&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno&amp;nbsp; núm. JGL_20210714_01_U040 de fecha 14/07/2021, se aprobó las convocatoria&amp;nbsp; de subvenciones línea estratégica "ayudas al sector del taxi del término municipal de Palma para paliar los daños provocados por la Covid 19", según la Memoria Justificativa y las Bases de la Convocatoria del Departamento de Movilidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index),&amp;nbsp; en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Palma (www.palma.cat) y en la página web del Área de Movilidad Sostenible&amp;nbsp; www.mobipalma.mobi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficiarios: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Personas físicas que sean titulares de licencia de auto-taxi emitida por el Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objeto:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Paliar las pérdidas producidas en el sector económico del taxi del término municipal de Palma como consecuencia de las restricciones aprobadas por el Gobierno en 2021 para detener la expansión de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la Covid-19, en el periodo que comprende desde 14 de marzo de 2020 hasta 9 de mayo de 2021, así como todos aquellos perjuicios provocados por la pandemia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases reguladoras:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para todo el que no prevén estas Bases es de aplicación la Ordenanza Municipal de subvenciones, aprobada por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de 26 de febrero de 2015 (publicada en el BOIB núm. 35 de 12 de marzo de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuantía:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para atender las obligaciones de contenido económico&amp;nbsp; que se derivan de la concesión de las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria se ha verificado &amp;nbsp;la existencia de consignación presupuestaria en la aplicación código 15.44121.4790045 MOBILITAT&amp;nbsp; SUBVENCIÓ AL TRANSPORT DEL TAXI, del presupuesto general de gastos del Ayuntamiento de Palma del 2021, por un &lt;strong&gt;importe total&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;nbsp;de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;800.000 € (OCHOCIENTOS MIL EUROS), RC de 2021 ref. 22021008722.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La cuantía máxima de los &lt;strong&gt;importes individuales&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;nbsp;destinada en la presente línea de subvenciones, será el resultado del prorrateo de la cuantía total de 800.000 €, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 18 de la OMS del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes deben ser presentadas en el plazo de 20 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria de subvenciones en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Declaración responsable de la relación efectiva de ingresos y gastos generados a lo largo del período.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Declaración&amp;nbsp; responsable (Anexo 1) &amp;nbsp;de estar al corriente de pago de los impuestos municipales y no estar incurso en ninguna de las circunstancias recogidas en los artículos 13.2 y 13.3 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones, especialmente en lo que hace referencia al cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Palma, la AEAT i la ATIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
