&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La vicepresidenta primera y consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística, en fecha 22 de junio de 2021, ha adoptado la siguiente resolución que transcribo literalmente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.En fecha 5 de febrero de 2021, la vicepresidenta primera y consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística resolvió la aprobación de la convocatoria de ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana en las empresas 2021, cuyo extracto se publicó en el BOIB nº 19, de 13 de febrero de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.En fecha 14 de junio de 2021, la vicepresidenta primera y consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística resolvió la concesión de dicha convocatoria, la cual se publicó en el BOIB nº 80, de 17 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.En fecha 22 de junio de 2021, la jefa del Servicio de Normalización Lingüística ha emitido informe sobre la rectificación de un error material en el presupuesto y en la cantidad solicitada por Guillermo Bonet Puigserver, con CIF 41521714K (código exp. 735046Y) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por todo ello, resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar la resolución de concesión de la convocatoria de ayudas &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; para el fomento del uso de la lengua catalana en las empresas 2021 en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
