    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Tribunal calificador del Tribunal calificador del concurso oposición para cubrir tres plazas de Policía Local mediante el procedimiento extraordinario a la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Inca, a la sesión celebrada el día 22 de abril de 2021, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la base 11 de las bases que rigen el concurso oposición para cubrir tres plazas de personal funcionario de carrera de la categoría de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Inca mediante el procedimiento extraordinario, se hace pública la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que han de ser nombrados como personal funcionario en prácticas en la categoría de Policía Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Según aquello dispuesto en el punto 10.3 de las bases que rigen este proceso selectivo, con el fin de asegurar la cobertura de las plazas convocadas, cuando haya renuncias de personas aspirantes seleccionadas antes del nombramiento como funcionarios/arias en prácticas, o bien si las que se han propuesto no cumplen alguno de los requisitos de la base cuarta, el tribunal eleva al órgano convocando una relación complementaria de las personas aspirantes que van a continuación de las propuestas, por orden de puntuación, para su posible nombramiento como personal en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
