&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El código de identificación que haya asignado la BDNS a la convocatoria es 575842&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SA POBLA PARA EL ACCESO A LA ENSEÑANZA MUSICAL DE NIÑOS Y JÓVENES FUERA DEL HORARIO ESCOLAR, CURSO 2020 - 2021.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETO Y FINALIDAD DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo dispuesto en el art. 25.2 apartado m) de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, así como la del art. 29.2 apartados p) y y) que otorga competencias a los municipios en el ámbito cultural y educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, quiere fomentar la práctica y las capacidades musicales con esta convocatoria de ayudas, cuya finalidad es la concesión de becas para el fomento de la práctica musical de los niños y jóvenes con menos recursos económicos, a través de la subvención en un porcentaje de las cuotas mensuales de la escuela de música.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarios los niños y jóvenes que tengan entre 3 y 17 años, o que los cumplan en el 2021, y que aprendan de tocar cualquier tipo de instrumento en la escuela de música de sa Pobla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Para poder otorgar la subvención es condición imprescindible que la unidad familiar cumpla los requisitos que se detallan en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas en las que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Sólo pueden ser beneficiarios las personas que estén empadronadas en sa Pobla, siempre que el empadronamiento se haya producido antes de la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe destinado a la ayuda objeto de esta convocatoria para el ejercicio presupuestario 2021 es de 5.000 euros, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2021 01 3340 48902 03&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONADAS: REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán ser objeto de subvención los gastos de matrícula y las cuotas mensuales de las actividades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Clases de lenguaje musical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Clases de instrumento y lenguaje musical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades subvencionables comprenden el periodo del curso escolar (septiembre 2020 a junio 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sólo serán subvencionables las actividades realizadas en la Escuela de música de sa Pobla para niños o jóvenes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen de compatibilidad con otras ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas que se otorguen de conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión de otras ayudas, siempre y cuando el importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no supere en ningún caso, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las subvenciones de esta convocatoria no generan ningún derecho a obtener otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se formalizarán mediante el modelo normalizado que se adjunta como anexo 1 de estas bases, dirigidas al Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, y se presentarán en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento (pl. Constitució, 1 07420 sa Pobla) o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El periodo para presentar las solicitudes es de 20 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB. Si el último día de este plazo es sábado, domingo o festivo, se entenderá prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente. No se puede presentar ningún modelo de solicitud de subvención fuera del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la solicitud o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Ayuntamiento requerirá al interesado de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 68.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas para que, en un plazo de diez días hábiles, subsane la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos con indicación de que, si no lo hace así, se tendrá por desistida la petición, con una resolución expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación a presentar es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El modelo de solicitud que deberá ir firmado por el padre, la madre o el tutor legal del solicitante, ya que en todo caso el solicitante será menor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Copia del DNI u otro documento de identidad del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Acreditación de la representación si la solicitud se presenta en nombre de otro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar incurso en ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el art. 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE núm. 276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003), y que no tiene obligaciones fiscales pendientes con el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, cuyo modelo se adjunta como anexo I de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal relativa a las subvenciones o ayudas obtenidas y / o solicitadas de otras instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar la misma actividad (esta declaración se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente de la impreso de solicitud, anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Acreditación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado mediante los correspondientes certificados, que se podrá sustituir por una declaración responsable de acuerdo con el artículo 11.f segundo párrafo del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, por tratarse de subvenciones de cuantía inferior a 3.000 euros (esta declaración se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente del impreso de solicitud, anexo I). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Documentación específica requerida para la concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Certificado de convivencia, emitido por el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, donde figuren todas las personas que conviven en el domicilio familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. En caso de que uno de los progenitores no conviva en el domicilio familiar, sentencia de divorcio, acuerdo de separación o, si no existen dichos documentos, una declaración jurada del solicitante en la que se indique si se recibe algún tipo de pensión y por qué importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Certificado emitido por la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria relativo a la declaración del IRPF del año 2020 referida a los ingresos del año 2020 de todos los miembros computables de la unidad familiar mayores de 17 años a 31 de diciembre de 2020. En caso de que alguno de estos miembros no haya hecho declaración del IRPF se presentará certificado de imputaciones del IRPF de 2020. Estos documentos se pueden solicitar a través de la página web de la AEAT www.agenciatributaria.es o directamente en el enlace: https: //www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/AEAT.sede/tramitacion/G306.shtml).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Resolución o certificado que acredite el reconocimiento de grado de discapacidad emitido por el órgano público competente (sólo en el caso de que en la unidad familiar haya algún miembro con discapacidad), en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. En el caso de familia monoparental, copia del libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Certificado de imputaciones íntegras de todos los miembros de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. Impreso de justificación de la matrícula de la Escuela de música.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. Resguardo del banco los pagos mensual y certificado de la Escuela de música en tanto que estos pagos están realizados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS QUE SE TENDRÁN EN CUENTA PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para la concesión de las ayudas se tendrá en cuenta la renta per cápita media de la unidad familiar del / de la solicitante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. El orden de prelación para la concesión vendrá determinado por la menor renta per cápita media de la unidad familiar del / de la solicitante, de forma que se situará en primer lugar de la prelación la menor renta per cápita media y en último lugar la mayor renta. Se concederán las ayudas hasta que se agoten los fondos disponibles para la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Quedarán excluidos los solicitantes que formen parte de un núcleo familiar que tenga unos ingresos que superen una renta per cápita media de 15.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3. En caso de empate de dos o más solicitudes en el importe de la renta per cápita media, se tomará como criterio de priorización para el otorgamiento de la ayuda el importe menor de los ingresos anuales del conjunto de la unidad familiar (suma de las rentas de todos los miembros computables de la unidad familiar). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.4. Sí, aun así, hay un empate entre dos o más solicitantes, se priorizará por orden de registro de entrada de las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Se consideran miembros computables de la unidad familiar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. Padre, madre o tutor / a y cónyuge (o análoga relación) de los anteriores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Solicitante - Hermanos menores de 17 años a 31 de diciembre de 2020 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3. Hermanos mayores de 17 años a 31 de diciembre de 2020 y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3.1. Convivir en el domicilio familiar (con excepción de los que residan fuera de la isla durante el curso escolar por estudios). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3.2. Tener unos ingresos económicos durante el año 2020 inferiores a 10.302,60 € (salario mínimo interprofesional para el año 2020). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.4. Ascendientes que convivan en el domicilio familiar y dependan económicamente de otros miembros de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.5. En caso de solicitantes con unidad familiar independiente, son miembros computables su cónyuge (o análoga relación) y los hijos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.6. En caso de divorcio, separación legal o de hecho de los padres no se considerará miembro computable aquél que no conviva con el / la solicitante. En cambio, sí es miembro computable el nuevo cónyuge o persona unida por análoga relación. Si el padre / la madre que no convive con el / la solicitante pasara una pensión compensatoria o por manutención del hijo / de la hija también se comunicará y se tendrá en cuenta a la hora de calcular la renta familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En caso de que el / la solicitante alegue su independencia económica, debe justificar que sus ingresos económicos durante el año 2020 superaron el importe de 10.302,60 euros (salario mínimo interprofesional para el año 2020). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La renta familiar a efectos de subvención se obtendrá por agregación de las rentas del ejercicio 2020 de cada uno de los miembros computables del núcleo familiar antes mencionados que haya obtenido ingresos de cualquier naturaleza calculados según se indica en los párrafos siguientes y de conformidad con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Para determinar la renta de los miembros computables que hayan presentado declaración del Impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas (se debe presentar un certificado emitido por la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria relativo a la declaración del IRPF&amp;nbsp; correspondiente al ejercicio 2020) se hará de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.1 Primero: se sumarán la base imponible general y la base imponible del ahorro (casillas 435 y 460). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1.2. Segundo: de este resultado, se restará la cuota resultante de la autoliquidación (casilla 595). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. Para determinar la renta de los miembros computables que obtengan ingresos propios y no hayan presentado declaración del Impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas (se debe presentar un certificado de imputaciones del IRPF de 2020 emitido por la Agencia Tributaria ): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.1. Primero: se sumarán las retribuciones, los rendimientos y las ganancias patrimoniales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2.2. Segundo: de este resultado, se restarán los gastos deducibles y los pagos a cuenta efectuados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La renta per cápita media de la unidad familiar se calculará dividiendo los ingresos anuales declarados de toda la unidad familiar entre el número total de miembros que forman esta unidad familiar, teniendo en cuenta que se suma un miembro más en los siguientes casos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1. Cuando un miembro de la unidad familiar tenga una discapacidad, reconocida oficialmente por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, con un mínimo del 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2. En el caso de familia monoparental, con copia del libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3. Cuando el solicitante sea joven de entre 18 y 30 años sin tener ningún tipo de ingreso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Se tendrá en cuenta, también, la situación laboral durante el estado de alarma. Las personas asalariadas que estén en paro, o en un ERTE, o un ERE, lo tendrán que acreditar. Del mismo modo que las personas trabajadoras autónomas, si han visto que su actividad laboral se ha visto suspendida deberán acreditarlo mediante el documento de cese de actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DETERMINACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se subvencionará un porcentaje de los gastos de la actividad (precio anual de la enseñanza musical) en función de la renta per cápita media, de acuerdo con la siguiente tabla: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos de la actividad que se tendrán en cuenta son el costo de la matrícula y las cuotas pagadas y justificadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedará a cargo de la persona física solicitante la aportación del resto del coste, directamente o bien por cofinanciación de terceros (entes públicos o privados). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cantidad máxima individual de la subvención, que se otorgará para cada solicitante será de 350 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Órgano instructor, comisión evaluadora y procedimiento de concesión de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad, mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva descrito en el Capítulo II de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones (BOIB núm. 77 de 11 de junio de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El texto de la convocatoria y demás documentación que se requiera se comunicarán a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (en adelante BDNS) y se publicará el extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la Ley general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución expresa de concesión de subvención será de seis meses contados desde el día que termine el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. No obstante lo anterior, este plazo se podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de las ayudas. El silencio administrativo tendrá carácter desestimatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se remitirá a la BDNS en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la LGS, y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin perjuicio de notificar individualmente a los interesados, publicación que servirá al mismo tiempo de notificación por los solicitantes, así como en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento, y en su sede electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la resolución figurarán los datos identificativos de los interesados. La concesión de la ayuda se puede instrumentar mediante la formalización de un convenio de colaboración con la entidad beneficiaria donde se determinarán los derechos y obligaciones de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ABONO DE LAS AYUDAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las ayudas se abonarán, por norma general, cuando se haya justificado previamente la realización de la totalidad de la actividad subvencionada. Sin embargo, el pago de la ayuda se podrá hacer efectivo en pagos fraccionados en función de las justificaciones parciales que se presenten (como mínimo, mensuales) relativas a la participación del beneficiario en la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las subvenciones que se paguen a personas físicas estarán sujetas a retención de acuerdo con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y CONTROL&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los beneficiarios deberán justificar la realización de la actividad subvencionada, y acreditar los gastos efectuados con cargo a la ayuda concedida, antes del 30 de junio del curso correspondiente, salvo causas excepcionales que lo impidan y que se han de alegar por escrito. A la vista de lo anterior, el Ayuntamiento podrá ampliar el plazo de justificación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La documentación acreditativa a presentar es la siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. Justificante bancario de pago de la matrícula y de las cuotas correspondientes (transferencia bancaria o recibo) y justificante de la escuela de música del cobro de la matrícula y las cuotas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Justificante de asistencia que acredite haber asistido como mínimo al 80% de las sesiones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable pedirá al beneficiario que haga la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Si el gasto justificado excede del importe concedido, la posible desviación presupuestaria irá a cargo del beneficiario. Si, por el contrario, el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se reducirá proporcionalmente la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS Y PERCEPTORES DE LA AYUDA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Comunicar al Ayuntamiento la aceptación de la subvención en los términos en que ésta se conceda. En cualquier caso la subvención se entenderá aceptada tácitamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde que el beneficiario haya recibido la notificación de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Realizar la actividad objeto de subvención dentro del curso correspondiente (de septiembre a junio). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Llevar a cabo las actividades que fundamentaron la concesión de la ayuda y justificar su realización en los plazos y en las condiciones establecidas en estas bases y en la resolución de concesión de las ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Acreditar, cuando el Ayuntamiento lo solicite, que se encuentran al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Facilitar al Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla toda la información complementaria referente a cualquier punto de la actividad subvencionada y que se considere oportuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Comunicar al Ayuntamiento la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas con la misma finalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Hacer constar de manera expresa que la actividad está subvencionada por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Comunicar inmediatamente al Ayuntamiento cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado, en particular si se pueden derivar retrasos en la ejecución o si pueden afectar al coste total, y solicitar la autorización previa y expresa del Consejo Insular para hacer cualquier modificación sustancial del proyecto objeto de ayuda. Las solicitudes de modificación deben ser motivadas, se deben formular inmediatamente a la aparición de las circunstancias que la justifiquen y deben especificar las repercusiones presupuestarias que impliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Destinar el importe de la ayuda a la finalidad para la que se ha concedido, entendiendo que esto se cumple cuando el alumnado se ha matriculado, Y asiste a las sesiones de lenguaje o lenguaje e instrumento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo tanto se considerará que no han destinado la ayuda a la finalidad para la que se ha concedido, y deberán reintegrar el importe de la beca concedida, las personas que hayan incurrido en alguna o algunas de las siguientes situaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Haber anulado la matrícula. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No participar de forma periódica a las sesiones, audiciones y otras actividades obligatorias, al menos, en un periodo igual o superior a un 20%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Haber devuelto los recibos de la escuela de forma injustificada. En caso de que el impago se deba a motivos económicos, hay que acreditar a la declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Revocación y reintegro de AYUDAS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de incumplimiento total o parcial de las obligaciones de los beneficiarios de estas ayudas se iniciará el correspondiente expediente de revocación y consiguiente reintegro, si corresponde. Con respecto a la revocación y el reintegro de las ayudas, se aplicarán los artículos 24, 43 y 44 del TRLS y demás normativa que sea aplicable. Para los casos previstos en el art. 44 del TRLS, en que no corresponda la revocación total de la ayuda concedida, se podrá aplicar un porcentaje de minoración en función del incumplimiento. Este porcentaje se fijará previo informe del instructor y la notificación al beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se hubieran efectuado el pago anticipado, el beneficiario deberá reintegrar las cantidades que se hayan convertido indebidas más el interés de demora, a contar desde que el pago se hizo efectivo hasta la fecha de la resolución mediante la que se acuerde el reintegro. Las cantidades que se deban reintegrar tendrán la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y es de aplicación la vía de apremio. La obligación de reintegro establecida en este artículo es independiente de las sanciones que en su caso sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
