&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 2/2021 de 25 de enero, por el cual se aprueba el Pliego de condiciones de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pebre Bord de Mallorca–Pimentón de Mallorca y se&amp;nbsp; regula el Consejo Regulador, creó el Consejo Regulador de la denominación y en su anexo II&amp;nbsp; regula su composición, la organización y las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la disposición transitoria tercera del Decreto 2/2021, se establece que en un plazo máximo de doce meses desde la entrada en vigor de este Decreto se deberá constituir el Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pebre Bord de Mallorca, de acuerdo con el Decreto 139/2002, de 22 de noviembre, por el cual se regula el proceso electoral para la renovación de los miembros de los consejos reguladores de las denominaciones de calidad agroalimentaria, por lo que es procedente convocar las elecciones para la elección de los vocales electos que han de constituir el Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pebre Bord de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 20 de principios de competencia de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los artículos 2 y 3 del Decreto 139/2002, de 22 de noviembre, que regula el proceso electoral para la renovación de los miembros de los consejos reguladores de las denominaciones de calidad agroalimentaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decreto 2/2021, de 25 de enero, por el cual se aprueba el Pliego de condiciones de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pebre Bord de Mallorca – Pimentón de Mallorca y se regula el Consejo Regulador, establece la composición, organización y&amp;nbsp; funciones de su Consejo Regulador i en la disposición transitoria tercera establece un plazo máximo de doce meses para constituir-se. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo lo cual, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Convocar elecciones, de acuerdo con el anexo I, para la elección de los miembros del Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pimentón de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar el calendario electoral del proceso electoral, incluido en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facultar a la Junta Electoral para que desarrolle las actuaciones que resulten pertinentes para la tramitación del proceso electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;1. Convocatoria de elecciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 3 del Decreto 139/2002, de 22 de noviembre, que regula el proceso electoral para la renovación de los miembros de los consejos reguladores de las denominaciones de calidad agroalimentaria, se convocan elecciones para la elección de los miembros del consejo regulador de la&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denominación de Origen Protegida Pimentón de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Calendario del proceso electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El calendario, referido a días naturales, que ha de regir el proceso electoral es el que figura en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto que alguno de los días fijados en el calendario electoral coincidiese en domingo o festivo se habilitará, al mismo efecto, el día hábil siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Plazos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone la disposición adicional segunda del Decreto 139/2002 y con el objetivo de poder cumplir los plazos de presentación de escritos y de recursos que se establecen en el calendario electoral, todos los plazos concluyen a las 14.00 horas y el único lugar donde se pueden presentar dichos documentos es el Registro de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sito en la calle de la Reina Constança, 4 de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Junta electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se constituyen la Junta Electoral de la&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denominación de Origen Protegida Pimentón de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tiene su sede en las dependencias de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sita en la calle de la Reina Constança, 4 de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estará compuesta per las persones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Un/a presidente/a, designado/a y nombrado/a por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Un representante de cada una de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias, de las uniones de cooperativas agrarias y de las asociaciones empresariales con implantación en Mallorca. Serán nombrados por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de entre los propuestos por estas entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Dos funcionarios designados y nombrados por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, uno de los cuales debe ser licenciado en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidencia y cada vocalía deberán disponer de un suplente designado del mismo modo que el titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la propuesta de representantes las organizaciones profesionales agrarias, las uniones de cooperativas agrarias y las asociaciones empresariales deberán acreditar su inscripción en los registros correspondientes, y su propuesta debe estar subscrita por quien ostente la representación, de acuerdo con sus estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que una organización esté integrada en otra de orden superior no podrá presentar candidatura, si la superior la presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las propuestas se deben presentar a la Consejera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en los plazos que se fijan en el calendario electoral (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Censos electorales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el Titulo II del anexo II del Decreto 2/2021, de 25 de enero, por el cual se aprueba el Pliego de condiciones de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pebre Bord de Mallorca – Pimentón de Mallorca y se regula el Consejo Regulador, los censos electorales son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Censo de productores y plantaciones, constituido por los titulares de las explotaciones agrarias de Mallorca dedicadas a la producción de pimientos de la variedad tap de cortí destinados a la elaboración de Pimentón de Mallorca, inscritos en este censo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Censo de elaboradores - envasadores, constituido por los titulares de instalaciones para la elaboración y el envasado de Pimentón de Mallorca, inscritos en este censo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los plazos previstos en el calendario electoral, y de acuerdo con la disposición&amp;nbsp; transitoria primera, ya que las tareas de gestión han sido asumidas transitoriamente por la Dirección General de Políticas para la Soberanía Alimentaria, esta&amp;nbsp; presentará los censos actualizados, ante la Junta Electoral, la cual tiene que ordenar que se expongan en la sede de la Junta Electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Candidaturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Podrá ser candidato a vocal del Consejo Regulador cualquier persona que, antes de la fecha de entrada en vigor de la convocatoria, esté debidamente inscrita y con actividad en los censos definitivos, en pleno uso de sus derechos civiles y que no haya sido sancionada por resolución firme con la suspensión de actividad en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La solicitud de inclusión como candidato a vocal del Consejo Regulador se debe formalizar en el modelo de aceptación de candidatura y se debe acompañar con la preceptiva documentación que establece el artículo 16 del Decreto 139/2002, que regula los procesos electorales de los consejos reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para cada censo, se elegirá el número de vocales siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tres vocales en representación del sector productor, elegidos por los inscritos en el Censo de productores y plantaciones y de entre los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tres vocales en representación del sector elaborador-envasador, elegidos por los inscritos en el Censo de elaboradores-envasadores y de entre los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Mesa electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se debe constituir una mesa electoral para la votación, sita en la sede de la Consejeria de Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentación, y estará compuesta por un presidente y dos vocales, nombrados por&amp;nbsp; resolución del presidente de la Junta Electoral de la Denominación en el plazo que determina el calendario electoral (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Documentación electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Está documentación será aprobada por la Junta Electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Jornada de votación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La jornada de votación se iniciará&amp;nbsp; a las 9.00 horas del día que figura en el calendario electoral (anexo II), con la constitución de la Mesa Electoral, incluidos los interventores si los hubiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En primer lugar, se extenderá el acta de constitución de la Mesa, según el modelo aprobado por la Junta Electoral y, posteriormente, se iniciará la votación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El presidente, después de comprobar la existencia de todos los medios necesarios para el desarrollo normal de la jornada de votación, ordenará el inicio de las votaciones, que durará hasta las 13.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El desarrollo de la jornada de votación se adecuará al Decreto 139/2002, por el que se regula el proceso electoral para la renovación de los miembros de los consejos reguladores de las denominaciones de calidad agroalimentaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez terminada la votación y concluido el escrutinio, los miembros de la Mesa Electoral&amp;nbsp; redactaran el acta de la sesión, de acuerdo con el modelo aprobado por la Junta Electoral y completaran la documentación electoral, que se librará a la Junta Electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Sesión constitutiva del Consejo Regulador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitución del Consejo Regulador &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Pimentón de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;electo se llevará a cabo el día que figura en el calendario electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la sesión constitutiva, tal como prevé el artículo 28 del Decreto 139/2002, por el que se regula el proceso electoral para la renovación de los miembros de los consejos reguladores de les denominaciones de calidad agroalimentaria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;los nuevos vocales electos tomaran posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la misma sesión, el pleno del Consejo Regulador propondrá los candidatos a presidente, vicepresidente y los vocales técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
