    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm.&amp;nbsp;1321,&amp;nbsp;de fecha 5 de julio de 2021, se nombró personal funcionario en prácticas a los aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo para la provisión de 2 plazas de la categoría de oficial u oficiala de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia , como funcionarios de carrera por promoción interna, mediante concurso-oposición, la que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía número 1800/2020, de 2 de octubre, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de 2 plazas de oficial de policía local del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, como funcionarios de carrera, por promoción interna, correspondiente a la escala de Administración Especial, subescala servicios especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1 de la categoría de policía local, incluidas en la oferta de empleo público del año 2017 del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, mediante concurso-oposición, y que fue objeto de publicación en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia en el BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;171/2020, de 3 de octubre, y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, en fecha 5 de octubre, a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que en fecha 16 de octubre de 2020 ha sido objeto de publicación en el BOE núm.&amp;nbsp;274/2020 la convocatoria del procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de dos plazas de oficial de Policía Local, concediendo un plazo de veinte días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOE para la presentación de solicitudes des de participación, plazo que finalizó el 13 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que en fecha 8 de abril de 2021, esta Alcaldía dictó Resolución núm.&amp;nbsp;621/2021 por la que se aprobaba el listado definitivo de admitidos y excluidos al procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez desarrollado el procedimiento selectivo, y vista la propuesta definitiva de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo y que serán nombrados funcionarios en prácticas, formulada en fecha 10 de junio de 2021 por el Tribunal Calificador del concurso -oposición, propuesta la que se aceptó en su integridad mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm.&amp;nbsp;1189/2021, de 15 de junio, publicada en el BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;81/2021, de 19 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que la Resolución anterior ya mencionada aprobaba la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y que serán nombrados funcionarios en prácticas, estableciendo un plazo de 20 días hábiles para presentar la documentación acreditativa de los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez acreditada por los aspirantes los documentos que acrediten que cumplen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nombrar funcionarios en prácticas de la categoría de Oficial de Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, por promoción interna, correspondiente a la escala de Administración Especial, subescala servicios especiales, grupo C, subgrupo C1, a los aspirantes que figuran en la relación que se indica a continuación.&amp;nbsp;El período de prácticas tendrá una duración de seis meses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Previamente al inicio del ejercicio de sus funciones como funcionarios en prácticas, las personas nombradas deberán tomar posesión del cargo de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Notificar la resolución a las personas nombradas, las cuales dispondrán del plazo máximo de tres días naturales, a contar desde el siguiente al de la notificación de esta resolución para tomar posesión de sus cargos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Alcudia, en fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
