&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 24 de febrero de 2021, el Consejo Ejecutivo aprobó la convocatoria de subvenciones de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; para las artes escénicas 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El extracto de esta convocatoria fue publicado en BOIB núm. 28 de 27 de febrero de 2021. Mediante acuerdo de 21/04/2021, se corrigió un error en la redacción del punto 15.2 de la convocatoria (BOIB núm. 55 de 27 de abril de 2021). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. En el punto 15.2 se ha observado un error en la redacción de las puntuaciones máximas en la sección D. Proyecto artístico. Para no crear confusión entre las partes interesadas, es aconsejable corregir el error observado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La Ley 39/2015, d'1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y la Ley 40/2015, d'1 de octubre del régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La&amp;nbsp; Ley 8/2000, de 27 de &amp;nbsp;octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobado, el Decreto de organización del Consejo de Mallorca y las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Consejo de Mallorca del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La convocatoria de ayudas de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; artes escénicas 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dados los antecedentes y fundamentos del Derecho expuestos, propongo al Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Propuesta de acuerdo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Modificar el párrafo tercero del punto 15.1 de la convocatoria de subvenciones de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; &amp;nbsp;de artes escénicas 2021, que queda definitivamente redactado de la siguiente manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El comité de evaluación solo considerará subvencionables aquellos proyectos que obtengan, al menos 25 puntos de los 51 posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Modificar, en el apartado de criterios específicos&amp;nbsp; del punto 15.2 los siguientes apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«CRITERIOS ESPECÍFICOS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;: (máximo 20)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D. Proyecto artístico. (Máximo 10)»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tiene que decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«CRITERIOS ESPECÍFICOS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;: (máximo 21)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar la corrección en el BOIB del extracto de esta convocatoria y trasladar esta información en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
