad de las obras solicitadas en las alegaciones presentadas por JFV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se ha escuchado el informe jurídico del secretario municipal, que consta en la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante la junta de gobierno local, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, ante el Juzgado de Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 30/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
