&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Hechos&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Mediante el Decreto de día 1 de junio del 2021, de la Presidencia del Consell de Mallorca, se delegaron las funciones de Secretaría de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) en la señora Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se ha cubierto la plaza de jefa de Servicio jurídico-administrativo del Institut d'Afers Socials la cual tiene atribuida en el marco de sus funciones desde Secretaría Delegada, por la señora Elena Tur Figueruelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 15.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS (BOIB núm 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019) establece que actuarà de secretario o secretaria general del Consell de Mallorca, que puede delegar en un funcionario o funcionaria del grupo A1 del mismo IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dejar sin efectos el Decreto, de día 1 de junio del 2021, en que se delegó las funciones de Secretaria del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) en la señora Ana Cristina Gallardo Nielsen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Encomanar, las funciones de Secretaria Delegada del IMAS en la señora Maria Elena Tur Figueruelo, que cumple con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 15.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS, a partir del día siguiente a la firma de este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar este Decreto en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Dar cuenta al Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. Dar cuenta de este Decreto a la Presidencia y Gerencia del IMAS, y comunicarlo a las personas interesadas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
