25896 2021-06-22 CAIB ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva de la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa de las escuelas municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo]] es 2021-06-24 text/html 25896 650907 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobada inicialmente por el pleno de este &nbsp;Ayuntamiento del pasado dia 26 de abril del 2021, la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa de las escuelas municipales de educación infantil de primer ciclo, expuesta al público mediante la publicación del anuncio correspondiente en el BOIB núm. 58 de fecha 04 de mayo de 2021 por el término de treinta días hábiles, para la presentación de alegaciones o reclamaciones, y transcurrido este termino sin que se haya presentado ninguna, se publica el texto íntegro de la mencionada &nbsp;modificación que entrará en vigor el mismo dia de su publicación en el BOIB.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>OF.T.19 ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE ESCOLETA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL DE PRIMER CICLO</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El artículo 4 queda redactado de la siguiente manera:</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Artículo 4. font-size:12px">El Ayuntamiento, por causas de promoción del uso &nbsp;de las escoletas, podrá exonerar o bonificar las matrículas de una o varias escoletas municipales. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tendrán &nbsp;preferencia para la ocupación de las plazas de las escoletas municipales las niñas y los niños empadronadas/os en el municipio de Santanyí. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el caso de que quedaran plazas vacantes, se podrán cubrir con personas NO EMPADRONADAS en el término y los precios tendrán un recargo del 20% sobre los precios generales. </span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
