&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA. ALEJANDRA FERRER KIRSCHBAUM, PRESIDENTA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistas las bases que rigen el concurso-oposición para la creación de una bolsa de auxiliares administrativos, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y puestos de trabajo del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB núm. 59, de 6 de mayo de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que este proceso selectivo se regirá por las determinaciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las Bases Generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 46, de 5 de abril de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la documentación presentada por los aspirantes que se ha tramitado según la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que el día 24 de mayo de 2021, se aprobó el listado provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se publicó el 25 de mayo de 2021 en el tablón de anuncios de la OAC y en la página web de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que transcurrido el plazo para realizar subsanaciones, alegaciones o reclamaciones, y se han presentado varias subsanaciones, según informe emitido por el área de secretaría de fecha 8 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez que se ha levantado el estado de alarma acordado por el Real Decreto 926/2020, de 25 de octubre, por el que se declaró el estado de alarma para contener la propagación de infecciones causadas por el SARS-CoV- 2, prorrogado hasta el 10 de mayo inmediato pasado, por el Real Decreto 956/2020, de 3 de noviembre, hay que estar a las medidas de prevención sanitaria que se citan a continuación, como se deriva de la siguiente normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ESTATAL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Real Decreto Ley 13/2021, de 24 de junio, &lt;em&gt;por el que se modifican la Ley 2/2021, de 29 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de prevención, contención y coordinación para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, y el Real Decreto-ley 26/2020, de 7 de julio, de medidas de reactivación económica para hacer frente al impacto del COVID-19 en los ámbitos de transportes y vivienda&lt;/em&gt;, publicado en el BOE núm. 151, de 25 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;AUTONÓMICA BALEAR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Decreto ley 5/2021, de 7 de mayo, por el que se modifican la Ley 16/2010, de 28 de diciembre, de salud pública de las Illes Balears, y el Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 10 de julio, por el que establece un régimen sancionador específico para hacer frente a los incumplimientos de las disposiciones dictadas para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19, publicado en el BOIB núm. 60, de 8 de mayo de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acuerdo del Consell de Govern de 5 de julio de 2021 por el que se modifica el Acuerdo del Consell de Govern de 7 de mayo de 2021 por el que se aprueba el nuevo Plan de Medidas de Prevención, Contención y Coordinación para Hacer Frente a la crisis Sanitaria Ocasionada por la COVID-19 y se modifican puntualmente las medidas excepcionales de prevención del contagio de la COVID-19 aplicables temporalmente en las islas aprobadas por el Acuerdo del Consell de Govern de 18 de junio de 2021 (BOIB núm. 90, de 6 de julio de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y por las competencias que tiene atribuidas la Presidencia según el Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 2 de julio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 102, de 25 de julio de 2019), en relación con el artículo 9.2.&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consells insulars, y toda la normativa aplicable que esté vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
