![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cumplimiento del artículo 45.1.a) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el presente anuncio publica la concesión de ayudas económicas para fomentar la reactivación del desarrollo económico local y la promoción turística del municipio de Maó-Mahón para minimizar el impacto de la crisis económica provocada por el COVID-19, para el año 2021, otorgadas por <strong>Decreto de Alcaldía número</strong> <strong>2232/2021</strong>, de fecha 18/06/2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; A tal efecto, deberá presentar una declaración formal, en la que constará:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El importe de la facturación del establecimiento durante los años 2019, 2020 y 2021, así como el porcentaje de disminución.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El promedio de trabajadores/as del establecimiento durante los años 2019, 2020 y 2021.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>b)&nbsp;</strong>El plazo para justificar la ayuda económica finalizará el 31 de marzo de 2022, mediante trámite telemático. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Tercero.</strong> Disponer el gasto y aprobar el reconocimiento de la obligación, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria D02 4310 4810020, por importe total de 52.500,00 €.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong>Cuarto.</strong> Proceder al pago del 100% de la ayuda económica, en la cuenta bancaria que figura en la solicitud.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de conformidad con lo que dispone el art. 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes, a contar del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación; y, en este caso, no puede interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto expresamente el de reposición o se haya producido su desestimación presunta.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El recurso de reposición debe presentarse en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias y medios a que se refiere el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 antes mencionada; y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se resuelva y notifique en el plazo de un mes, a contar del día siguiente al de su interposición, en cuyo caso quedará expedita la vía contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, debe interponerse directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, con arreglo a lo establecido en el artículo 123 anteriormente citado y en los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante los juzgados de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación.
