&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que mediante Decreto núm. 2021-5286 de fecha 08/07/2021 se acordó dejar sin efecto el Decreto núm. 2021-3065 de fecha 03/05/2021 y por consiguiente, recuperar para la temporada 2021, el Plan de Actuación en materia de Transporte Público de viajeros para los años 2018-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;Vista la necesidad de dar respuesta inmediata en la agilización de los trámites administrativos para la reactivación y desarrollo de este Plan de Actuación en materia de Transporte Público de viajeros para los años 2018-2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;De conformidad con lo anteriormente expuesto, y haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me han sido delegadas mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2019-3897 de fecha 20 de junio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 86, de 29 de junio de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UELVO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;O&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;– &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Modificar l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;exigida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Pla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;actuació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en mat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ria de Transport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de via&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jeros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara los años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2018-2019 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;para la obtención de la autorización de la licencia temporal que será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Declaració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; jurada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del cumplimiento de todos los requisitos y condic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;iones establecidos en el Plan regulador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n de disponibilidad de un vehículo turismo, con pasa a servicio público con un numero máximo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cinco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; plazas, seis para el caso de Eurotaxis, con inspección técnica de vehículos en vigor, en régimen de propiedad, usufructo, arrendamiento financiero o lising que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;reúna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las características técnicas establecidas en el plan y con una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;antigüedad máxima de 10 años des de la matriculación (12 para el caso de los Eurotaxis).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:inline-block"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEG&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l BOIB &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;así como en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
