    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; y 20.8.&lt;em&gt;a )&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 38/2003, de&amp;nbsp;17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria de subvenciones para comunidades baleares en el exterior para el 2021. El texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (&lt;em&gt;http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/ge/ca/index&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entidades beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones que prevé esta convocatoria las asociaciones o los centros sociales legalmente reconocidos, sin finalidad de lucro y con personalidad jurídica propia en el territorio donde se encuentren asentados y constituidos como comunidades baleares en el exterior, que cumplan los requisitos que establece el apartado 4.2 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es determinar las subvenciones para las comunidades baleares establecidas fuera del territorio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para el 2021, para que puedan llevar a cabo sus finalidades de mantenimiento de los vínculos con las Illes Balears y con su historia, cultura y lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de las ayudas es la realización de actividades de promoción social, económica y cultural de las Illes Balears. Asimismo, se pueden subvencionar las actividades o inversiones que, por su marcado carácter social, requieran una atención especial de las instituciones. En este sentido, este año, en el contexto de crisis sanitaria por la COVID-19, se prevé de forma extraordinaria ayudar al sostenimiento de las casas baleares en el exterior, aunque esta situación haya dificultado, limitado o impedido la realización de actividades de mantenimiento de los vínculos con las Illes Balears y con su historia, cultura y lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por el Decreto 103/1998, de 20 de noviembre, por el cual se regulan las ayudas públicas en favor de las comunidades baleares asentadas fuera de las islas y de las entidades asociativas para el fomento de la participación ciudadana (BOCAIB n.º 150, de 24 de noviembre), modificado por el Decreto 248/1999 (BOCAIB n.º 151, de 4 de diciembre), por el Decreto 73/2001 (BOIB n.º 67, de 5 de junio) y por el Decreto 9/2004 (BOIB n.º 17, de 2 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a la convocatoria es de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;61&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;00€ &lt;/span&gt;(sesenta y un mil ochocientos euros) con cargo a las correspondientes partidas presupuestarias de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La determinación del importe de la subvención se establece en el apartado 10 de la convocatoria de acuerdo con los criterios previstos en el apartado 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes de las ayudas se pueden presentar en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y hasta el 1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; de noviembre de 202&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;. En el supuesto de que se agote el &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;crédito destinado a la convocatoria, se publicar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;á&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, también en &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;el&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, una resolución de ampliación del crédito destinado a la convocatoria o de suspensión de la concesión de nuevas ayudas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los modelos para presentar la solicitud están disponibles en la página web de la Dirección G&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;eneral de Relaciones Institucionales y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cooperación Local&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; de la Consejería&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; de Presidencia, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Función Pública&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; e Igualdad y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; la sede electrónica de esta &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;administración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
