    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por renuncia voluntaria, ha quedado vacante el cargo de Juez de Paz Titular. Corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento elegir las personas para ser nombradas Juez de Paz de este Municipio, de conformidad al que disponen los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y artículo 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por tanto,&amp;nbsp; se abre un plazo de quince días hábiles a partir del día siguiente que se publique este anuncio en el BOIB, para que las personas que estén interesadas, y reúnan las condiciones legales lo soliciten mediante un escrito dirigido a esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los requisitos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• Mayoría de edad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• Nacionalidad española&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;No estar impedido físicamente o psíquicamente para el ejercicio de las funciones judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;Residencia en el municipio de Sencelles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;No haber sido condenado por delito doloso. En caso contrario, este impedimento cesa si se ha obtenido la rehabilitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;No haber sido procesado o inculpado por delito doloso. En caso contrario, este impedimento cesa si se ha obtenido la absolución o se ha dictado auto de sobreseimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;•&amp;nbsp;Disfrutar del ejercicio lleno de los derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;• No estar incurso en causa de incapacidad o incompatibilidad (artículos 389 a 397 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, en lo que les sea aplicable)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán en el Registro de entrada de este Ayuntamiento o bien mediante el procedimiento que regula el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, con un breve currículum con los detalles más significativos de su perfil personal, académico y profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 101.1 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y el artículo 4 y 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz, comunicando el Acuerdo al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del partido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se publica para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
