    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se hace público que por Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 190 de 5 de julio de 2021, se han aprobado las siguientes bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Deià a particulares, empresas, entidades culturales y asociaciones cívicas para la realización de programas y actividades culturales del año 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Aprobación bases reguladoras y publicación en el diario oﬁcial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Reglamento Municipal Regulador de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Deià y las bases para la ejecución del presupuesto del municipio de Deià para el año 2021, se convoca la concesión de las subvenciones a particulares, entidades culturales y asociaciones cívicas para la realización de programas y actividades culturales del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, competencia y objetividad, así como por el de eficacia en el logro de los objetivos propuestos y la eficiencia en la asignación y uso de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cuantía total máxima y aplicación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La cuantía máxima a otorgar en esta convocatoria es de 10.131€ euros, y se financiará en cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 330/48004 del Presupuesto Municipal del ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es regular y fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de solicitud, tramitación, concesión, justiﬁcación y pago de las subvenciones que otorgue el ayuntamiento de Deià destinadas a ﬁnanciar programas y actividades culturales por parte de particulares, empresas, entidades culturales y asociaciones que se hayan realizado total o parcialmente entre el 1º de enero de 2021 y el 31 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La ﬁnalidad de estas subvenciones es fomentar la iniciativa ciudadana, tanto de manera individual como colectiva, en proyectos y actividades de cariz cultural, contribuyendo al financiamiento y/o consecución de las mismas, siendo objeto de subvención las actividades y programas de difusión cultural, las iniciativas de recuperación y difusión del patrimonio cultural, tradicional y popular; y actividades de animación y formación sociocultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de estas subvenciones se tramita en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Requisitos y acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Podrán solicitar esta subvención los particulares, empresas, las entidades culturales y las asociaciones cívicas que se encuentren al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Que se encuentren al corriente de sus deudas con el Ayuntamiento, y que no estén incursos en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición para obtener la condición de beneﬁciario o entidad colaboradora previstos en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de Subvenciones (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Cumplir cualquier otra obligación legal o reglamentaria que los pueda afectar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar o tienen que estar presentadas en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Deià, dentro del plazo máximo fijado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Órganos competentes por la instrucción y resolución del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El órgano competente por la ordenación e instrucción del procedimiento será la Concejalía de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El órgano competente para la resolución de esta subvención será la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se consideran gastos subvencionables aquellas que de forma indudable responden a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada y se realizan total o parcialmente en el plazo establecido a la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con la documentación exigida, se tendrán que presentar como máximo &lt;strong&gt;hasta el día 30 de diciembre de 2021&lt;/strong&gt;, al Registro del Ayuntamiento de Deià, y podrá ser de forma presencial para las personas físicas y tendrá que ser a través de la sede electrónica https://ajdeia.sedelectronica.es/info.0 para las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Plazo de resolución y notiﬁcación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se irán resolviendo las solicitudes a medida que se presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El plazo para el otorgamiento de las subvenciones será, como máximo, de un mes a contar desde la fecha de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El plazo para presentar alegaciones o reclamaciones a la resolución del otorgamiento de las subvenciones a particulares, entidades culturales y asociaciones para la realización de programas y actividades culturales para el año 2021, será, como máximo, de 10 días a contar desde la notiﬁcación del otorgamiento o denegación de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Subsanación de deﬁciencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si la solicitud de inicio no reúne los requisitos fijados en estas bases, los datos de identiﬁcación, tanto de la subvención solicitada como de la persona solicitante, y/o cualquiera de las previstas en el artículo 66 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se requerirá al solicitante, de acuerdo con aquello establecido en el artículo 68 de la Ley LPAC para que en el plazo de diez días hábiles subsane las deﬁciencias o acompañe los documentos preceptivos. Si así no lo hiciera, se la tendrá por cejada en su petición, previa notiﬁcación de la resolución, que tendrá que dictarse en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la LPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Documentación que tiene que acompañar la solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Anexo I: Solicitud de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Anexo II: Declaración responsable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Fotocopia del documento del CIF de la entidad o asociación o fotocopia del DNI del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Memoria de las actividades a realizar desde la asociación para las cuales se pide la subvención, con información gráfica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. Informe justificativo y documentación justificada de los gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6. Declaración sobre si se han pedido o se han obtenido, y qué cantidades en este caso, ayudas a otros organismos con la misma ﬁnalidad y ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7. Fotocopia de la libreta bancaria o certificado bancario con el número de cuenta corriente para la transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de subvención presupone el conocimiento y la aceptación de las normas que la regulan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El modelo de solicitud y sus anexos tendrán que ser documentos originales firmados por el representante legal de la entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Criterios generales de valoración de las solicitudes presentadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las subvenciones se otorgarán según orden de llegada y hasta agotar el presupuesto disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Posibilidad de anticipo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si la actividad todavía no se ha realizado, el solicitante podrá pedir un anticipo que podrá hacerse en el porcentaje que determine la Concejalía de Cultura y la Alcaldía; en cualquier caso, el otorgamiento definitivo de la subvención no será definitiva hasta que no se entregue toda la documentación requerida y en caso de que los gastos justificados sean superiores de antemano, el solicitante tendrá que reintegrar la diferencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Compatibilidad con otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Estas subvenciones son compatibles con otras destinadas a la misma ﬁnalidad y otorgadas por otras administraciones públicas o entes públicos privados, pero en ningún caso el importe de las subvenciones concedidas no puede ser de una cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con subvenciones otras entidades, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por el beneﬁciario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Publicidad de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las publicaciones relativas a esta convocatoria se harán a al menos en el tablón de anuncios del ayuntamiento de Deià, en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Deià www.ajdeia.net, en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Deià https://ajdeia.sedelectronica.es y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
