&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente: 1304/2021&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OFERTA OCUPACIÓN PÚBLICA 2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA n.º 2021-0990&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Presupuesto general de la corporación para el ejercicio 2020 y la plantilla de personal, se aprobaron inicialmente por acuerdo de Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria de 17 de septiembre de 2020 (publicación aprobación definitiva BOIB n.º 197 de 19 de noviembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Visto que, en la mencionada plantilla de personal, figuran vacantes y/u ocupadas interinamente, y, dotadas presupuestariamente varias plazas, y, la cobertura de estos lugares se considera necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y, el artículo 70 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, del texto refundido del Estatuto básico del empleado público, sobre la oferta de ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Examinada la documentación que lo acompaña, y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, por el cual se concreta que el alcalde es el órgano competente para la aprobación de la Oferta de ocupación pública; por el presente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir la presente resolución a la Administración General del Estado, y, publicar la Oferta de Ocupación Pública en el tablón de anuncios y a la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento, y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar las plazas ofrecidas en ejecución de la presente Oferta de Ocupación Pública, en el plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar desde la fecha de su publicación. Binissalem, en la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
