&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de día 31 de mayo de 2021, publicada en el BOIB núm. 74, de 5 de junio de 2021, aprobó la convocatoria para proveer, mediante el sistema de comisión de servicios, puestos de trabajo de la Inspección Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez valoradas las fases de concurso y de proyecto y entrevista, la Comisión publicó en fecha 2 de julio de 2021 una relación provisional de los aspirantes con indicación del orden en la lista, la puntuación parcial obtenida en cada uno de los apartados del baremo y la puntuación total, y otorgó un plazo de dos días hábiles para presentar reclamaciones. Revisadas estas reclamaciones se publicó la relación definitiva con las puntuaciones obtenidas día 8 de julio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la base 7 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 31 de mayo de 2021, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la directora general de Personal Docente, en fecha 26 de julio de 2021, dictó una resolución provisional en que se declaran seleccionados los aspirantes propuestos por la Comisión de Selección, se les adjudica un destino provisional en la sede territorial indicada, y se establece un plazo de veinticuatro horas a contar desde su publicación para presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez resueltas por la Comisión de Selección las reclamaciones presentadas contra la resolución provisional, la directora general de Personal Docente debe dictar la resolución definitiva con los aspirantes seleccionados y los destinos adjudicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El artículo 2.6.&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;del Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, atribuye a la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional, concretamente a la Dirección General de Personal Docente, competencias en materia de ordenación y gestión del personal docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El punto 1.c&lt;em&gt;)&lt;/em&gt; de la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 19 de marzo de 2021 de delegación de determinadas competencias en materia de gestión del personal docente en la directora general de Personal Docente (BOIB núm. 41, de 25 de marzo), delega en la directora general de Personal Docente, entre otras competencias administrativas en materia de gestión de personal docente, la facultad de convocar y resolver los procedimientos para ocupar en comisión de servicios puestos de trabajo docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, a propuesta de la Comisión de Selección, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprobar la lista de los aspirantes seleccionados, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución, para ocupar en comisión de servicios puestos de trabajo de la Inspección Educativa, con indicación de la sede territorial adjudicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Adjudicar a los aspirantes seleccionados, en comisión de servicios, las plazas correspondientes de la Inspección Educativa con efectos económicos y administrativos desde el 1 de septiembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Informar que el cese se producirá de acuerdo con lo que establece la base 9 del anexo 1 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 31 de mayo de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución y su anexo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general de Personal Docente en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y con los artículos 25.5 y 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
