    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicado en el BOIB núm. 88, de 03.07.2021, y en el tablón de edictos de la corporación de día 03.07.2021 a día 23.07.2021, anuncio relativo al acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca en sesión de carácter ordinario de 21 de junio de 2021, por el que se aprueba inicialmente la modificación de la ficha del catálogo del puesto de trabajo de sargento CÓDIGO COO0302, sin que dentro del plazo legal de exposición al público se haya presentado ninguna reclamación ni sugerencia al respecto. En consecuencia la mencionada modificación de la ficha se considera definitivamente aprobada y se publica a continuación, en anexo, para general conocimiento y a los efectos que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se comunica para general conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos, al mismo tiempo que se hace saber que contra el acuerdo precedente, que pone fina a la vía administrativa, podrán interponerse los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Pleno. Este recurso se entenderá desestimado si no se hubiera notificado la resolución después de haber transcurrido un mes des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma siempre que no se hubiera interpuesto recurso potestativo de reposición, dado que en este caso debería esperarse a que se dicte la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio que se pueda utilizar cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo lo anterior se ajusta a la Ley 29/1998, de 013 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y a la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalmente, cabe indicar que la interposición de los recursos pertinentes no suspende la eficacia de la resolución impugnada ni interrumpe los plazos que se puedan derivar, excepto que la autoridad competente lo acuerde expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
