&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Aprobadas por decreto de Alcaldía núm.2021-0428, de 31 de marzo de 2021, se publicaron íntegramente en el BOIB nº 47, de 8 de abril de 2021, las bases específicas de la convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de la categoría de celador de la brigada de obras y servicios, mediante concurso-oposición, para cubrir necesidades temporales de acuerdo con el artículo 10 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. En fecha 25 de mayo de 2021 se emite el Decreto de Alcaldía núm.&amp;nbsp;2021-0645, de aprobación de la relación definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. En fecha 30 de junio de 2021 se ha emitido acta del Tribunal Calificador con el resultado definitivo del proceso selectivo citado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local y de acuerdo con las competencias que por ley me confieren,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;.- Las personas aspirantes que pasan a integrar la bolsa de celador / a para cubrir las necesidades o sustituciones en la plantilla de personal de este Ayuntamiento, son las siguientes de acuerdo al orden de puntuación total obtenida y la propuesta formulada por el Tribunal Calificador.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
