    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;EXTRACTO DEL DECRETO DE ALCALDIA DE ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS RECURSOS PRESENTADOS (ANTE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE DÍA 6 DE JULIO DE 2021 (RESOLUCIÓN 646/2021) RELATIVA A LA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONCESIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS EXTRAORDINARIAS, Y A FONDO PERDIDO, PARA LAS EMPRESAS QUE DESARROLLAN LA ACTIVIDAD ECONÓMICA EN EL MUNICIPIO DE SES SALINES, PARA PALIAR LOS EFECTOS DE LA COVID-19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines, en fecha 6 de junio de 2020 firmó el Decreto de convocatoria de subvenciones directas a autónomos y empresarios afectados por COVID19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El extracto de la convocatoria de subvenciones mencionada se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Visto que se han presentado alegaciones a la resolución de la convocatoria y un beneficiario ha presentado, en plazo, la documentación requerida, el Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines dictó resolución de Alcaldía 2021/689, en la que se acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Admitir las alegaciones con núm. de registro 2021/4314 y 2021/4339 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Conceder, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago de las ayudas a los siguientes beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
