&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;1. Antecedentes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La relación del municipio de sa Pobla con los medios de comunicación locales es bastante extensa. Podemos constatar que han existido, en diferentes etapas de mayor o menor impulso ciudadano o institucional, experiencias televisivas y radiofónicas importantes (como RTV Poblera) o por medios escritos en forma de revista mensual o trimestral (como las revistas Sa Pobla o Sa Plaça).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En la época de la información rápida, global y controlada por los grandes &lt;em&gt;media,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;a&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;menudo se desprende una concepción según la cual la información cercana es menos válida, menos relevante o, en un caso extremo, caricaturizada como localista o folclórica. Precisamente por esta razón, los medios de comunicación locales realizan un papel clave en localidades como la de sa Pobla. Poner de relieve la información local es, en nuestro contexto, poner en valor la proximidad y las problemáticas, preocupaciones o aspiraciones genuinas de la ciudadanía que habita el territorio donde desarrolla un proyecto de vida. La comunicación local y las relaciones ciudadanas son elementos esenciales de la cohesión social y la convivencia porque se convierten en vínculos entre personas y se refuerza el sentimiento de pertenencia a una comunidad. Es obligación de la administración pública abrir canales de expresión i de participación ciutadana así como de rendir cuentas de su acción de gobierno de manera transparente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Llegados a este punto, el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla quiere dar el impulso definitivo a Sa Pobla Ràdio, con el interés de establecer una emisora de naturaleza municipal, pero con voluntad popular y participativa, que sea efectiva gracias a la implicación de todos los poblers y pobleres, depositarios últimos de este medio de comunicación público. Así pues, es voluntad de este Ayuntamiento poner las bases normativas necesarias para regular el funcionamiento de la radio municipal, de Sa Pobla Ràdio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Este documento tiene como objetivo principal organizar, de la forma más eficaz posible Sa Pobla Ràdio desde todas sus vertientes, con el fin de optimizar tanto los recursos humanos como los técnicos. Sin embargo, la finalidad de este documento es configurar una radio municipal bajo los criterios deontológicos del periodismo y los valores del pluralismo político y la participación ciudadana con todos los agentes de la sociedad poblera, sin exclusión (entidades, comercios, particulares, etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;2. Fundamento jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En tanto que la coordinación del servicio de la radio municipal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;está&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; a cargo del / a técnico / a de Sa Pobla Ràdio del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, dependiente de la Concejalía de Participación Ciudadana, se regular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; por las disposiciones de la Ley &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;512013, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;de 1 de octubre, audiovisual de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Objetivos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La emisora municipal de Sa Pobla Ràdio, como servicio público de comunicación audiovisual de ámbito local, tiene como objetivo ofrecer un conjunto de contenidos orientados a la satisfacción de las necesidades democráticas, sociales, educativas y culturales de los habitantes del municipio, en calidad de miembros de esta comunidad local. Tiene la finalidad de garantizar la información veraz, objetiva, plural y equilibrada donde tengan cabida las diversas expresiones sociales, culturales y políticas; proporcionar una oferta de entretenimiento de calidad; difundir y promocionar la lengua catalana, y cumplir, en todo aquello que se corresponda al ámbito local de este servicio: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;a) El impulso del conocimiento y el respeto de los valores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;b) La transmisión de una información veraz, objetiva y equilibrada, respetuosa con el pluralismo político, social y cultural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;c) La difusión de la actividad del Ayuntamiento, los grupos municipales y de las organizaciones y de los agentes políticos y sociales del municipio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;d) La garantía de la máxima continuidad en la prestación del servicio y del acceso de toda la ciudadanía al servicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) La promoción, el conocimiento y la difusión de la lengua y la cultura propias de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;f) La promoción activa de la convivencia cívica, el desarrollo plural y democrático de la sociedad, el conocimiento y el respeto a las diversas opciones y manifestaciones políticas, sociales, lingüísticas, culturales y religiosas presentes en el municipio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;g) La promoción activa de la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, que incluye la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades, el respeto a la diversidad y a la diferencia, la integración de la perspectiva de género, el fomento de acciones positivas y la uso de un lenguaje no sexista. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;h) El refuerzo de la identidad nacional como un proceso integrador, en evolución constante y abierto a la diversidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) El suministro de contenidos y servicios dirigidos a los sectores más amplios y diversos de la audiencia, con especial atención a los colectivos más vulnerables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;j) La definición, la aplicación y el impulso de un modelo de comunicación basado en la calidad, la diversidad en la oferta, el fomento de la innovación, el respeto de los derechos de los consumidores y la exigencia ética y profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;k) El favorecimiento del acceso de la ciudadanía a la formación, la difusión, el conocimiento y la divulgación máximos de los principales acontecimientos políticos, sociales, económicos, científicos y deportivos de interés local y sus raíces históricas, preservando de un modo especial la memoria histórica y el patrimonio de sus testigos, y la promoción de las expresiones y manifestaciones culturales más diversas, particularmente de las vinculadas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;al uso de los medios audiovisuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;I) La contribución al desarrollo de las industrias culturales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;m) La contribución al desarrollo de la sociedad del conocimiento, utilizando las diversas tecnologías y vías de difusión y los servicios interactivos, desarrollando nuevos servicios y favoreciendo el acercamiento de la administración pública a la ciudadanía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4. Principios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;criterios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4.1. La emisora de radio del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla se inspira, de forma concreta, en los siguientes principios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;a) La objetividad, veracidad e imparcialidad de las informaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;b) La separación entre informaciones y opiniones, la identificación de quien sustente estas opiniones y su libre expresión, con sujeción a los límites establecidos por el apartado 4 del artículo 20 de la Constitución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;c) El respeto al pluralismo político, religioso, social, cultural y lingüístico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;d) El respeto al honor, la intimidad de las personas, la propia imagen y demás derechos y libertades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#181818"&gt;reconocidos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;en la Constitución y al Estatuto de Autonomía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) La protección de los derechos de la juventud y la infancia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;f) El respeto a los valores de igualdad recogidos en el artículo 14 de la Constitución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4.2. La emisora de radio del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla funciona con sujeción a los criterios de independencia, profesionalidad y viabilidad económica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4.3. El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla ejercerá el control de las actuaciones de la radio y velara por el cumplimiento y el respeto de los principios y criterios de actuación enunciados en este apartado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;5. Lengua &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La lengua utilizada normalmente por la emisora de radio del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla sera el catalán, de acuerdo con lo establecido con la Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de normalización lingüística en las Islas Baleares y la Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;6. Gestión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La prestación del servicio público de comunicación audiovisual de ambito local se llevara a cabo en forma de gestión directa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, a través de la Concejalía de Participación Ciudadana, asume, dirige y gestiona el servicio de radio municipal -siendo en todo momento el titular de la emisora-, toma las decisiones y establece las relaciones jurídicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;7. Características del servicio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Sa Pobla Ràdio se encuentra ubicada en el edificio municipal situada en la calle Escuela, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;30. Se caracteriza por ser una emisora que emite a través del dial1 07.1 FM Y online en la p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;gina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.sapoblaradio.cat. La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#161718"&gt;programación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;fija es diaria de lunes a viernes en la que se repasa la actualidad del municipio, la meteorología y las principales noticias de car&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;cter insular, autonómico o estatal. Adem&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;s, se incluyen entrevistas semanales a todos los grupos políticos municipales, a personas individuales o que forman parte de entidades del municipio que tengan relevancia o interés público para su actividad. Todos los plenos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, tanto los ordinarios como los extraordinarios, son retransmitidos en directo por Sa Pobla Ràdio. De forma esporádica, se emiten programas en directo para dar relevancia a eventos o noticias de carácter especial, como los debates electorales u otros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En la página web se encuentra el repositorio de archivos sonoros, en un formato a la carta, de toda la programación, poniendo así a disposición de todo el mundo el archivo histórico de Sa Pobla Ràdio. La radio local del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla está concebida como un servicio público, abierta a la ciudadanía, a la participación, en la proximidad, tanto de las entidades como de las personas individuales. La programación consta de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Programación fija (magazine informativo, entrevistas grupos municipales, entrevistas alcaldía, entrevistas a personas de relevancia informativa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;retransmisión plenos municipales, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Programas de colaboradores, abierto a las personas que quieran colaborar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;desinteresadamente, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;para difundir sus aficiones y compartirlas con el resto de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;la ciudadanía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Programación especial, como debates electorales o presencia en ferias, fiestas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;o actos culturales, deportivos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Sa Pobla Ràdio cuenta con los equipamientos técnicos y equipo humano necesarios para llevar a cabo su actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;8. Estudio económico &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;financiero &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Por tratarse de gestión directa ordinaria, los medios personales y materiales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;adscriben e integran en el presupuesto del Ayuntamiento. El responsable municipal de la gestión de este servicio es quien deber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; controlar el presupuesto de cada año destinado al mismo. Sin perjuicio de que esta gestión económica reste sujeta a la función de intervención y del control financiero y de eficacia del Ayuntamiento. Los ingresos y los gastos son los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;que figuran recogidos en los correspondientes conceptos y partidas del presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;9. Reglamento de funcionamiento de Sa Pobla Ràdio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;PREAMBULO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla entiende la comunicación como un elemento esencial de cohesión social. Sea cual sea su forma de expresión y el canal elegido, la comunicación se convierte en vínculo entre los individuos de una sociedad, y más aún si nos referimos de comunicación de proximidad, al servicio de un comunidad geográfica, social y cultural concreta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Las relaciones ciudadanas son, en esencia, comunicación. También lo es la divulgación de la información, el conocimiento, la generación de opinión y la creación de conciencia comunitaria. Conocer es saber, saber es cultura, y cultura es pensamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Es obligación de una administración pública abrir canales de expresión ciudadana, generar opinión y rendir cuentas de su acción de gobierno. Estos son objetivos esenciales de un medio de comunicación público. Pero, más allà de lo meramente informativo, el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla entiende la comunicación también como un elemento de participación ciudadana de primer nivel. Por este motivo impulsamos un medio al servicio de las personas y hecho por las personas: Sa Pobla Ràdio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Esta emisora se ha caracterizado en los últimos años para convertirse en un canal de expresión de los anhelos de personas y entidades que quieren contribuir, con su tiempo y su energía, al crecimiento social y comunitario de sa Pobla y queremos seguir apostando por una radio de estas características. Una emisora abierta a voluntarios y entidades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;para divulgar sus actividades, proyectos e ilusiones. Una radio coparticipada, impulsada por el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla y sus servicios técnicos, pero con la corresponsabilidad de voluntarios y voluntarias que den sentido al proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Apostamos por una radio profesional, aunque no exclusivamente profesionalizada, que trabaje con rigor, con unos objetivos claros y que cuente con unas bases estables que le den continuidad. Para hacerlo posible necesitamos un marco legal en el que sentar las bases de este compromiso mutuo: el contrato social entre la administración y el resto de agentes implicados en el desarrollo de este medio de comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Por este motivo presentamos este Reglamento de Funcionamiento; un&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;documento que plantea las normas que han de facilitar el correcta funcionamiento de la emisora, las funciones y obligaciones de todos los agentes participantes y las relaciones de aquellas personas que hacen posible el funcionamiento de la emisora con el objetivo de garantizar los principios de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;MARCO GENERAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Sa Pobla Ràdio ordena en base a un marco general que debe permitir garantizar su función y vocación de servicio público, en relación a la siguiente normativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;a) Carta de los Derechos Humanos de la ONU &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 19. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Todo individuo tiene derecho a la libertad de opinión y de expresión; este derecho incluye el de no ser molestado a causa de las opiniones y el de buscar, recibir o difundir informaciones e ideas para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;cualquier medio de expresión y sin consideración de fronteras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;b) Constitución Española &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 20. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;1. Entre otros, se reconocen y protegen los derechos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;a) A expresar y difundir libremente los pensamientos, ideas y opiniones mediante la palabra, el escrito o cualquier otro medio de reproducción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;d) A comunicar o recibir libremente información veraz por cualquier medio de difusión. La ley regula el derecho a la cláusula de conciencia y al secreto profesional en el ejercicio de estas libertades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;1. El&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;ejercicio de estos derechos no puede restringirse mediante ningún tipo de censura previa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;2. La ley regula la organización y control parlamentario de los medios de comunicación social que dependen de cualquier entidad pública y garantiza el acceso a dichos medios de los grupos sociales y políticos significativos, respetando el pluralismo de la sociedad y de las diferentes lenguas de España. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;3. Estas libertades tienen su límite en el respeto a los derechos reconocidos en este título; en los preceptos de las leyes que lo desarrollen y, especialmente, en el derecho al honor, a la intimidad, a la propia imagen y a la protección de la juventud y la infancia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;4. Sólo podrá acordarse el secuestro de publicaciones, grabaciones y otros medios de información en virtud de resolución judicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;c) Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 90. Medíos públícos de comunícacíón &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;1. Las instituciones de las Islas Baleares deben garantizar la imparcialidad, la pluralidad y la veracidad informativa de los medios públicos de comunicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;2. Los medios públicos de comunicación deben velar por el cumplimiento del modelo lingüística previsto en el Estatuto de autonomía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Los medios públicos de comunicación deben orientar su actividad a la promoción de la cultura de Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza y Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4. Se garantiza el derecho de acceso a los medios públicos de comunicación de las asociaciones, organizaciones e instituciones representativas de la diversidad política, social y cultural de las Islas Baleares, respetando el pluralismo de la sociedad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Las corporaciones locales facilitaran la más amplia información sobre su actividad y promoverán la participación de toda la ciudadanía en la vida local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La finalidad Sa Pobla Ràdio es generar un espacio de comunicación audiovisual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;público, participativo, de calidad, integrador y de proximidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tampoco tiene patrimonio propio ni capacidad suficiente para comparecer en juicio y ante cualquier autoridad u organismo y realizar todo tipa de actos y negocios jurídicos congruentes con su finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Una radio respetuosa con el pluralismo político, religioso, social, cultural y lingüístico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 8 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En este sentido, el equipo técnico de la emisora ejercerá las funciones de coordinación de la radio municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 9 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Las funciones de coordinación son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;1. La coordinación general de la emisora, sus contenidos y servicios en base a las líneas generales establecidas para la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;2. La coordinación de colaboradores/as, profesionales externos, empresas colaboradoras o subcontratadas que presten servicios, remunerados o no, para la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;3. Rendir cuentas periódicamente al equipo de gobierno del funcionamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;, organización y logro de objetivos de la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;4. Elaborar la propuesta de presupuesto anual, necesidades económicas y vías de financiación para el correcto funcionamiento de la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;5. Cualquier otra función que la concejalía de Participación Ciudadana le delegue, dentro del ambito de sus competencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 10 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Las funciones referidas en el punto anterior podran ser delegadas siempre y cuando con la conformidad del/la concejal / a de Participación Ciudadana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 11 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;En caso de que la coordinación de la emisora esté vacante, o en los casos de licencia, enfermedad o en su ausencia, si no hay designado un sustituto, la concejalía de Participación podra designar a otra persona que temporalmente ejerza las funciones de coordinación , o bien ejercerlas personalmente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;SECCIÓN SEGUNDA. LOS COLABORADORES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 12 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Podran tomar parte en las tareas de la emisora todas aquellas personas que lo deseen, ya sea a título individual o en representación de cualquier entidad, de forma totalmente voluntaria y sin retribución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 13 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Para convertirse en colaborador de Sa Pobla Ràdio se deberá haber recibido una breve formación específica por parte del personal de la radio, así como elaborar una propuesta de contenido que vehicule su participación en la emisora en forma de programa &lt;em&gt;(Anexo &lt;/em&gt;2).&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Esta propuesta deberá ser validada por el equipo técnico de coordinación de la radio y por la concejalía de Participación Ciudadana en base a los criterios establecidos en el Capítulo SEGUNDO de este reglamento y en consonancia con el conjunto de la parrilla de programación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 14 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Todos los colaboradores que tomen parte de forma regular y estable en el funcionamiento de la emisora seran considerados miembros de la misma. La vinculación con la emisora quedara recogida mediante la firma de un documento de aceptación de los derechos y deberes del colaborador &lt;em&gt;(Anexo 1). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 15 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Los derechos de los colaboradores de Sa Pobla Ràdio quedan estipulados en base a los siguientes principios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;a) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora tendrán libertad para realizar los programas que tengan asignados en la forma que crean más adecuado, según los criterios de calidad y rigor, y en base a la definición de programa acordada con la coordinación de la emisora, manteniendo siempre el respeto a los principios generales de la emisora y del presente reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;b) Los colaboradores de la emisora recibirán el apoyo técnico y humano necesario para el desarrollo de su tarea, de acuerdo con las disponibilidades del servicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;c) Los colaboradores de la emisora tendrán derecho a obtener un distintivo acreditativo de la emisora para el ejercicio exclusivo de su colaboración con la misma y mientras su relación de colaboración esté en vigor. Su mal uso puede ser motivo de finalización de su colaboración con la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;d) Ningún colaborador de la emisora podrá ser obligado a cumplir un acto profesional o expresar una opinión contraria a sus convicciones, a la ética profesional o los principios editoriales, acogiéndose a la cláusula de conciencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) Ningún colaborador de la emisora podrá sesgar o distorsionar una información para favorecer con ello, directa o indirectamente, sus intereses personales o de personas, grupos o entidades de todo tipa relacionadas con él. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;f) Todo colaborador de la emisora tiene derecho a la propiedad intelectual del producto de su trabajo. Mediante su vinculación con la emisora, cede sus derechos de reproducción de este trabajo. Los originales podrán ser reproducidos en otros medios con los que la emisora llegue a un acuerdo pero deberá informar previamente a los colaboradores de la emisora que hayan participado en la elaboración del trabajo y deberán hacer constar sus nombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;g) Ningún colaborador de la emisora estará obligado a revelar sus fuentes de información. Se considera el secreto profesional como un derecho y un deber ético propio. La protección de las fuentes informativas constituye una garantía del derecho de los oyentes a recibir una información libre y una salvaguarda del trabajo profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;h) Los / las trabajadores / as y los / las colaboradores / as que en el desarrollo de su labor en la emisora sean incluidos en un proceso judicial, tendran derecho a acogerse, previo informe favorable de la concejalía de Participación Ciudadana, los servicios jurídicos que se determine, que promoverán la defensa del colaborador hasta las últimas consecuencias, sin coste para el mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) Todo colaborador de la emisora estará cubierto por el seguro de responsabilidad civil propia del equipamiento municipal en el que se desarrolla la actividad de la emisora, y que le dará cobertura durante el desarrollo de su labor en las instalaciones de Sa Pobla Ràdio &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 16 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Los deberes de los colaboradores de Sa Pobla Ràdio quedan estipulados en base a los siguientes principios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;a) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán cumplir y hacer cumplir los principios y objetivos que recoge este reglamento de funcionamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;b) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán cuidar el material de la misma y presentar el máximo respeto para su conservación y mantenimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;c) Cualquier colaborador de la emisora deberá comunicar a la coordinación de la emisora cualquier anomalía que detecten con el fin de que ésta sea resuelta con la mayor diligencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;d) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán mostrar respeto hacia el resto de compañeros / as y el trabajo que estos / as desarrollen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;e) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberan dar cumplimiento a los contenidos, periodicidad y compromisos establecidos durante el período de vinculación del servicio de voluntariado, como muestra de respeto hacia la audiencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;SECCIÓN CUARTA. SOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS Y DEFENSA DE LOS DERECHOS DE LA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;AUDIENCIA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 17 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;La coordinación de Sa Pobla Ràdio sera quien arbitrará los conflictos derivados de las relaciones internas de los colaboradores de la emisora y defenderá los derechos de los afectados con esta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 18 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Queda expresamente dispuesto que la actuación de todos y cada uno de los colaboradores se regirá por la buena fe y la honestidad, razón por la que no se establece en este reglamento ningún tipo de normativa sancionadora específica. Sin embargo, las actuaciones de los colaboradores podran ser reprobadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 20 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;El Ayuntamiento sa Pobla podrá elaborar unas tasas públicas con el objetivo de comercializar espacios publicitarios como forma complementaria de ingresos para la cobertura del servicio, garantizando en todo momento la transparencia de la gestión de los fondos públicos y en base a los &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;requerimientos reguladores correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;CAPÍTULO QUINTO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 21 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En cumplimiento de los principios de Sa Pobla Ràdio, esta es una emisora municipal abierta a la participación. De ahí que el principal elemento a considerar a la hora de definir la programación de contenidos de la emisora será el criterio de participación individual y colectiva, promoviendo la cesión de espacios radiofónicos a las entidades y asociaciones para la difusión de sus actividades o inquietudes colectivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 22 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Los contenidos de Sa Pobla Ràdio se conformaran por encargo directo de la coordinación de la emisora sobre un determinado contenido a una determinada persona o colectivo, o bien por la aceptación del proyecto presentado a iniciativa propia para una determinada persona o colectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 23 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En el caso del segundo supuesto establecido en el artículo anterior, la idea de programa debera presentarse en formato de proyecto, siguiendo el modelo establecido a tal efecto &lt;em&gt;(Anexo &lt;/em&gt;2).&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;La propuesta de contenido deberá permitir la máxima autosuficiencia en su ejecución (a nivel de realización, locución, redacción, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 24 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;La coordinación de la emisora y la concejalía de Participación Ciudadana se reservan el derecho de revisar y aprobar la propuesta, con las correcciones o modificaciones que se consideren convenientes y que deber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt; respetar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Artículo 25 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#050505"&gt;Los contenidos de Sa Pobla Ràdio se distribuirán a través de la plataforma web de la emisora, las redes sociales propias o cualquier otro canal municipal de distribución. Podrán complementarse con cualquier otro soporte adicional, tal como apuntes en formato blog, fotografías, vídeos o enlaces. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;CUARTO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Que ambas partes respetaran los derechos (Artículo 15) y deberes (Artículo 16) recogidos en el Reglamento de Funcionamiento Interno de Sa Pobla Ràdio y que se reproducen a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 15 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Los derechos de los colaboradores quedan estipulados en base a los siguientes principios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;a) Todos los colaboradores tendran libertad para realizar los programas que tengan asignados en la forma que crean más adecuada, según los criterios de profesionalidad y rigor, y en base a la definición de programa acordada con la coordinación de la emisora, manteniendo siempre el respeto a los principios generales de la emisora y del presente reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;b) Los colaboradores de la emisora recibirán el apoyo técnico y humano necesario para el desarrollo de su tarea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;c) Los colaboradores de la emisora tendrán derecho a obtener un distintivo acreditativo de la emisora para el ejercicio exclusivo de su colaboración con la misma y mientras su relación de colaboración esté en vigor. Su mal uso puede ser motivo de finalización de su colaboración con la emisora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;d) Ningún colaborador de la emisora podrá ser obligado a cumplir un acto profesional o expresar una opinión contraria a sus convicciones, a la ética profesional o los principios editoriales, acogiéndose a la cláusula de conciencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;e) Ningún colaborador de la emisora podrá sesgar o distorsionar una información para favorecer con ello, directamente o indirectamente, sus intereses personales o de personas, grupos o entidades de todo tipo relacionadas con él. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;f) Todo colaborador de la emisora tiene derecho a la propiedad intelectual del producto de su trabajo. Mediante su vinculación con la emisora, cede sus derechos de reproducción de este trabajo. Los originales podran ser reproducidos en otros medios con los que la emisora llegue a un acuerdo pero debera informar previamente a los colaboradores de la emisora que hayan participado en la elaboración del trabajo y deberan hacer constar sus nombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;g) Ningún colaborador de la emisora estara obligado a revelar sus fuentes de información. Se considera el secreto profesional como un derecho y un deber ético propio. La protección de las fuentes informativas constituye una garantía del derecho de los oyentes a recibir una información libre y una salvaguarda del trabajo profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;h) Los / Las trabajadores / as y los / las colaboradores / as que en el desarrollo de su labor en la emisora sean incluidos en un proceso judicial, tendran derecho a acogerse, previo informe favorable de la concejalía de participación Ciudadana, los servicios jurídicos que se determine, que promoveran la defensa del colaborador hasta las últimas consecuencias, sin coste para el mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;e) Todo colaborador de la emisora estará cubierto por el seguro de responsabilidad civil propia del equipamiento municipal en el que se desarrolla la actividad de la emisora, y que le dará cobertura durante el desarrollo de su labor en estas instalaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Artículo 16 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Los deberes de los colaboradores de Sa Pobla Ràdio quedan estipulados en base a los siguientes principios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;a) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán cumplir y hacer cumplir los principios y objetivos que recoge este reglamento de funcionamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;b) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán cuidar el material de la misma y presentar el máximo respeto para su conservación y mantenimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;c) Cualquier colaborador de la emisora deber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt; comunicar a la coordinación de la emisora cualquier anomalía que detecten con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;fin de que ésta sea resuelta con la mayor diligencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;d) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán mostrar respeto hacia el resto de compañeros / as y el trabajo que estos / as desarrollen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;e) Todos los colaboradores de la emisora deberán dar cumplimiento a los contenidos, periodicidad y compromisos establecidos durante el período de vinculación del servicio de voluntariado, como muestra de respeto hacia la audiencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;QUINTO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Mas allá de lo estipulado en el Artículo 15 sobre los derechos de los colaboradores de Sa Pobla Ràdio, el voluntario firmante de este convenio autoriza de forma libre y gratuita, la captación y grabación de su imagen y / o voz, así como la difusión de la grabación sin limitación territorial ni temporal a través de cualquiera de los canales de comunicación establecidos para Sa Pobla Ràdio y el Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla (página web, redes sociales, medios de comunicación, exposiciones o cualquier otra vía de divulgación pública y privada). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;SEXTO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 18.1 de la Constitución, regulado por la Ley Organica 1/1982, de 5 de mayo, sobre el derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar ya la propia imagen, y de acuerdo con el dispuesto en el artículo 5 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, los datos personales del voluntario firmante de este convenio se incorporaran al correspondiente fichero del cual es responsable el Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla y serán objeto de tratamiento para gestionar las comunicaciones y publicaciones de la administración en el ámbito de sus funciones. Estos datos no serán cedidos a personas físicas y jurídicas públicas o privadas sin el consentimiento del voluntario o si no lo autoriza una ley. Se podrán ejercer los derechos de acceso, oposición, rectificación i cancelación a través del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;SÉPTIMO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#040404"&gt;Este convenio de colaboración finalizará en la fecha indicada en el punto PRIMERO o en el momento en que sea renunciado por una de las partes, con una comunicación previa mínima de diez días. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
