    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobado por la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión de día 21 de julio de 2021, el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y técnicas que regirá la concesión para la explotación de instalaciones y servicios en el recinto del Parc Municipal Sa Torre durante las fiestas de Sant Agustí 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se anuncia el procedimiento de licitación de acuerdo con el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Entidad adjudicadora. &lt;/strong&gt;Datos generales y datos para la obtención de la información:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Garantías exigidas. Definitiva: &lt;/strong&gt;importe correspondiente al 5% del canon de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Presentación de les ofertas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Fecha límite de presentación: El 8º día natural, a partir del siguiente a la publicación del anuncio de licitación en el BOIB. En caso que la publicación en el BOIB se produzca en sábado, el plazo de los 8 días naturales empezará a contar a partir del primer día hábil siguiente a la fecha de publicación. Si el plazo finaliza en sábado, domingo o festivo, se trasladará el plazo final al primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
