    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 24.3 del RDL 1/2016, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, se publica el Acuerdo del Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 17 de junio de 2021,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CONSIDERANDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Que el GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU ha solicitado una modificación de la autorización ambiental integrada de la CT de Ibiza consistente en la actualización de la AAI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art. 14 del RD 815/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Que los informes recibidos de los órganos y entidades consultados son favorables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ACUERDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;: Otorgar la modificación no sustancial de la autorización ambiental integrada de la CT de Ibiza, promovida por GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU, consistente en la actualización de la AAI con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en la solicitud y con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones y/o modificaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En su punto 6.3 Residuos peligrosos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la tabla «residuos generados en el proceso y cantidades máximas que se autoriza su producción» se tienen que añadir los siguientes residuos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«La cantidad total de residuos peligrosos autorizada para esta instalación es de 1400 toneladas/año.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;hay un error, haciendo la suma de las cantidades de residuos generados se obtiene 1847,5 toneladas/año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corrigiendo el error y añadiendo la cantidad de residuos solicitada de 6,5 toneladas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«La cantidad total de residuos peligrosos autorizada para esta instalación es de 1854 toneladas/año.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En su punto 7.2.2 &lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Se dispondrá de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una red de recogida de pluviales para los edificios Ibiza II y III, que recogerá las aguas de la cubierta del edificio y de los viales exteriores y las conducirá a un depósito decantador del que irá a un punto de vertido al torrente de Cas Capità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una red de recogida de pluviales para el edificio Ibiza IV, que recogerá las aguas de la cubierta del edificio y de los viales exteriores y las conducirá a un depósito decantador y a un único punto de vertido del torrente de Cas Capità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las aguas de escorrentía de las zonas ajardinadas y subestaciones (excepto las de los depósitos de contención de escapes de aceite), se absorberán directamente por el terreno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las aguas pluviales limpias de los edificios se tienen que tratar y reutilizar para los usos para los que sean adecuados como por ejemplo en el sistema contraincendios, riego y limpieza.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Se dispondrá de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una red de recogida de pluviales para los edificios Ibiza II y III, que recogerá las aguas de la cubierta del edificio y de los viales exteriores y las conducirá a un depósito decantador del que irá a un punto de vertido al torrente de Cas Capità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una red de recogida de pluviales de la zona de turbinas de gas 6 y 7, que recogerá las aguas y las conducirá a un depósito decantador del que irá a un punto de vertido al torrente Cas Capità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las aguas de escorrentía de las zonas ajardinadas y subestaciones (excepto las de los depósitos de contención de escapes de aceite), se absorberán directamente por el terreno.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En su punto 7.3 Vertido de pluviales al torrente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;se tienen que añadir dos apartados con la numeración siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«1. En las instalaciones de la central térmica de Ibiza habrá tres puntos de vertido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Edificios II y III, con coordenadas UTM X: 364.042; Y:4.308.856.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Edificio IV, con coordenadas UTM X: 364.008; Y:4.308.903.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Zona turbinas 6 y 7, con coordenadas UTM X: 363.954; Y:4.308.968.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se estima un caudal de vertido de 17.600 m³/año.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«2. Se llevará a cabo un control efectivo del volumen de aguas incorporadas a torrente que se tendrá que notificar anualmente al registro PRTR.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a consecuencia de la incorporación de estos 2 apartados se tiene que modificar la numeración del resto de apartados sin cambiar su orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En su punto 7.4.4&lt;strong&gt; donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«4. Las instalaciones tendrán que contar con los dispositivos necesarios para la toma de muestras por el vertido de la tierra al mar y también dispondrá de un sistema de medida de caudal.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«4.
