    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La junta de gobierno en sesión celebrada en fecha 4 de agosto de 2021 ha aprobado el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Desestimar las alegaciones formuladas a raíz del periodo de información pública del expediente administrativo de ampliación de la&amp;nbsp;ACIRE&amp;nbsp;de San Jaime, formuladas por las siguientes partes alegantes, y de conformidad al presente informe propuesta del Departamento de Movilidad que informan en sentido desestimatorio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- O. B.M., con DNI n.º&amp;nbsp;**0298**, actuando en nombre propio y en representación de la ASOCIACIÓN DE COMERCIANTES DE ZONA&amp;nbsp;BONAIRE-SANTA&amp;nbsp;MARÍA DEL SEPULCRE Y ADYACENTES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- S.F.A., con DNI n.º&amp;nbsp;**3752**,actuando en nombre y representación de las Asociaciones&amp;nbsp;AFEDECO&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;PIMECO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- M. M. C.P., con DNI n.º&amp;nbsp;**4185**, portavoz del grupo municipal del PARTIDO POPULAR del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- M.M.D, con DNI n.º&amp;nbsp;**1162**.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar definitivamente la &amp;nbsp;ampliación de la&amp;nbsp;ACIRE&amp;nbsp;de San Jaime, y que se concreta en lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Ampliar el&amp;nbsp;ACIRE&amp;nbsp;DE SAN JAIME para añadir las siguientes calles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Bonaire&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Concepció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Baró&amp;nbsp;de Santa Maria del Sepulcre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Hug&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Ribesaltes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Berenguer de&amp;nbsp;Sant Joan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Gregori de&amp;nbsp;Sallambre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Adicionalmente los usuarios habilitados actualmente del&amp;nbsp;Acire&amp;nbsp;San Jaime, tendrán derecho a solicitar la tarjeta del&amp;nbsp;Acire&amp;nbsp;San Jaime, los residentes de las calles que se amplían y el residentes del calles : Bernat de&amp;nbsp;Enveig, Galerías Jaime III y Jaime III del 14 al 26.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Instalar&amp;nbsp;el control de entrada con cámaras de visualización y su correspondiente señalización en las calles de Jaume&amp;nbsp;Santacilia&amp;nbsp;esquina con P. Mallorca y&amp;nbsp;Bonaire&amp;nbsp;esquina con Jaime III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar esta resolución al&amp;nbsp;boib&amp;nbsp;y en la página web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar este acuerdo a los interesados que han presentado alegaciones, durante el plazo de información pública, con indicación de los pertinentes recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
