    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los jueces de paz, se establece un plazo de 15 días hábiles desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, para la presentación de solicitudes que opten al nombramiento de juez o jueza de paz del municipio de Llucmajor. Las solicitudes han de presentarse en el Registro General de este Ajuntament, ya sea de forma presencial, por sede electrónica o a través de cualquiera de la formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la solicitud ha de acompañar una declaración jurada donde se haga constar que la persona aspirante cumple las condiciones de capacidad y de compatibilidad para poder ocupar el cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas aspirantes han de cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- ser españoles y mayores de edad;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- residir en el municipio de Llucmajor (se podrá prescindir de este requisito si existe justa causa y así lo autoriza la Sala de Gobierno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- y no encontrarse incursos en ninguna de las causas de incapacidad establecidas en el artículo 303 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del poder judicial, y que son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- estar impedido físicamente o psíquica mente para la función judicial;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- haber estado condenado por delito doloso y no haber obtenido aún la rehabilitación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- estar procesado o inculpado por delito doloso y aún no haber sido absuelto o no haberse dictado acto de sobreseimiento; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- no estar en pleno ejercicio de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cargo al que se opta tiene naturaleza esencialmente honorífica, sin pertenecer a la carrera judicial y sin tener carácter profesional ni relación funcionarial con la administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
