(Base de datos nacional de subvenciones núm. 575874)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases para la concesión de cupones de consumo para la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio de Pollença&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La crisis sanitaria provocada por la Covidien-19 ha afectado enormemente a la actividad económica del municipio de Pollença, afectando a todos los sectores, en especial el sector turístico y de servicios que es el mayoritario en nuestro municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las empresas se han visto afectadas directamente ya que el poder adquisitivo de la mayor parte de la población ha disminuido notablemente. Uno de los sectores más vulnerable es el tejido empresarial y comercial que se encuentra en una situación bastante difícil y en muchos casos peligra su supervivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença, consciente de la importancia del comercio de proximidad y de la actividad que generan estas pequeñas empresas y de las familias que de estas dependen ha decidido poner en marcha este programa de reactivación económica para ayudar al pequeño comercio del municipio .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;imentación Jurídica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y el Reglamento General de Subvención 887/2006 aprobado el 21 de julio, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el Reglamento de servicios de las Corporaciones Locales de 17 de junio de 1955, el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal del año en curso y la normativa para la concesión de subvenciones públicas así como el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que la crisis sanitaria provocada por la Covidien-19 ha supuesto un alto coste económico y social para los comercios y empresas del municipio, el área de comercio del Ayuntamiento de Pollença quiere seguir apostando por poner en marcha medidas dirigidas a fortalecer la economía local y el aumento de las ventas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con este objetivo, se desarrollan las presentes bases para poner en marcha una campaña de cupones de compra para los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del municipio que se podrán emplear los comercios del término municipal de Pollença que se adhieran a la campaña, para conseguir así un aumento de las ventas así como también generar un nivel de consumo que equilibre la pérdida económica que han sufrido estos últimos meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En definitiva se pretende fomentar el desarrollo económico local del municipio de Pollença, de acuerdo con las competencias atribuidas al art.29.1.t) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, con el fin de aumentar la productividad y competitividad de los comercios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Publicación. Publicidad y transparencia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.1.- Las bases reguladoras se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (en adelante BOIB), en la página web municipal y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.2.- La convocatoria se registrará, en primer lugar, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (en adelante BDNS) acompañada del texto de la convocatoria y de su extracto. Una vez registrada, el extracto se publicará, con el código de identificación que se haya asignado la BDNS a la convocatoria, en el BOIB. El texto íntegro se publicará en la página web municipal y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.3.- A los efectos de dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones de publicidad y transparencia que establece la Ley 19/2013, se publicará en la página web de municipal, información sobre las concesiones, los pagos realizados, las de procedimiento de reintegro y las resoluciones firmes el procedimiento sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- Crédito presupuestario.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las ayudas económicas reguladas en esta convocatoria se abonarán con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria número 2021.231.4791 del presupuesto general del Ayuntamiento de Pollença por la cuantía de 40.000 euros, cantidad resultante de las aportaciones siguientes: por una parte, 13.334 euros del propio Ayuntamiento de Pollença; por otra, 13.333 euros provenientes del Consejo de Mallorca; y finalmente, 13.333 euros provenientes del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El importe asignado a esta convocatoria no es cerrado, se habilitará la posibilidad de incrementarla, si se considera oportuno, mediante la modificación de crédito correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán por régimen de concurrencia no competitiva hasta agotar presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Beneficiarios: Personas físicas y empresas beneficiarias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se consideran beneficiarios de estas ayudas los comercios y empresas del municipio de Pollença y las personas físicas mayores de 16 años que realicen compras en los comercios adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.1.- Las personas físicas son las receptoras del cupón de compra cuando realicen una compra en un establecimiento adherido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.2.-Los comercios y las pequeñas empresas con local abierto al municipio de Pollença. Las actividades económicas que se pueden acoger a la convocatoria para ser receptores de las compras con cupones deben tener el título que le habilita para el ejercicio de la actividad y se encuadran en los epígrafes que figuran en el anexo 5 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, se excluyen del ámbito de esta convocatoria las empresas de gran implantación nacional o internacional de domicilio fiscal fuera de Pollença, así como las grandes superficies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- Requisitos de las entidades adheridas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las actividades económicas que se pueden acoger a la convocatoria para ser receptores de las compras con cupones deben tener el título habilitante para el ejercicio de la actividad y se encuadran en los epígrafes que figuran en el anexo 5 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, se excluyen del ámbito de esta convocatoria las empresas de gran implantación nacional o internacional de domicilio fiscal fuera de Pollença, así como las grandes superficies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Podrán tener la consideración de entidades adheridas aquellos establecimientos comerciales de atención al público que reúnen los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Tener domicilio social y fiscal en el municipio de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Figurar de alta en el Impuesto de Actividades Económicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias, con la Seguridad Social y con el Ayuntamiento, así como estar al corriente en el pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. No estar en ninguna de las circunstancias que le impidan adquirir la condición de persona beneficiaria de la ayuda económica, que establece el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE núm. 276 de 18.11.2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Tener la condición de pequeña empresa, definida en esta convocatoria como aquella con una plantilla de máximo 10 trabajadores y con una facturación anual inferior a 1.000.000 de euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;f. Disponer de título habilitante municipal para ejercer la actividad, expedido por el Ayuntamiento de Pollença (licencia de apertura y funcionamiento, declaración responsable de inicio y ejercicio de actividad, o similar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el caso de que hubiera algún incumplimiento o falta de veracidad en cuanto a la documentación por parte de los establecimientos adheridos, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença podrá cancelar la adhesión de los mismos en el programa de cupones de compra de Pollença, y aplicar las medidas derivadas del incumplimiento a que pueda dar lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Funcionamiento de los cupones de compra y obtención por parte de los beneficiarios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença será el responsable de generar y editar los cupones de compra que pondrán en circulación durante la campaña y que distribuirán entre los beneficiarios previa presentación del ticket de compra, con un precio mínimo de un gasto de 15 euros, realizada a uno de los establecimientos adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo el Área de Comercio distribuirá de forma gratuita entre los establecimientos adheridos carteles, adhesivos o elementos identificativos de la campaña a fin de que los ciudadanos puedan visualizar aquellas empresas que forman parte. También utilizará todos los medios a su alcance para hacer difusión de la misma (web municipal, facebook, whatsapp ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los beneficiarios, previa compra en algún de los comercios adheridos a la campaña, deberán presentarse en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Pollença con el ticket de la primera compra realizada, para obtener un cupón de consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El número de cupones de compra que realizará el Ayuntamiento será de 1000 cupones con un valor de 40 euros por cupón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Cada empresa adherida a la campaña dispondrá del mismo número de cupones y por lo tanto el cliente deberá elegir en función de los cupones asignados a los comercios y que estén disponibles en el momento de la adquisición, previa comprobación de que esta persona cumple los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Sólo podrán optar a recibir el cupón de compra las personas físicas mayores de 16 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Se podrá recibir un máximo de 1 cupón de compra por persona y sin que resulte reembolsable el importe no gastado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Este cupón estará debidamente numerado con un código con el objetivo de relacionar cada cupón con la persona que lo ha recibido. Los cupones válidos y oficiales llevarán el sello del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. El cupón de consumo tendrá un valor de 40 euros y se podrá consumir únicamente en los establecimientos adheridos a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Los cupones deberán consumirse durante el período que indique la convocatoria y en una única compra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- Plazo y lugar de presentación de solicitudes de adhesión a la campaña y documentación. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los establecimientos que quieran unirse a esta iniciativa utilizarán el modelo de solicitud que figura en el anexo 1 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los modelos normalizados, así como las bases y demás documentación asociada al expediente, estarán disponibles en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud supone la aceptación de las bases que rigen la convocatoria y el compromiso de la persona solicitante de cumplir las obligaciones y deberes que se derivan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las solicitudes se formalizarán por escrito según los modelos normalizados de solicitud (Anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;P&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;resentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La presentación de las solicitudes se hará de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença o de manera presencial en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento (OAC Ayuntamiento de Pollença, calle del Calvario, 2 y / o OAC Puerto de Pollença, calle del Doctor Llopis, 1) y deben ir dirigidas a la Alcaldía Presidencia y acompañadas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el punto 5. (anexo 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. En el caso de ser persona física, DNI del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. En el caso de ser persona jurídica, copia del CIF del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Certificado de alta y baja del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e. Certificado de Vida Laboral de la Empresa (VILE) donde figure el número de trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença podrá requerir al solicitante cualquier documento aclaratorio o de comprobación para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta también se puede hacer en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las empresas que están obligadas a relacionarse con las administraciones públicas a través de medios electrónicos deben presentar la solicitud de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), En la que está disponible la información de la convocatoria y el modelo de solicitud, así como las publicaciones de la resolución de las ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los sujetos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c. Las personas que ejercen una actividad profesional para la que se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d. Quien representa una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria, el órgano instructor requerirá al interesado que aporte la documentación necesaria en el plazo improrrogable de diez días, y se le indicará que, de no hacerlo, se considerará que ha desistido de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A efectos de determinar la fecha de presentación de la solicitud, se entenderá que ha sido presentada en el momento en que se aporten los documentos requeridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las ayudas económicas objeto de la presente convocatoria son compatibles con la percepción de cualquier otra ayuda procedente de cualquier entidad del sector público o privado. Sin embargo, a la solicitud se indicará, mediante la declaración responsable que le acompañará (Anexo 3), qué ayudas se han obtenido en el ejercicio 2020 y 2021 y su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;P&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;lazo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de quince (15) días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.1 El procedimiento de concesión se tramita en régimen de concesión directa y en régimen de concurrencia no competitiva según lo establecido en el artículo 22.2.c) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, teniendo en cuenta razones de interés público, económico y social dadas las circunstancias actuales que dificultan la convocatoria pública en régimen de concurrencia competitiva. La gestión de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria se sujeta sobre los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como en la eficacia en el cumplimiento de objetivos y la eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.2 Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas se producen de oficio y el Pleno del Ayuntamiento será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Las bases serán publicadas en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base séptima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.3 El órgano competente para la ordenación e instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de la ayuda prevista en esta convocatoria es el área de Comercio del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Recibidas las solicitudes, el órgano competente debe instruir los procedimientos, comprobar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente y, en su caso, requerir a los solicitantes que aporten toda la documentación e información complementaria que se estime oportuna para fundamentar su solicitud, o que subsanen los defectos apreciados en la solicitud, en el plazo de diez días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Además, este órgano puede realizar de oficio cuantas actuaciones estime necesarias y convenientes para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos que figuren en las solicitudes, en virtud de las cuales se valorarán las solicitudes peticiones para la resolución del expediente de concesión de ayuda. Dado el procedimiento de concesión directa, no es necesario realizar una comparación y prelación de solicitudes presentadas en un momento concreto y único del procedimiento. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 71 de la Ley 39/2015, en la tramitación de solicitudes se debe guardar el orden estricto de presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El órgano competente, después de haber comprobado que los establecimientos cumplen los requisitos y documentación establecida anteriormente, emitirá informe propuesta de resolución respecto al número de establecimientos adheridos, indicando los beneficiarios, así como aquellas que hayan sido desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8.4 El órgano competente para resolver y conceder la subvención es la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Pollença. La resolución de concesión determinará la cuantía concedida e incorporará, en su caso, las condiciones y obligaciones a las que está sujeta la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La resolución la dicta el órgano competente y la notifica a las entidades adheridas mediante mediante un anuncio publicado en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los plazos de recurso se cuentan a partir del día siguiente del día de esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Obligaciones de los establecimientos adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;as obligaciones &lt;/strong&gt;de los establecimientos adheridos a la campaña son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Aceptar los y posteriormente justificar los cupones de compra, previa comprobación de su originalidad ante el Ayuntamiento de Pollença para recibir su reembolso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Comprobar que la fecha de emisión del cupón no es posterior / ni anterior a la fecha que indique la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que pueda llevar a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Pollença o cualquiera de los órganos de control financiero competentes y colaborar y facilitar toda la documentación que se les requiera en el ejercicio de estas funciones de control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el caso de que hubiera algún incumplimiento por parte de los establecimientos adheridos, el Ayuntamiento de Pollença podrá cancelar la adhesión de los mismos en el programa de cupones de consumo y aplicar las medidas derivadas del incumplimiento a que pueda haber lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- Forma de justificación de la subvención por Parte desde establecimientos adheridos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el periodo de utilización de los cupones de consumo que se establezca en la convocatoria, los establecimientos adheridos deberán proceder a la justificación de la subvención, que se realizará aportando la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Solicitud de transferencia bancaria (anexo 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Memoria económica que figura en el anexo 4 de estas bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Los cupones de consumo, junto con el ticket de compra o factura simplificada realizados en su establecimiento donde figure los datos fiscales, la fecha y el importe de la compra y el descuento del correspondiente cupón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En caso de que el ticket de compra o factura simplificada no reúna estos requisitos el vale de consumo quedará anulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El pago de esta subvención se hará en un pago único a cada entidad adherida por la totalidad del importe justificado mediante los tickets y cupones de consumo, mediante transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El plazo será durante los diez días posteriores a la finalización de la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- Forma de reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con posterioridad al plazo de presentación de la documentación justificativa por parte de los establecimientos adheridos, el órgano colegiado de valoración emitirá un acta sobre la revisión de la justificación y tramitará el reintegro de las cuantías que corresponda en función y del número de bonos correctamente cambiados y justificados, de acuerdo con lo establecido en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Finalmente, mediante decreto de alcaldía, se aprobará definitivamente la cuantía de las subvenciones para cada uno de los establecimientos adheridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- Órgano colegiado de valoración: composición y funciones.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La composición del órgano colegiado de valoración será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Técnico del Área de Comercio (Agente de Empleo y Desarrollo Local) o quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Auxiliar / s Administrativo / a / s del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las funciones de dicha comisión serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Evaluar y comprobar cada una de las solicitudes presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Admitir o excluir las solicitudes que corresponda, en relación con los criterios que se enmarcan en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En cuanto al proceso administrativo de concesión de las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora atenderá los siguientes periodos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Una vez examinadas todas las solicitudes, esta Comisión emitirá un informe con la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos y los motivos de exclusión, que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución por parte del Concejal Delegado de Comercio de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta lista provisional se expondrá en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

(C)) Haber dado lugar, por causa de la que hubiesen sido declarados culpables, a la resolución firme de cualquier contrato suscrito con (d) Estar incursa la persona física, los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles o aquellos que ostenten la representación legal de otras personas jurídicas, en cualquiera de los supuestos de la Ley 3/2015, 30 de marzo, reguladora del ejercicio del alto cargo de la Administración General del Estado, de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del Personal al Servicio de las Administraciones Públicas, o tratarse de cualquiera de los cargos electivos regulados en la Ley Orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del Régimen Electoral General, en los términos establecidos en la misma o en la normativa autonómica que regule estas materias. (E) No hallarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o frente a la Seguridad Social impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, en la forma que se determine. (F) Tener la residencia fiscal en un país o territorio calificado reglamentariamente como paraíso fiscal (g) No hallarse al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones en los términos que se determinen. (H) Haber sido sancionados mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones conforme a ésta u otras leyes que así lo establezcan. (I) No podrán acceder a la condición de beneficiarios las agrupaciones previstas en el artículo 11.3, segundo párrafo cuando concurra alguna de las prohibiciones anteriores en cualquiera de sus miembros. (J) Las prohibiciones de obtener subvenciones también afectarán a aquellas empresas que, por razón de las personas que las rigen o de otras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;circunstancias, pueda presumirse que son continuación o que derivan, por transformación, fusión o sucesión, de otras empresas en las que hubiesen concurrido aquéllas. Artículo 13.3. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Nota:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;GRUPO 644. COMERCIO AL DETALLE DE PAN, PASTELERIA, CONFITERIA Y SIMILARES Y DE LECHE Y PRODUCTOS LÁCTEOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 644.4.- Comercio al por menor de helados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 644.5.- Comercio al por menor de bombones y caramelos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 644.6.- Comercio al por menor de masas fritas, con o sin coberturas o rellenos, patatas fritas, productos de aperitivo, frutos secos, golosinas, preparados de chocolate y bebidas refrescantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;GRUPO 645. COMERCIO AL POR MENOR DE VINOS Y BEBIDAS DE TODA CLASE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;GRUPO 647. COMERCIO AL DETALLE DE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS Y BEBIDAS EN GENERAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 647.1.- Comercio al por menor de cualquier clase de productos alimenticios y de bebidas en establecimientos con vendedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 647.2.- Comercio al por menor de cualquier clase de productos alimenticios y de bebidas en régimen de autoservicio o mixto en establecimientos cuya sala de ventas de una superficie inferior a 120 metros cuadrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 647.3.- Comercio al por menor de cualquier clase de productos alimenticios y bebidas en régimen de autoservicio o mixto, denominados así cuando la superficie de su sala de ventas se encuentre comprendida entre 120 y 399 metros cuadrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Agrupación 65. Comercio al por menor de productos industriales no alimenticios realizado en establecimientos permanentes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;GRUPO 651. COMERCIO AL POR MENOR DE PRODUCTOS TEXTILES, CONFECCIÓN, CALZADO, PIELES Y ARTÍCULOS DE CUERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 651.1.- Comercio al por menor de productos textiles, confecciones para el hogar, alfombras y similares y artículos de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;tapicería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 651.3.- Comercio al por menor de lencería y corsetería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 651.4.- Comercio al por menor de artículos de mercería y paquetería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 653.3.- Comercio al por menor de artículos de menaje, ferretería, adorno, regalo o reclamo (incluyendo bisutería y pequeños electrodomésticos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Epígrafe 653.6.- Comercio al por menor de artículos de bricolaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
